I was a walk-in. I got the special, deluxe pedicure with manicure ($77+25tip) The pedicure was good, the manicure was substandard. I'm attaching pictures and you tell me if you would be happy with this. 3 fingers were bleeding (I was told I had thin skin) very rarely has this happened in the past and certainly not 3 fingers. It could have something to do with the fact that my manicure was done at the pedicure chair. Rush job. The polish is very sloppy-streaks, bubbles,etc. I guess the manicure with the special does not include lotion/oil either. I was told I should've asked for it. I initially came to this location referred to someone to try to see how a new location would go for my pedicure and manicure . I made an appointment with Tang three weeks in advance for pedicure since I hear she was great . I had an event late at night so I was hoping it was great . I confirmed with them the day before to make sure since I didn't even get a confirmation from them . And they said " yes confirmed we will see you then " . Once I got there for my appointment they didn't even know why I was there for once I gave my name .. and they said ok .. and ?! My nail tech Tiffany started working here so this was my first visit into prestige nail spa. The place is bright, clean, and plenty of pedicure chairs. They had so many color options including something new I've never heard of called Cat eye. It looks like chrome but better I can't describe how pretty they look in person! Everything! This salon is my happy place. I love their work, the atmosphere, the people and their color options. They have a large selection of polishes, dip, cats eye, chrome, stones, charms, etc. If you want it, they most likely have it. Everyone who works there is so nice and happy. Upon recommendation from another customer I decided to try Prestige Nail Spa. They've done a nice job decorating the place, and everything appears clean. I walked in without an appointment on a weekday morning and was quickly squeezed in for a pedicure. The nail tech didn't chat, which I appreciate, and did a good job overall. I chose regular polish, but was surprised that the paint began to chip within a week. The tech polished my nails without my sandals on, and then gently placed my shoes afterwards - somehow managing not to mess the polish. This seemed like a cumbersome step, because I wear sandals that wrap around my big toe and have a recessed footbed (next time I'll wear a better pair). read more

I wanted to update my review. I am no longer seeing anyone at the salon because the two times I went there equal $225. That was literally just to get acrylic refills and nail art. Now the photos that are included are the nails that I got done the two separate times, but honestly, Just because they're pretty doesn't mean that the technician should've charged me that much. I did not have any types of gems or anything put to these nails. The second time I went in I literally had acrylic refills and cat eye polish that I brought myself. The technician whom I followed from a different salon would not use my product unless I paid an additional $15. That's the same price as using their own product so why would I even bother? They constantly have promotions that say A specific amount off but when they start by charging you at least $50 or more for a simple nail refill it's Highway robbery. I will never go back here. I will make sure that people I know will not frequent this location. Initially, I wrote the review in order to get an additional discount. My nails were gorgeous, but we're all trying to pay our bills and this place does not give a flying crap about saving you money. read more

A few years back I had tried Prestige for the first time and didn't have a great experience. I decided to give them another chance since years have gone by, but also since I had recently heard so many great things about them. Upon returning I enjoyed their services. My friend and I got a mani (acrylic with design) and pedi. Staff were super nice and nail techs are super attentive. I loved my nails but they started popping off a week late. I was in Cali for a week and a half so the time difference and travel was hard to reach out to relay the information. When I got back I called, we scheduled for me to come in, and I got them re-done. Absolutely amazing experience going to get my pedi done here and having Tang as my nail tech. She's fabulous in every way and she gets into my ingrown toenails even though it's painful she gets it done without bleeding. Go to her if you have any problems with that!! I was able to make a quick same day appointment on a Saturday. There was no delay once arriving to the salon. I showed a picture of what I was looking for and the nail tech did a great job with it. She asked questions throughout to get the nails just how I wanted. The nails were not thick, just how I was hoping, and shaped naturally. I really like the appointment set up, how a reminder is sent to your phone with a link that has details. I'm not sure if Cindy was the one to do my nails but whoever it was, I will be sticking with. Soak was about 14 seconds, cuticle cutting was a joke and massage was about 7 seconds for both arms with a pea sized lotion. Told me she's not using lotion so the nail polish goes on better. I did not go back and tried to get it fixed bc I felt awkward during the conversation I had with the male manicurist. Everything was going well ... Go to Venetian Spa!!! Not here. You will have to go elsewhere to fix your nails. The nail technician(s) were nice...otherwise, the entire experience was the worst nail experience ever! My cuticles were not trimmed/shapes. My toe nail polish was totally messed up. I had a paw print of some gooey and most likely gluey substance that will not wash away. See the pictures. I wanted fun shapes and the manager insisted she can do them but as soon as saw the first pattern, I asked her to wipe it off because it was awful. The manager would not even refund the toe polish. This place use to be my go to place and I can see why I haven't been back here since my last appointment all most a year ago. I had an appointment at 3pm today to get a pedicure and I was out the door by 3:25pm that was even after I sat under the dryer for about 5-8 minutes. I was maybe in the chair for all of 15 minutes. The guy was rough and didn't take his time at all. I didn't get a massage or anything. He just slapped on some lotion on my legs and started to paint my toes. Once he was done, he asked if I liked the color and I did but I told him he missed half of my toe nail and he said oh thank you... like you couldn't see that yourself? Wong was like superhumanly fast, while being gentle and efficient, somehow perfecting what I was imagining without much direction.
