After going back and forth, I decided it wasn't worth arguing anymore. I paid for the service, didn't leave a tip, and left. This isn't my first negative experience with this salon, which is why I felt it was important to leave a review. In my experience, they don't prioritize customer service or consistently provide quality work. What bothered me the most was that my concerns were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. As a customer, I expected accountability and a willingness to make things right. Based on my experiences, I personally wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

Every time I would go in, I was not given prices before we started. The inconsistency with the pricing and what I was charged was constant. When I went in to get my nails done in February, the male technician listened to what I had to say and after he was halfway done, he finally told me my nails would cost $107, including the nail art and refill of acrylic. Now, I understand that it is painstaking work to paint on nails, but I did not request anything outlandish . When I asked the technician why it cost so much he told me that "because my nails were a specific length, My refills would be $52 and the nail art itself was $55. Now, I will post a photo of what was done because it was gorgeous. I got many compliments on it, but the amount that they charged this last and final time really made me upset. I did go to another nail salon in between the last time there in February where the prices were even higher and I had the same issue. I will be going back and updating that review as well, but as for this location, I will never go back there. I truly enjoyed When the technicians were upfront, they didn't overcharge me for everything, and I didn't get green underneath my nail. Oh yeah, after having my nails done on and off since the time I am 11 the first time I ever got green under my nails was at this salon.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the other reviews. The nail tech, Rylie, appeared very inexperienced and also looked quite young (truthfully like 16-17 years old). The girl at the front desk was very friendly when I walked in but Rylie barely said hello. Both the manicure and pedicure there was no prior soak or lotion before she went in to cut the cuticles completely dry. She had trouble figuring out how to put the foam sandals on with the toe separators. I asked for a regular polish and in between coats she placed her fan too close to my nails, therefore messing them up about three times. There was no massage or lotion with the manicure despite being $30 and the cuticles were not even cut all the way. I have no issue paying for quality service, however not for inexperienced nail techs. When my nails were dry, I took a look, and there appeared to be a strand from the nail brush on one of my nails, and when I told her she looked very annoyed. After she fixed it, and I continued to dry my nails, she quickly put on her purse like she couldn't wait to get out of there. She also put some drying spray on top of the polish and I think it messed them up because they don't appear smooth as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, she kept on looking at her phone throughout the service every time it went off. I typically never write any review reviews however, again for the price I was very disappointed for the services I received. So sorry.

I'm attaching pictures and you tell me if you would be happy with this. 3 fingers were bleeding (I was told I had thin skin) very rarely has this happened in the past and certainly not 3 fingers. It could have something to do with the fact that my manicure was done at the pedicure chair. Rush job. The polish is very sloppy-streaks, bubbles,etc. I guess the manicure with the special does not include lotion/oil either. I was told I should've asked for it.
