The Victoria location installed our hitch and Thule Vero Bike rack. A month later ordered the Thule…read morelicense plate and brake light kit from Rack Attack Victoria location. Rack Attack attached the brake light kit to the Vero Rack, but the License Plate holder was installed upside down & could not be corrected. The Rack Attack tech said he reached out to Thule, but Thule never got back to him. The Tech said he would order another Brake Light kit to see if it was a mistake and then he would get back to me. Stupidly I paid the bill in full and took the Tech from Rack Attack Victoria at his word. Didn't hear back from the Tech within the 2 week promised period. I contacted Thule myself and they rectified the problem part within 2 weeks & sent me another Brake Light Kit. To be fair, the kit sent to Rack Attack & installed by Rack Attack was defective from Thule.......but I NEVER heard back from Rack Attack about correcting the situation. The Brake Light Kit was ordered through Rack Attack Victoria & they should have corrected the situation with Thule. Furthermore, when you try calling the Victoria location........the phone just ring & rings & no one answers. I DO NOT recommend this business or location.

The First time I came in I needed a box to ship a snowboard, I assumed I would have to buy one, but they looked for me but couldn't find a specific snowboard box so brought me out some ski boxes tape and scissors! The next time I had to sell some of my gear to pay a bill and the guy working in the gear section could feel my pain and gave me a really solid deal that he really didn't have to! This place is special In Bellingham and the people who work here have to be the best spirited team in any shop around town. The owner, Joe, runs this place and wow, he make you feel like a local customer, but an old friend. I came to get my skis tuned up before ski season. He was able to take care of my skis and my kids skis in addition to checking the bindings as well for free. The turnaround was fast. He got these tuned up next day. Prices for the tuneup were very reasonable. Lots of gear available here. If I need to get new skis for my kid as he gets bigger, I will definitely get them here. Joe has definitely earned a life long customer. Highly recommend for anyone in and around the area.

The "WASHROOM" as it's called over here was clean. There's a large selection of everything you could possibly need for camping, biking, hiking and backpacking. It is an interesting place to visit and browse. My husband is very interested in cycling. He got on the demo Tacx bike which generates power and is an interactive game which you ride in competitions in famous locations like Central Park. As my husband rode a crowd gathered to watch and cheer. He was riding hard, shifting gears and working up a sweat!! He was not in his riding outfit or clip on shoes, but he rode quite a distance and was ready to buy if we weren't so far from home. The price is a huge factor. Our son briefly tried out the Tacx bike and thought it was awesome.
