He said Mr. Unclog hands down was the best in Westchester. A $40,000 estimate from Roto-Rooter became a simple root removal with Mr Unclog. Not to mention, Mr Unclog's team wore booties and left the basement as nice as before they came, while Roto-Rooter left droplets of pipe sludge all over the place. This review is 1.5 months late because I wanted to be sure that the repairs made by Felip at GME Plumbing held up after he completed the plumbing work. I took pictures and sent them to Felip and he provided a reasonable estimate which included parts and labor, so we hired him. Felip and his helper did excellent work, left the place clean, and took away the rubbish. We paid the price in his estimate; there were no surprise extra charges. He 1) Repaired a leaking shower, replaced seat of valve with a special tool. Two previous plumbers only changed the washers and the leaks never stopped. 2) Replaced washing machine valves located behind shower wall. 3) Removed an old leaky toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. It's been over a month since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. The water bill is 40% less because of the repairs Felip made. We are very happy with Felip's work and will definitely use him again should we have further plumbing issues.

At first, told me there would be no charge to evaluate the issue but my bill showed that they did. They tried to charge me $277 bucks for a fix that ended up not even fixing the issue. After some complaining, they removed the evaluation charge but $195 is still too much for not having fixed the issue. Months later, I had a plumbing issue with a bathroom faucet. Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance. The universe intervened and said, "nah." They said they'd come around 4PM the same day. They never showed up. I reached out to them asking when they planned to arrive. No response. I took that as a sign to just decline the service altogether. They responded over a day later asking to reschedule. Nah. Never again.
