After I told him to tell his boss to take any additional fees up with my insurance company he said ok. Upon picking up my car from the mechanic I noticed my arm rest was broken. Asked the mechanic and he said it was that way when he got it to replace the starter motor. I then called Hacketts. They hooked my bike up in under two minutes, took and inspection video after strapping everything down with padded straps, and rolled out of my driveway, all in the span of 5 minutes.
