I originally went in for dip powder, but then after seeing some designs i got dip powder with cat-eye design. All I have to say is STUNNING! My best friend and I also went to the appointment together and they accommodated us sitting together despite the stylist having their own stations which I really appreciated. They were also very kinds when it came to adjusting the color of my friends nails when she was unsure of the color and the length of my nails when I felt it was to long. Overall a really nice experience. I will also say that the salon was clean, the stations were wiped down before I sat down. As soon as you come in you a greeted by the nice staff. Amy did my pedicure and also my eyebrow wax and tinting. She was soo amazing. She is super sweet and does such an amazing job. I felt super relaxed and I feel like she really takes her time on you. I chose the Basic pedicure ($35) that includes a scrub, massage and the hot towel. They offer you a complimentary drink when you are getting a service. I chose the pina colada and it was strong but good. The parking is free and is close the the salon. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead to make an appointment and specifically asked to be booked with someone who had experience because these were supposed to be my birthday nails. When I arrived, I was initially seated with someone who seemed like they had a lot of experience, but I was quickly pushed to the side so they could take other clients. I ended up being stuck with someone else who honestly did not seem knowledgeable about the style I wanted. I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted for my hands, and he agreed that he could do it. Not only did he completely fail to do the designs I asked for, but he also didn't even measure or match the nail lengths properly. My left hand nails are noticeably longer than my right, and it's extremely obvious now. This was supposed to be something special for my birthday, and now I have to pay to get them redone somewhere else. Not to mention, I spent $200 there. I found this place by chance, and I'm so glad I did! I had my nails done elsewhere, where they claimed to use products to protect my natural nails, but they didn't. Here, they did a fantastic job carefully removing them and gave me a great manicure. I opted for gel this time, and they turned out super cute! After the second polish change it again chipped within several days which was extremely disappointing because the people were actually very nice. ZERO STARS for this nail salon! I have tried at least 3 people in this salon. Coco had a good personality but her gel application was too thick. The "hybrid gel" they claim to use burned my nail beds like my hands were in fire. I had the worse pedicure of my life done today by Vi. I came in for my appointment at 6 and they told me I was scheduled for 5 which is impossible as I work until 6. The polish is all over my toes and they were cut out and poorly shaped, every toe nail has a different shape for $55!!! I had to take the nipper from him and attempt to fix them myself. I came after work for a relaxing mani pedi and had to leave without getting them completed because it was that horrible. They need to make sure the techs are trained before putting them on the floor!! HORRIBLE JOB! 0/10 would NOT recommend!!! read more

I have been to this nail salon a few times and what I've noticed about this salon is that almost every employee lacks skill. What really did it for me today was Kayla. I don't understand how it takes almost 3 hours to do a gel mani/pedi. I came in @5, left (without finishing my pedicure), @8:15. On top of that, she fucked up my left toe, sprayed some alcohol on it and burned me. My entire time with her I was just pissed off with the service quality. I went here to do my nails with my Aunt and I was very patient with my nail tech but she was all over the place, she started my pedi, then stopped and started putting on my tips on my fingers while I my feet were soaking in the water. She proceeded to shape my nails and I had to tell her that the length was not matching for all the nails. The service is the longest I've ever experienced and as you all can see my cuticles are all chopped up. She took me to her nail station without even finishing my pedicure and then she put the acrylic on my Finger nails, she also proceeded to go around my cuticles AGAIN with her machine. Then she took me back to the pedicure chair and that's where she polished my fingers and toes and finished what was supposed to be a pedicure. I was very unsatisfied, especially since at the end of service I paid $89 for everything and she told me to Zelle her tip to her, which I find very unprofessional. Why would I even tip someone for such a bad experience? I must add that another nail tech in the salon did my aunt's nails and pedi and everything came out wonderful for her. I came back for a pedi and it came out great. I have to deduct a star because often times when I'm paying for a service the employees ask personal questions like "are you married? Do you have boyfriend? Do you work? Do you have kids?" This happens every time, in every nail salon, across the country. Pretty aggravating having to answers questions that should restricted to a W-2 form. I'd much rather be asked about my hobbies, favorite restaurants and travel destinations. This time in addition to the above questions I kept being asked how much the dress I'm wearing costs and where I brought it from. I love coming here! There are more than 200 different gel nail colors. I get acrylic over lay and gel on top. The results last me 3 weeks. I get gel pedicure too and that lasts well over a month! The pedicure area is separate from the nails area and it is very clean. Tran Nail spa uses disposable liners in the pedicure chair and fresh sanitized tools for each pedicure. Pedicure massage includes a sort of muscle rub on your legs, it is to die for! I stand all day and my legs feel amazing after my pedicure. I got my legs waxed here and the lady did a horrible job. She used 2 different waxes one kind on one leg the other on the other leg. Then when she went to remove the wax with the striping paper and never folded the paper to a clean piece. She used the same one over and over without folding it and hurt me so bad! Then when she did my French polish on my toes it's not even and not straight. My friend got eyelash extensions and the lady Sunny used so much glue. We couldn't even take it off with lash remover so we had to go back there and it took them about 20 mins to get them off. This was my first time visiting. I'm new to the area and a friend said she has been here a few times, so I thought I give it a shot... worst decision. My nail tech didn't introduce herself, and she was rushing the whole entire time (the salon was slow). I went in for a pedicure and manicure... While sitting through the pedicure I thought that she was pushing way too hard with my cuticles, but thought I was being sensitive. Once I got to the manicure I realized she was going way too far and fast. I ended up bleeding and the whole time she was telling me "Relax. Girl relax." Once I saw that I was bleeding, I informed her and she didn't apologize. In that moment I decided to leave. I didn't even want to pay for the pedicure or leave a tip (I had nail polish on my skin from the pedicure and no shape from filing). When I got there I was not greeted and had to approach one of the workers, I asked for a a basic manicure pedicure. The pedicure alone took 45 minute which is a long time for a basic one, and the nail tech acted like he didn't know what he was doing. He was polite but didn't talk very much. I was in pain for part of the pedicure and he was very rough. The torture didn't start until the manicure where I was poked and tore at, to the point of BLEEDING, which he didn't even act on . Another 45 minutes go by and I'm left with a manicure that looks like it's been done by a child. I still paid because I don't like making a scene but I WILL NOT GO BACK EVER!
