I've been here twice already, and each time I've gotten nothing but really good service. The girls here are attentive, and very clean. Personally I ask for Tracy, she is the sweetest and does her best to accommodate and work with your needs. Her work has been great and I absolutely love how much she cares as well. Everyone else I haven't had the pleasure to experience but my mother had Quinn and also enjoyed her time when getting her Mani & Pedi with her. This place offers a range of colors and options for nails as well as other services, i recommend you try it out for yourself. Excellent service every time I go! Valarie is the best! Massaging chairs and very clean establishment. They use a lot of disposable items and put a liner in the foot bath as well. Doesn't smell super strong in there like some nail salons. read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME, since Tina left (original owners) I make a proper appointment only to be told that the person was booked and tossed to another tech- usually Henry to be taken care of. And I am never happy with his service. Today I had an appointment at 9am made last week online, just to be told that the technician was busy and I needed to see someone else . Never again. read more

A Hispanic woman with glasses ruined my nails so awfully today. I asked for a soak off and she declined my requests to scrape off the acrylic and drilled them down on the highest setting burning my nails and giving me rings of fire on my nail beds and didn't even get all the acrylic off. then called me "a bitch that didn't want to pay" as I left because I left in pain and was told by the manager I didn't have to pay. My nail beds are ruined. Everytime I've come here it's been a lot of racist behavior. And it's a big fat No from me. I'm in so much pain and I'm so upset with this place. Horrible service she must've been drinking because she would not stop burning me as I was begging her to stop. Why do I have to go through this because people don't like my skin color? read more

Such a great salon with amazing customer service. Once a new person fixed my nails and it wasn't up to managements expectations so they offered me to come back in to fix it for me, free of charge of course. Today Lynette, took care of me and she was very attentive to detail and her services. Quinn is also always a pleasure getting my nails done with. SCAMMERS! I came in for a simple French pedicure and it turned into a nightmare. The tech attempted it at least seven times, but all she did was draw a straight line. Eventually, she admitted she didn't even know how to do French nails--and no one else in the salon offered to help her. Instead of getting the service I asked for, I left with a plain solid color I never requested. To make matters worse, they still tried to charge me full price and argued that I should have told her to remove it--even though I asked her several times while she kept re-trying and "fixing" it. This is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and a total waste of time and money. Do NOT go here if you value your money or expect to get what you asked for. read more

Happy to have found this nail salon in a crunch. I walked in right as they opened and was taken care of immediately. Gel mani and regular pedi for a great price with excellent quality. I recently found T Nail Spa and am thrilled for so many reasons. First, the spa is peaceful and clean and the prices are very reasonable. Quinn is also the most detailed and friendly nail (and waxing) technician I have ever met. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look 100% perfect every time!!! She is also incredibly friendly and makes every manicure and pedicure appointment thoroughly enjoyable. As an example, I had a late appointment one afternoon and was pretty tired from work. I wound up falling asleep briefly during my pedicure. Instead of waking me, Quinn put warm towels on my feet and spent extra time on the massage. I also sent my daughter-in-law to Quinn. She has difficult nails to care for and she agreed that it was the best manicure she has ever had. Do not hesitate to try T Nails (and Quinn). You will be happy you did! read more

I have been going to this nail salon now for a couple of months. I do the dip powder for my nails. Keep them healthier and stronger. I have nothing but really good things to say about this salon. It is clean, everyone is so nice. I love their appointment confirmation texts. They help remind me of my appointment. I have a crazy busy job and I appreciate the reminders. When I first came here the first two times...I had Lanny and Kimmy give me my manicure. Then I came again and I had the pleasure of meeting Quinn. I have been coming to her for a little while now and couldn't be happier. She is always professional and very attentive to you while she is doing your nails. Making sure you feel good and having a good experience. All the techs here are super nice and they do a wonderful job. I am so happy I found this salon. Give the T Nail Spa a try. Great, little hole in the wall nail salon. T stands for Tina- she is the owner and also does nails. She is fabulous! She has great attention to detail and is super sweet as well. Champa is another woman who works here and she is just as amazing! It's rare to find a place with two nail techs that you can't pick between and are both great! The place is clean, you get a water bottle, and the color selections are endless in regards to my favorite brand- OPI! T and her husband has horrible customer service this is just my opinion.Let me just start to say ...this started out as a good place to do nails ...mind u I tip these people every time I get any service with them.I called and cancel appointment due to an emergency.And they had the ordesity to charge me a 25.00 for cancellation fee.Please do not go to these people all they care about is money. And the husband take 2 1/2 hours just to paint your toes and they upcharge each time..it's a different price each time never the same price......go figure...stay far away from this money hungry place.... Stylist: Horrible customer service....don't ever go there they scheduled u an appointment and runs late but when the client has an emergency they want to charge a cancellation fee.....they are just money hungry....stay far far way read more

6/30/2022 I wanted to try a new shape on my nails which was the almond shape. This was my first and last time coming to this salon. I asked for a fresh acrylic gel set and this is what I got. Once TAN my nail tech was done with my nails. My nails looked like they were a week old, I also had to ask for cuticle oil for my nails. I then went to get my feet done TAN also did my feet he sat me in a chair he didn't disinfect or cleaned because the previous person had a water bottle that was left in the cup holder. He also didn't ask me what type of pedicure I wanted he just did whatever and I wanted an upgraded pedicure. My experience at this place was terrible. read more

Called to see if they had an opening for last minute pedicure and they told us if we came at that moment they could take us. Took us right away and they were really attentive. The entire pedicure was great service and felt really good too. Even my nail lady made sure to paint and clean up my nails perfectly. Felt so good! And she had great attention to detail. read more

I used to recommend this salon to all of my friends. I have been going here for years to the same nail technician. There have been 3 owners since I have been going here. The first 2, owners were good and the quality and services were the same. Since the new owner took over you can tell it's all about the money now. They no longer have a price list posted and the prices have gone up and they don't tell you until you pay. After going there for years and getting the same technician and the same manicure they have now decided to charge $10 extra for the same shape I was getting all the time. But they didn't tell me that until I had to pay. I would think they would tell a loyal customer this had changed. I think $10 extra for shape on top of what they charge for nextgen is ridiculous. I won't be going back. And this nail tech has been doing my and my daughter nails for years. I guess the money is that important to them. Sad. read more

I only been to this salon once before and enjoyed my experience. I received a gel manicure/pedicure. The woman took her time and did a good job on my French. I also received a wax service for eyebrow and I would not recommend getting your brows here! She did a terrible job. I decided to visit again, and stop by at 6.15 pm and was turned away for a gel pedicure. They close at 7 pm! It's such a pet peeve when establishment tries to close early and turn customers away. Change your hours to 5 pm/6 pm if you refuse services when customers come at the last hour. read more

After trying a couple other places for a dip powder set unsuccessfully, I have finally found my nail shop...I have had my nails done here for 2 solid weeks now and my nails still look great. I have friends that have been going to T Nail for many years. Last year I switched to T Nail because I like how clean it is. I have been very satisfied with my manicures so much so that I go on a more regular basis. I took my 95 year old mother who has trouble walking for a manicure and pedicure. I went to Henry D today. I had to wait 7 minutes for my appointment. He came to his table and proceeded to talk on the phone for another few minutes. He never said hi and clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Pedicure was awful, my heels are still rough. $45 for a "gel" pedicure with old nail polish. Also cut my nails much shorter than I wanted for the pink and white dip but at that point I wasn't going to argue I just wanted to get done (it took two hours for a basic pedicure and dip). I think the women seemed nice and the man working the front desk seemed nice and organized. I would not recommend Henry and since first impressions matter I won't be back. read more

This last time Tan did my moms pedicure - he didn't cut her nails short and didn't seem to do a thorough job. She was disappointed with the experience. My pedicure was Ok - but not the usual. They are working by appointment only. They have a plexi shield when you first walk in and send you over to immediately wash your hands. Then I went to Sylvia. She is great. She listens to you when you make a request or have a suggestion for her. She takes tools our of a plastic package. Everything was very clean. Gloves and masks on staff and masks on customers. Paid $60 for a spa pedicure. It honestly felt like a regular pedicure. The water did not fizzle like it usually does when they add the products. My feet is ROUGH. Longer massage? Not with the tech I had. After this experience I will be trying other places. read more

I have to stay like this for 8-12 weeks. Extremely upset. My bottom lashes (which are not supposed to be touched during this process) look frayed. I contacted the merchant via Instagram, email, and phone. I asked to speak to the owner and they did not call me back or try to speak with me. The esthetician responded to my email saying my lashes were lifted and called saying no refunds will be issued per the contract. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism from the owner. I thought with all the great reviews provided on Yelp, I would at least receive a call regarding my disservice to at least fix my lashes or hear my concerns. I would not recommend this place at all! At no point did I want someone to have me on a big screen with a wedgy in the back and my pubes peeking out in the front. I go online to book. That part is pretty easy but I never got a confirmation. I call a few days before cruise and learn the service was scheduled for a few hours later. I go to the gym, grocery store, home for a shower, and pop a maximum strength IBUPROFEN. I'm just getting prepared to not be able to walk (the issue I had at the last place I tried 4 months earlier)! Easily park, walk in and welcomed. Waiting room is clean and bright. Person at desk tells me about website issue and bathroom in the back. Makes it easier to be nosy and see it's just as clean throughout and no one is screaming their guts outs as a walk the hall. I empty my nervous bladder, wash and baby wipe myself, then tuck my panties in my purse before going back to front. My person greets me and quickly takes me back. I layback and for a minute twitch cause I except to put my feet in stirrups. I'm talked into a yoga move and a few calming touches with a perfectly tempered waxing stripe I'm relaxed. My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. Somehow I called the last person that called me on WhatsApp and record a video to include the one time that I ooooohhhh shhhhiiittt when hairs were pulled from the root. It was a wonderful time! Only thing on video were images of my feet and one leg. No pubes in sight. It hadn't sent! But I will now add muting calls and alarms before I go back for more great service.
