I come in here all the time and everyone is usually pretty nice. But I went in 10/23 close to closing and the person helping me was new to me. They were also nice but at the end of the transaction he was like ok your change is $8 put my stuff in a bag and didn't give me my change. He still had my original cash in his hand. Bad service! Blamed me for their mistake Terrible service and no accountability Today, around 1 PM, I went to this dispensary and ordered a specific product, but the worker gave me something else. I trusted them to give me the right item and didn't check at the moment. When I got to my car, I realized the mistake and went back to fix it, but the manager accused me of being at fault, saying I had pointed at the wrong product in the display case. That makes no sense because obviously, you have to point at the product for the worker to grab it. I pointed at what I wanted, but the worker took something else. Since all the bags look the same, I didn't notice until after I had paid. Even though it was their mistake, they refused to exchange it. The two did nothing against and foul languages towards a Female who speaking up that a man was cutting the line. The female securities came up to the female as if she was in the wrong while they allowed for the man horrific behavior. Went right back in to exchange (last time I came there was no issue with exchanging product) well this there was. Manager said she reviewed the footage and that all she could offer was for me to BUY a battery for the pod which again is not what I asked for. I came here a couple weeks ago for the firs time for my first very own weed pen and pod! Mike helped me out and was super knowledgable and kind about my naivete. The place was super clean and sterile. I just returned from my 2nd time because I accidentally spilled water on my pen. I asked what I needed to do with the damaged pod and if the battery itself was damaged. Mike helped me out AGAIN and was super great. He asked if I wanted a refund, which surprised me because I was at fault. I said no and that I just wanted another pod. I was in and out both times within 10 mins.
