Visiting the clinic has taught me several things, which is what I should avoid as much as possible when I am looking for a 420 evaluation from any clinical facility. To begin with, I know that I should not be pulled in by discounts, because this clinic blatantly lied about what was available. Not only was the discount and special price non-existent, their actual prices were exorbitant. I have also learned that I need to know the name of the doctor when I make an appointment and also verify their qualifications. When I got there, I waited for ages, and then some person of a telephone was to give me my diagnosis and complete the evaluation. I went here to get a new recommendation, although I've had one before it had been over a year since it expired so I had to be a new patient. The price was 80$ for a year 60$ for a half year, 20$ extra for a plastic card. I chose not to get the plastic card so I payed 60$ for the half year. Filled out a 3 page patient history form, then waited about 2 min before I was told I could come back and talk to the dr. Via Skype. ...Because my past medical info was still in the system (?) I didn't have to speak with the dr after all.. I was given my paper recommendation and was on my way. I was there maybe 15 min at the very most. The receptionist was very very kind and I have not one complaint about my visit. I would definitely go back here again and recommend it to anyone that asks. The process was very simple and the young woman behind the counter was very cheerful and helpful. There were six pieces of paperwork to fill out which took about 20 minutes. I brought my previous recommendation/prescription with me which I hadn't renewed in over a decade (though I was told that it wasn't necessary). After I completed the paperwork, I was led into the consultation room by the receptionist, Alix, and seated in front of a computer consol. A moment later, I was in a Skype call with a doctor who asked about a dozen or so questions regarding my condition and experience and was told, "You're good to go! Have a great day!" And that was it. I went to this facility in Vallejo because I didn't have time to drive all the way to Oakland where I usually go. I'm glad I came here because it's a lot closer, it saves me on gas and the customer service was great. I had an appointment to go to 30 minutes later so the assistant that was working there, Ivy, was very helpful and handed me my paperwork. Once I was finished with the paperwork, I went and seen the doctor and was in and out of there within a couple minutes.
