We have wanted a hot tub for some time now but very hesitant to purchase one for many reasons. After learning this he went over our concerns and showed us how his tub exceeded all our expectations and reservations. Needless to say we were impressed with his product and purchased it. I think water is sometimes hard to balance, especially here in New Mexico where hard water is the problem. I went through a couple of brands of chemicals, but ended up just using chlorine in a dispenser and it has solved almost all of my water problems. Luckily I had this pool before and during the worst of Covid. I use it still, almost daily, and without it, life would have been so difficult. I have some health problems and it has made a world of difference for me. The staff at Carefree have been patient and wonderful to work with and I absolutely love my Endless Pool.
