Yet they stay open. And I can't imagine someone is making big bucks in the cigarette/lottery ticket/off-brand donut sales business. They're probably doing it as a commitment to the community, for the love of the business, and a sense of pride. A cup of joe, a good bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll for three bucks, a donut with bacon on it, just because the maple frosting wasn't unhealthy enough. Fantastic. Tonight, when I went there, the white employee, about 5'9 with glasses, late 40s or early 50s years old guy said to me to get the fuc* out of the store... I parked my car near the store for literally a min. There is other customers who parked their cars there and I even saw a delivery truck parked there. But for some reason he pointed me out and targeted me individually to take his anger out. I picked up my bag from the counter and I kindly asked the employee "am I all set". He rolled his eye and rudely said "I gave you the bag right, get going". Again politely, I mentioned why me, why you only like that towards me. Last time I came here you told me the machine is not working. And someone else came after me then some how the machine started working but I let that go. But today I wanted to ask him "why me, what did I do to be treated in such way...? First, the intersection to get to this Walgreens is just awful, I know it's not the store's fault. But traffic is awful here if it's around after work hours. I pulled to the drive through and made it to the window just a few minutes before my scheduled time. I told the pharmacist I came for my scheduled covid test. Well guess what? He just walked away from the window. Not ok. I figured he just went to get my test. Well I waited and waited at the window without anyone saying anything to me about why I'm waiting. I waited for 20 long minutes. I'm sorry to all the cars behind me. Finally he came back with my test, I got no explanation or an apology for waiting this long at the window. Maybe the pharmacist is new, and doesn't know how to do things, maybe they're just not organized, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is unacceptable. I will not go to this location again, there are plenty of Walgreens that know how to do their job and communicate with customers.

Waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. They misspelled my name on my CDC card and then put the wrong date on my vaccine record. After vaccination, the pharmacist doesn't seem to care if you wait the 15 minutes or not.
