Went to use the vacuum and when I went in to get quarters the lady rudely accused me of leaving the vacuum on the ground for some reason, when I hadn't even touched it yet. After I got my quarters and tried to use the vacuum the vacuum did not turn on. once I told the lady she said she will be with me in a moment then left me waiting for a good 10 minutes in my car and when she came out with a flat head screwdriver she began screaming at me for no reason asking me where I had put my money in. There was only one slot for the money. She wouldn't fix it for me and continued to accuse me of doing it wrong. I use to buy gas here since it's usually cheaper than shell. Everytime I go I'm hoping there's no idiot driver taking up so much room or blocking the way. Unfortunately a good time to go doesn't happen very often. If you are willing to drive a little more, go to the Valero next to 85 bakery on s deanza. They're cheaper, but busy during lunch, but at least no idiot drivers. 24hrs too. read more

Went to express car wash this morning, as i entered the car wash, I put vehicle in neutral and the machine applied soap and pulled me in. All of a sudden it started pushing me back which didn't stop until I applied brakes. The store in charge came out and asked me to pull out. I ended up coming out of car wash with soap all over the car. The store in charge refused to let me in or help with car wash. She was so rude blaming it being my mistake and refused to refund my payment. While i followed her into store to talk to her, there were 2 other people with same issue and the store in charge bluntly blaming it on people. I don't understand how everyone could be at wrong on the same day. I lost my money here and had worst experience ever in an automated car wash . She is super annoying, i wish i could give her negative rating. read more

0 Stars. Worst ever car wash. Does 1 pass on your car and finished in less than a minute. Left stains on my car from bird poop. Owner refused to acknowledge any issue and said that automatic washes are not able to wash out bird poop. Not been my experience with other car washes. read more

Never go here unless you are a very expert driver we went here just because all other car washes those we used to visit were closed or out-of-order today. We were so happy that we could find at least once after searching for a car wash for about half an hour. We had a very bad experience today. It seems there is something wrong with the car wash system. We have been using other car washes without any problem. We could never get the car wash working right( the car wash starts before the car completely enters the bay and the signal lights never show the instructions correctly) even after a second trial. Somehow the car skids and never triggers the car wash correctly. During the second trial, we noticed that the wheel cover got damaged too. We reported this to the following customer too. He told us that he has used it before and our bad driving skill is the problem. That may be true. However, the car wash is not a place to test your driving skills. If the system is not that user-friendly, I would rather go to another car wash rather than testing my driving skiils paying 6 bucks. I would recommened going to another place unless you want to test your driving skills here. read more

I have never been to a gas station that was so organized, clean, and well stocked. The prices are comparable and they just put in a new drive through car wash that does a great job for the price. Im not one to usually write reviews but my experience was so great I had to write a review. The new owner and management are very customer friendly and they have done a fantastic job updating the gas station. I will only wash my car and get my gas here from now on. read more

I had a good experience at this station today. I went there to use a BOGO coupon for frozen yogurt. I pointed out to the attendant that the offer on the back of the coupon for a discounted car wash had an expiration date that was two months prior to when I had received the coupon in the mail, 2 months before the expiration date on the yogurt coupon. He said he'd still honor the car wash coupon if I wanted to use it. I said I'd think about it, as I wasn't convinced the car wash would clean my car effectively. I decided to get yogurt, and tried the Vanilla. Liquid squirted out and I asked for help. He said the machine wasn't operating, and to try the other machine. Though the chocolate side looked ok when I tested a sample, the caramel pretzel flavor was too runny. Amir said he'd have it fixed tomorrow and I could come back and he'd give me a free yogurt. Well, OK. So, I walked out to my car and saw someone driving off from the car wash. The car looked clean and shiny. I asked Richard, the car wash attendant if the car washes were really any good, as the price was very low, and with my coupon, even lower. He offered to let me try a car wash for free to see if I liked it. Excellent! I drove around to the Entry, followed Richard's instructions, placed the car in Neutral and into the wash I went with my car. The wash didn't take more than a few minutes. After the Exit, Richard toweled off the car with a chamois cloth. The car wash was effective, fast, and Richard's attitude was appreciated. I gave him a tip. He apologized for the yogurt machine. I guess Amir must have told him what happened. Off we drove. I'd come here again, based on my experience today. Though all wasn't perfect, both Amir and Richard made every effort to make things right for me. read more

If you want a Resident Evil like atmosphere (and a trip to Universal Studios in Japan isn't on your itinerary anytime soon) come here to get your car washed at night. This old car wash with the yellowed light and filthy brushes that loom in front of you just scream ambush by zombies. To be fair, the gas is usually reasonably priced here, but... Stay away from the car wash. Yeah, yeah everyone always tell me not to use gas station car washes. I don't always have time to go through the full service washes and sometimes I just don't have cash handy to tip the guy after, so there's still a reason to use these. Just not here. I'm most frustrated with the terrible customer service I received here. I pulled into the car wash, selected the wash I wanted and paid using cash (and using exact amounts as indicated on the machine) The car in front of me finished shortly after and I pulled in as the green light turned on. Again, as indicated, I put my car in neutral, waited, and then nothing happened. I'm a fairly patient guy, but I'm sure something is wrong if after 5 minutes nothing is happening. I got out of the car, walked inside and the cashier was the most unhelpful employee I've ever had the displeasure of associating with. I told him my problem, and he asked for my receipt claiming that "everyone gets a receipt." Uh no, I paid cash through the machine and your machine did not print a receipt. He then told me that you had to pay inside and the machine is broken. There was no signage whatsoever indicating that the machine was broken, and one would think that if it was, you would at least put a sign up and block off the cash slot. Not so. He insisted I must have not paid -- but here's the kicker. Inside there's a video feed of the car wash that shows the car outside the wash where the machine is. He claimed he was watching and that I had not paid, except I very clearly had and it's caught on camera. He then told me there was nothing he could do and had the gall to ask if I wanted to buy another car wash. No. Just stay away. Ridiculous. I would've been less ticked if he had attempted to apologize and I hadn't even asked for a refund, but immediately he was confrontational and quick to blame. Get your car washed at the Chevron a little further down De Anza past the Apple campus. It's newer and the employees are always friendly and helpful. read more

Stay far far away from this drive through car wash! First of all, they guy inside was totally rude when I went in to ask if the car wash was even open. Yes they have cones all over to tell you where to go, but it is WIERD. They direct you off of the cement, onto the grass, then into the car wash. Sorry, yes I am an intelligent person but I had no idea what they were trying to convey with the cones and signs as I wasn't expecting to drive across the grass. So once he so nicely (not) explained to me which way to the car wash, I began to try to pull in. It has one track you are to pull your left wheel into. I've seen this type at the full service car washes before when they have the trained employees pull your car in, but NEVER the type where you do it yourself and no one even helping to direct you in. It was frankly, scary, and at one point I thought my car was going to hit the wall as I pulled into it, perhaps too far? I think my tire went over the rail the wrong way. Anyway, I can't believe I made it out with my fender intact. The wash job was average for such a place and as usual the dry is too quickly. Your car is better off filthy than going here. read more

I've used the carwash service at this location a couple of times and was generally pleased with the overall maintenance and efficiency. The penultimate time, the card reader wasn't working so I had to pay inside (no big deal). For my most recent visit, I paid in advance again and waited in line about twenty minutes. The Indian guy who I presume manages the place came out to provide personalized service, enter my code, and direct me in. So far, so good. The car wash however had some type of electronic glitch because the stop light didn't activate, and I ended up going too far which apparently tripped the system and could not be reset unless the carwash was free of vehicles. With no opportunity to back up, said manager then cheerfully advised that I would have to leave, get a new code, and go back to the start of the line, which was jammed at this point. Seriously, what an insensitive schmuck. I went inside the store, got my money back instead, went home, and washed my car myself. Would it be too much to place a 'WAIT HERE' line sufficiently behind the entrance so that the patron entering the carwash could have some room to back out if needed? read more
