I did not know that she was a super saleswoman at that time. Once we pulled up to the building and parked she acknowledged us and just simply asked how we were doing. We proceeded inside to talk with her more in detail and talk about professional, no pressure, no running off to talk to a manager, or other nonsense a person usually goes through to look at cars- she was outstanding all the way through the process- The reason she has a Mark of Excellence Award. She went over and beyond, stayed with us long after her work day was to end, made sure we were all good, and sent us home in our new car!!! I was…read morecontacted by the dealership and they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction with regard to the finance person misleading me into signing a contract that was much too high due to his adding an extended warranty, which resulted in the need for Gap Insurance. The contract was re-written with the lower dollar amount, saving me over $70 a month on my payment. (After him telling me removing the extended warranty and gap insurance wouldn't lower my payment at all.) Now if I can get something done about the mechanic who evaluated my trade-in and lied about it having an oil leak around the head gasket (it doesn't).

I'm glad I went to see it as the CarFax didn't disclose the total of the aesthetic damage to the car but came out of the test drive liking most of what I'd seen. I then spoke numbers with (who I assume is) the sales manager, Mitch. I told him I needed a day or two to think about it, and that I'd very likely have a check on his desk within a week's time. I left excited. The morning of the second day, Saturday, I get a text from a sales associate telling me that the car had been sold out from under me. No call, no text that there was interest on the car and that I needed to act now. Nothing. I understand that they're a business and their business is to turn over cars and make money- the staff was friendly, and the sales manager was straight forward- this chain of events does not inspire confidence. How is someone to have any faith in a making a deal when words were broken with communication wayy late. I'm disappointed.

I had to pay him $200.00 just to get him to leave me alone then he had the nerve to tell me he SAVED me $200.00. You do the math... and think twice about dealing with him.. I also needed a new battery, and the pricing for that was very reasonable as well. What truly set this visit apart was the outstanding customer service. The replacement tire was located at another Firestone, and instead of making me wait a couple of hours for delivery, the store manager, Wilson, actually drove to the other location himself to pick it up so I could get back on the road sooner. That level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. Another employee I had contact with, Karl, was outstanding, too. Appointments are always easy to make, prices are fair, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. I've been coming to this Firestone location for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
