Amazing food!!! Everything I have had here has been top notch...my wife even said the Menudo is just like her mom used to make!! Cheese stuffed chili's...are to die for!!! Service was ok, started off with a michelada and a margarita. Michelada was ok and the margarita was made with a pre mix, the shrimp that came with it was previously frozen as is the case with most of the other food here. Food is Great!! The place is filthy....the window sills are cover with old dirt....the fans have years of grease grime & dust...when they turn the fans on the stuff falls into ur food.... I'm afraid to see the kitchen read more

We had a pretty terrible experience here. The waitress/bar staff was busy on her phone and we had to constantly get her attention. She wiped the bar and pushed crumbs on my boyfriends lap when cleaning. The food was meh, my boyfriend had a piece of shrimp tail in his asada fries. This place has one good thing. It's home made tortillas but boy you will pay for them. I'm not kidding I payed more in tortillas then my meal. This place is usually really good with their orders but today was one of those days that just wasnt working for them. I came in and ordered 3 menudos to go and ordered extra tortillas, paid my order at the time of ordering. I was told it would only take about 7 minutes for the tortillas to be made. It took longer than the time she told me and then was asked by another employee what my order was and I told her what my order was, she then told me that my order was done I just needed to pay it and left quickly to grab my order, I didnt get the chance to tell her it was already paid for, but like uuhhhh.... Dont they look at the tag when prepping the orders to check if its paid for or not?! Well then she came to the front and immediately informed her co-worker I had to pay-- I told them that I had paid for it when I ordered. Okay so when getting ready to dig in to the bag for our food.... There was no tortillas and no spoons, not to mention they gave me what seemed to be someone elses order because there was a breakfast burrito! I called them right away and let them know they asked me to go back to pick up my tortillas and theyd be ready for me. When arriving I let them know I was there for my tortillas and still had to wait. They appologized for the trouble, which i get it happens from time to time but I think that they should've reviewed the tag and bag of food before handing it to their customers to avoid these mistakes. Literally my favorite Mexican restaurant in Hanford. We always get the Molcajete Mixto with Salsa Verde. I repeat, order this with Salsa Verde. You will not regret it. It comes with homemade tortillas, a side of rice, beans, and small salad. Definitely shareable between two ppl. I recommend getting an extra pack of tortillas and a plate of rice and beans. Went to Valle for the first time. Finally found our go to spot for Mexican food. Everything was delicious and hot and fresh. The salsa and chips were really good and the enchiladas and the wet burrito were delicious. Beans are rice were very flavorful and delicious. My two boys don't really like Mexican food so I love that they had Cheeseburgers and fries for them, that way we can come for some good authentic Mexican food more often. Went there today for dinner. Had a bad experience with the service. I asked for a high chair and she brought me one with the soaked chair straps. When I notified her that it was wet she apologized but didn't take the chair or offer to bring us another one. We placed our order and the food took quite a while to get there. To be fair the place was very busy. But after we got the food we were never checked on and weren't offered any refills. (Most of us had water.) We returned one order of food and she said she would remove it from the check but it wasn't removed. I paid and then noticed it so I had to bring it to her attention. It was really a horrible experience with service. The food was fair, I ordered the taco combination plate, shredded chicken and asada tacos. The chicken wasn't shredded it looked and tasted like fried bits of chicken. This is why I give the place 2 stars, mostly for the service. When a place is this busy, they should be prepared. read more
