Scammed their way into overcharging us after drop off. Driver was reckless and would brake-check us, sending us swinging in the cabin and intentionally delayed us into running overtime to charge us more again and keep our deposit. Owners were unprofessional and combative. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. If you're adamant about working with this co- if they tell you a bus seats 20, they are lying to get you to upgrade the day of so that you pay double what they initially quote you for. The video they send and the photos on their invoice is intentionally misleading. Go in knowing they overstate how much a bus can accommodate. Update: I received a private message from this company on yelp threatening legal action for leaving them a yelp review. Anyone considering using this business should be aware that they have reportedly threatened to sue customers for leaving negative Yelp reviews. This is an extremely aggressive tactic, and it demonstrates a lack of respect for customer opinions. The fact that this company resorts to legal threats over critical reviews is incredibly telling. I wonder how many customers have deleted their comments for fear of retaliation. It's a warning to anyone considering doing business with them. read more

BEWARE OF SCAM: This company pulled the old switch and bait and scammed me double the money that I was originally quoted the day of my event when we had everything scheduled for the big day. They ruined our celebration and stole our deposit as well. I was forced to pay double the amount as to not be late for all the reservations we made for our event. Highway robbery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Go book another party bus company this one will scam you. I have never written a bad review on Yelp before I usually only uplift businesses that treat me well, but I do not want other people to be taken advantage of. I would give zero stars if I could. This service was incredibly unprofessional. They showed up late for the scheduled pick-up with the wrong size bus, and it took them a full two hours to finally bring the correct one. How is that our fault? They messed up, yet we were the ones left waiting and losing valuable time. When we reached out to the owner to express my frustration and ask for some form of compensation or accommodation, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the mistake. The owner gave us 45 min extra AND then kept our deposit and charged us an additional fee. ABSOLUTE SCAM. This was an awful experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. (Except for the driver of our bus, she was very nice and this review is not at all directed towards her) 15 of us wanted to celebrate Galentine's on a pink party bus. Unfortunately, a small black party bus arrived. It appears that there was a miscommunication regarding the color of the bus... that's fine. These things can happen. However... when we decided to put the disappointment of the color behind us and get on the bus; we quickly learned that it is IMPOSSIBLE this bus was supposed to fit 15 people. We did not fit. Two people had to sit on one of the coolers we brought. Hanging out ON the bus was a large portion of our plans for the night, therefore being able to have room to dance and sit comfortably was pretty important. But impossible because of the size. So that was completely false advertising. Because of that, we had no option other than to wait for the larger, pink bus. Did the owner do anything to accommodate us given that they clearly misrepresented the ability to fit 15 people in this bus? NO. We had to pay an extra 600 dollars and wait between an hour and a half - 2 hours for them to drive the other bus to our location. Speaking of location- we had reservations at a pizza place for dinner that we needed to get to. So we decided to change the pickup location from the previous bar we were at, to the pizza place. As communicated clearly by our friend who organized everything, to the owner of this company on the phone. So, we squeezed into the smaller black bus instead of unloading all of our stuff and missing our dinner reservation while waiting for the bigger pink bus, and had the driver take us there. It took about 20 minutes. We go inside and eat and wait for the new bus, and then shortly after I wanted to grab something out of my bag that I left on the bus. I couldn't find the bus in the parking lot. It seemed odd to me because there was plenty of parking options for the bus, but I figured maybe our driver had parked somewhere that I couldn't see in that moment. Once the hour mark had hit, our friend called again to get an ETA... this is when we realized that for some reason they sent our driver BACK to the original location we WERE at... which made absolutely no sense in general, but especially because we had clearly heard our friend communicate the new pickup location to the owner. This was very out of line because all of our personal belongings were on the bus and we thought they would be just a few steps away, but instead they were taken back to the original location, (which was 20 minutes away when there WASN'T traffic) where we wouldn't be able to access anything left on the bus for the supposed one hour time we were quoted. That was not communicated to us. Then on top of it we had to wait even longer because the driver had to unload our stuff by herself from the small black bus to the larger pink bus, and then drive BACK to the pizza place. And of course it took longer than it had originally between pickup spots because by this time it was traffic hour. So that was easily another 30-45 minutes because of THEIR mistake. Were we at all compensated for this is any way? NO. We missed out on 2 hours of bus time, weren't offered extra time considering this, and had to pay 600 dollars more for the larger bus. We had planned on bar hopping around LA/West Hollywood, but could only make it to two of the spots we had originally planned for. Whilst being rushed at each spot to make it back on time. We called and asked if we could get ONE hour extra, which considering we had missed well over an hour waiting and playing phone tag with the owner, shouldn't have been an issue. This ruined most of our time at the first bar we went to because our friend had to speak to the owner for a good 30 minutes describing the unfortunate customer service we were receiving, and even then she only gave us 45 minutes extra. Which was pretty much just accounting for the drive back from LA to the drop off spot. Lastly, the owner kept our 200$ deposit because we supposedly 'went over the time.' The very LEAST they could've done was overlook the possible 5-10 minute extra time we MIGHT have went over... considering it was THEIR FAULT THAT WE MISSED OUT ON SO MUCH BUS TIME, in MULTIPLE ways. Because of all of this, at the end of the night we truly felt this company SCAMMED us. They're allowed to be late because of their clear lack of communication skills and lack of oversight, but if we arrived slightly over the designated time, they take our deposit? One could argue we were only late because of THEM. Do NOT book your party bus here... 2k for barely a couple hours on the bus... read more

I requested a party bus for Saturday pick up at 1pm-3pm and bus came at 1:30pm. This day was for a quince photoshoot session. We had to be rushed to our appointment we scheduled with photographer now that we got there 30 minutes late. A lady from the company had the nerve to call me at 2:40pm stating that I will go over our scheduled 1-3pm and that I have to be charged $75 more because of their wrongdoing. This company isn't professional at all, not going to recommend it to anyone because of that bad service. Avoid as I believe they just scammed you for an additional $75, there gimmick is to arrive late and charge you for it. read more

We rented a shuttle bus last minute for our family of 28 to go look at Christmas lights. Everything went so smoothly and our family had an amazing time! Veronica, our driver was so kind and patient! It was our first time doing this so we were a little lost on where to go exactly and she stayed cool and collective the whole time while a handful of our group would give her different directions. They decorated the shuttle with Christmas decor and let us connect our phone to the speaker to play our music. It was so much! We highly recommend this to everyone. The owner was very responsive, made booking easy and gave us a great price. We truly appreciate the service we received, the kiddos in our family will never forget this experience. read more

I was pricing around party buses for my bachelorette, and came across this company on yelp. Despite their 2 star rating, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I've worked in customer service before and I know sometimes there are things that are out of our control (and I saw that some of their vehicles had a stripper pole lol which is what I actually wanted) Anyways I saw their website, which said to either text or DM them on instagram. I DM'd them on instagram and asked for a general quote (how much for 12 people for 6 hours) which they provided and then right after asked for my email to send me a contract should I want to move forward (not a problem to me personally but just want to point out that all of the other companies I inquired with did not push the contract at me right off that bat like that). I got the contract via email which was pretty basic. Basically stated the same information that was in the DM and listed a phone number to call if there was any questions. I called the number because I wanted to confirm what exact vehicle we were renting, and more specific details other than the number of hours and the deposit and total cost. I called and gave my information, let them know I had just DMd and they just sent me a contract by email. The woman who answered the phone said oh yeah it's a Mercedes sprinter, you had 8 guests right? And I said no I had 12 guests.. and she said oh okay the sprinter can accommodate up to 14 but we have another vehicle that can accommodate more people if you're looking for more room but it would cost more. I said that was fine and if she could send me pictures of them both and she said ok yeah I will send them and then let me know so we can sign the contract and move forward. Anyway long story short this was yesterday, the pictures were never sent to me and so I will not be booking with them. Very weird experience compared to other companies I've worked with , but I guess they did not need my business to say the least :) read more
