I always get my gas there because of the discount for a car wash they give. They often have somebody to assist people that don't know how to use the car wash which makes things a lot easier and the process faster for those behind them. Don't get mad at customer when they can't figure out your car wash. You're standing by the wash attending it why not try to help customer. I am only reviewing this spot for their little mini mart/deep fried restaurant. Some friends and I came to try this place out, mainly for the novelty of eating something deep fried. I had the deep fried PB&J and a Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog. Both were exactly what I was expecting...which was good. Plus, the man serving the food/making the food was ridiculously nice. I could tell he really was proud of his makings and wanted to be sure we enjoyed out food. I had to dock a star because, yes, the food here makes you feel like you're dying. And I can't be an entirely supporter of a place that serves death food. But if that's what you're looking for, definitely check out this quant, odd, delicious and disgusting place. =) read more

They always kindly give me free airs for the last several years. This is the gas station I get gas every time.

I usually come to this place for the car wash but today there was a malfunction with the system and it didn't wash my car. I went inside to let the staff know and they acted as if it was my fault and when I tried to explain the older man behind the counter held up his hand - RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!! I told him that I was trying to explain and he said "I know, I know, I know" and he still wasn't convinced that it was a problem with his system. If you're the owner reading this review then teach your employees about good manners and good customer service. If you're the owner who treated me like this then shame on you and have someone teach you good manners and good customer service!!! read more

Very disappointing experience with the supervisor or manager today. Not only did he come out and yell at me when the car wash stopped working (basically blaming me for his car wash malfunctioning). He was rude and condescending . To top it off when I went to put gas in my SUV the pump stops at $67!!! Come on even if gas is $4/gallon, it would cost me at least $80 to fill my tank. I refuse to give them more money by sliding my card through again when they can easily raise turn off amount on the pump! I will not be using this station anymore. There are two others within a mile or so that I would rather go to those, than this location ! read more

This used to be my go-to gas station until last week when I came home to a furious husband. He stopped by this Valero to redeem his pre-paid carwash with an expiration date for that same day. When he had trouble redeeming it after entering the code into the keypad, the attendant couldn't give a reason why it wouldn't work and asked that my husband return the following day so that another person could resolve the issue. It wasn't worth it to make an extra trip back. We emailed the corporate offices letting them know of the poor customer service. Fortunately, our credit card issued us a refund, so we don't have to deal with this Valero again. read more

My daughter stopped by after work to have the bird poop washed off her car. She paid for her wash and was surprised when the bird poop wasn't removed. Shi asked the attendant about it and was told the wash she bought doesn't remove poop, only dust. However, he did offer to have it go through the poop removing car wash for $5.00 cash paid directly to him. Luckily she turned down his kind offer. She is now in our driveway washing the car herself . Stay away from this Valero unless you want to pay extra to have bird poop removed. You can't make this stuff up! read more

I paid two $20 bills for gasoline inside. Went outside and Patel registered for only $30 of gas. The $30 of gas stopped and I went inside and ask why the pump stopped at $30. He said that I paid $30. Don't go here. They try to give you fake cash as change. I needed $10 change back and the cashier reached for a $10 bill then changed his mind and grabbed two $5 bills. I could tell before he handed them to me that they were fake. I examined them and they had no security features. I requested new bills and was give them. The manger then tried to tell me the bills were real and pointed out two separate locations for the security line. When i reasserted that they weren't real he was rude. read more

I just fill up gas for this station and add extra for car wash worth $9.00. After entering the carwash, I just enter the code and the instructions skips on choosing the "Touch Free or Foam Brite wash". I usually used the FOAM BRITE WASH. Upon entering, the water spray that wash on the wheels did not work (that's first issue). Car wash start and was suprised it goes to "TOUCH FREE" wash. They have there Ads before entering the car wash say's " choosing TOUCH FREE will do a good JOB.... etc. After the wash, I just park in front of store to speak with the attendant. So I went inside and explain what happen but this STUPID indian guy (with eyeglass) doesn't listen to my explanation. He say's your car is clean and I told him that I will not make a complain if the car is clean. And the reason why I went inside is to tell them that the machine on car wash is working weird. And the indian guy said "it's my fault...What the Fuck!". The Indian guy was very very rude and STUPID! To stop arguing with this indian guy, just told him that fix your car wash so nobody complaining again. So, if you planning to go to this station for car wash... Go find another car wash station! As far as the gas goes it is what it is. This is the only car wash anywhere near to me. So, when I fill up I usually get a car wash which is extra. There is a little guy that is usually running the car wash. He can be nice at times. BUT, he has more then a touch of "Little man's" syndrome. He always starts yelling at me about not pulling in perfectly straight blah, blah, blah. But, when he is not there I never have any problem going thru without any problems. I think this is a behavior he uses on women in particular , most men would punch me in his face. It is not easy to understand him because he has a very thick accent and he always looks like he is going to burst a few blood vessels in his nasty little head. He is beyond rude except sometimes it makes me laugh because I can tell, this guy has serious issues and is wound pretty tight. I have used this car wash several times in the past. Every time I would pay at the counter and get a wash code. Today, I felt like saving some time. I joined the queue of cars right away, hoping to pay the wash fee at the kiosk. There were about five cars ahead of me - business was brisker than ever. A person was manning the queue to make sure that cars were packed bumper to bumper. When there were three cars ahead of me, I got down and checked the kiosk - there was a piece of paper on it which said "No cash.". I was relieved. I was anyway going to pay using a credit card. After twenty minutes in the queue, it was my turn to pay. I got out of my car but found that the credit card slot was taped off. When I brought this to the attention of the person manning the queue, he pointed me to the paper, which still said "No cash.". He asked me to pay at the counter and go to the back of the queue. I let him know that they just wasted my time to which he retorted that, "It is a private property ...". I closed my car door and drove off from their sorry place for the last time. read more

While waiting to enter wash the elderly man (owner?) told me i needed to wait a few minutes as they had to go in and fix something, i said OK. He then stood right next to my open window and talked on his cell phone.. The service here wins this location all five stars. I just got my first car and had never used a drive through car wash before (at least not with myself behind the wheel), yea yea. So a very nice employee came all the way around to the back and helped us out, even punched in the code for me so I didn't have to get out of the car. Went for a car wash , machine got stuck in between the wash and owner doesn't want to agree that. He says we moved car ahead. When we went to check back along with him , there was another customer trying to get in and couldn't. He had to reset the machine . Still he is not ready to agree that machine got stuck and he showed lot of attitude. Finally we did not get wash and came out with half washed car . I hope some one says to him that machines are prone to errors. I would never go to this gas station again. read more

While waiting for our turn in the car wash, the machine tells us to put in our code, which we did. The car ahead of us was still in their wash cycle and apparently moved backwards a little bit. The green light came on and they moved back to where they should have been, but it had ended their wash and they were actually now using ours! We called on the intercom to explain, but the employee told us to leave the car there and come inside. So my husband went in to explain, and the guy basically blames my husband for putting in the code while the car in front of us was still using wash. This is my go-to gas station. The prices are good, it's clean, there's always plenty of pumps, the location is perfect, and the staff is friendly and efficient. If I could give this car wash 0 stars I would. I bought a full tank of 91 premium gas and paid for the carwash at the pump. Convenient I thought that i didnt have to go inside to pay for the wash. i got in line for the carwash and one of the employees started walking around my car over and over. He proceeded to scrape off the twigs and junk that was on the roof with his hand. This will scratch the paint but he did it so briefly that I didnt say anything. He then tells me that the carwash wontnclean all of the stuff off the car, I say I know and I'm fine with that I'll rewash it later. He asks me if I have a towel in the car to wipe off all the other twigs and stuff off the car and I tell him no, and even if i did that would scratch the paint. He then walks to the back of the car and starts scraping the stuff off the trunk. So i open the door and tell him i just told you that would scratch my paint and to stop doing that. the employee gets very loud and starts hollering that he will just give me a refund and to back my car out of the wash line. So we got into a bit of an arguement and at the end i drive through the wash without it being turned on and get my refund inside. Very rude, obnoxious and unreasonable people working here. i will not.be going back and i advise all others to stay away as well. read more

Do not use the carwash here! We went to get our two-weeks-old car washed and when it was done there were scratches all over the car! DO NOT GO HERE for a car wash or ANYTHING. Worst front desk staff I have ever come across. Bought 60 dollars worth of gas, and paid for a car wash. Went through the car wash and it only soaped my car up but no brush ever touched my car and no rinse cycle. To top if off, the dryer didn't work either. I pulled up to the front in my brand new 2018 car, and showed the clerk my car, which still had soap all over it, and asked for a repeat wash or refund. He literally went crazy and accused me of not doing the car wash right. WHAT?!! I explained that i followed the instructions and that the wash is broken. I even offered to come back and use it again on another day when they fixed it. the clerk was still acting very rude and angry towards me. I normally don't buy gas at Valero because my SUV drives better with Shell Gas. Shell Gas employees are nice and helpful. And the everyone knows that prices for Shell Gas vs.Valero Gas is alot higher. I don't care about the price I care about quality of gas and service. Unfortunately today, I had to pull over to Valero Gas Station on 4004 Mowry Ave, Fremont because I needed to get air in one of my back tires. Before entering the mini mart a friend informed me that per the state of California air is free, if you ask for it. So what I do I went and ask one of the employees "Is it true that California law states free air at gas stations?" The employee could barely speak english tells me that the air is for people who purchase gas. I told the employee that I will print up something and if I am right, can I get my 75 cents back? He said yes, so I went and paid the money and put air in my tire. After I was done I went back into the mini mart to ask another question on where I can purchase the little tire caps for the tires. The gentleman answer my question and in return I cracked a joke telling the guy that if I'm right about the tire he owes me a candy bar, and I flashed a smile. Do you know what he said in return. He said because I asked him a question about the law and free air he made me pay for air for my tire, but if I were just to walk in and ask for air it without the law question it would be no charge. Now, please understand it isn't about the money for my complaint is about the principal of the concern and how they treat people who are educated, professional and speak english. I was in professional business attire and he still continue to speak to me like I was dumb. The manager is just as rude and ignorant like the employees. And he also told me that the customers are not never right, and they don't need to kiss the customers butt. I am not sure why he needed to verbally express his frustations. It is not my fault or my problem, they work at a gas station and they can barely understand or know how to speak to others. I shared with the employee & the manager that I pay 10 cents more a per gallon at Shell gas stations, and I gurantee I will never come back..not even to buy a pack of gum. I am not sure why some foreigners think it is okay to treated people like they own the place. As if I am new to America when they can clearly see that I'm an American. I'm a regular customer here always paying at the pump and never having to interact with the people inside. Boy, I wish I had interacted with them soon enough so as to not keep bringing back my business to them. I had to vacuum my car and after paying $1.50, only to see the head of the vacuum hose break lose midway as it was all taped together. I went to tell the clerk inside and apparently I wasn't soon enough for the rude clerk/supervisor inside (a short clean shaven guy that has no idea what customer service means). He came out and argued that since the vacuum has stopped after reaching the time limit, I didn't come in soon enough. He basically told me that I should have come inside as soon as I put the $1.50 inside. Heck, I wasn't even asking for a refund and this guy was arguing with me and blaming me as though I cheated him out of $1.50. He proceeded to tape it all back together again for the next unsuspecting "customer" of his. I'm never going back here again even if the gas is $1 cheaper than elsewhere. I've been going here for a long time almost everyday. I get gas, cigarettes, and sometimes snacks as well. I've always loved the employees and have never had any problems,UNTIL TODAY! I have 3 small kids that quickly have my car a mess. School books and bags. Toys, jackets, random socks my 2 year old always pulls off his feet. Typical mommy car. So I pulled into the vacuum area if their carwash to vaccuum my car. First I had my kids get out and get all their things together to put them in the trunk so I could vacuum. In between Iwas handing them random garbage to toss in the gas stations bin. An extremely rude employee approached my car and asked if I was going to use the vacuum and if not I needed to leave because paying customers were waiting. He said I had been there 25 mins and had done nothing but throw away some garbage. First of all I was only there 15mins AT VERY MOST . My kids hadn't even been out of school for 25mins yet. Not to mention the fact that NO ONE ELSE WAS WAITING for the spot. I saw a review about a "little rude man" I'm almost positive it was him.
