So I thought this was going to be great but I should have know when I had to keep calling to make sure my trip was actually booked. To begin I live in Philadelphia and had hoped to have a great experience in Napa with a limo ride. So I found this place on Groupon. I called and spoke with the owner who encouraged me to work directly with him for a flat fee of $495 because the Groupon didn't work Fridays or Saturdays. Although this was not listed on the Groupon I went on and agreed figuring the Groupon was $375, so with a $160 taxes and fees it would come out roughly the same. Well I had to call multiple times to make sure our trip was booked because we hadn't received confirmation. The owner seemed very nice so again I went with this even though I did have another company on standby. So the trip was finally confirmed two days before my arrival. So let's fast forward to the day of the trip. I received a text message from the driver asking for my location for pick up. Once Mandy arrived she was great. Not dressed classy enough for my taste but she was at least nice. I noticed immediately that the limo had missing paint on the side. This is not acceptable when you are trying to drive in a Limo!! I could have drove the rental because it looked much better. Anyways, Mandy stated that when you take it through the car wash the paint chips. That made no sense (later the owner said the same thing). As we drove through Napa I saw some of the most beautiful Limos which made me more disappointed because it's my birthday trip.. the Limo was stocked with champagne and water but NO EATING. Which is crazy because you would like to have a snack or two. Once we arrived at one of our stops we realized one of the doors won't open to let one of the guest out. So she had to keep climbing in and out in an uncomfortable manner the entire trip. Again no fault of Mandy, she stated that the door sticks sometimes. My thoughts were so why do we have this Limo if it is broke!! After another tasting we get in and the air conditioning had stopped working!! Yes really.. it was 80 degrees and no air!! I was pissed for real now. Mandy attempted to get the air working but it wasn't. We didn't have time waste in order to get to the tour and tasting. Somehow during this ride I keep messing with it and got it to work. I called the company immediately upon exiting this trap! The owner begins by making numerous excuses: well the paint chips when you get it washed, we are planning on putting it in the shop once it comes back in, well it's not that bad because it would be more important if the mechanical stuff wouldn't work (until I complained about the AC), well I will call the drive and talk to her. Through each excuse I explained how none of this was my fault nor should I have had to deal with this broken Limo and if he knew all of this why did they give this limo to us? He had no answers. So they knew the Limo paint was chipped, the door was broke and the ac temperamental. This really pissed me off. So the owner offered me a 10% off. To me that wasn't good enough. Then he offered an additional 1/2 hour. That too was not good enough but I went ahead because I was at my next touring place and didn't want to waste time on the phone. All I know is that I won't rent from here again. I will get the other place that I know had the type limo we wanted for only 40 bucks more..Mandy was nice that's what the stars are for not the Limo!! read more

Unbelievably bad! Unfortunately there was no option for zero stars. I purchased a six hour limo tour on Groupon for my mother's birthday. I made reservations and called a week before to confirm. Several of us took a day off work, made day care arrangements, etc. We had lunch and winery appointments. The limo did not show up. I called about 15 mins after the expected arrival time, and the guy I had been talking to (the owner I assume - very difficult to understand) said, "Oops I wrote down the wrong date." After explaining why we could not reschedule, he agreed to send a limo. It was nearly two hours late. We had to reschedule lunch and missed our winery appointments. On the way back we got stuck in fairly bad traffic. We were late for picking up children for day care and had to pay extra money. In general, it was just a bad day and experience. The cherry on top was that when we got back from day care, the limo was still sitting out in front of the house. The driver had apparently called and texted me that while she appreciated my $100 tip, we owed her more money for extra limo time because we had gotten stuck in traffic. (Also ... something not in the Groupon fine print ... when you call to make an appointment, they tell you it will actually be an extra $100 on top of the Groupon payment for gratuity, tax, fuel, etc. I was expecting to tip, but did not expect a mandatory fee on top of the $375 I had already paid for the Groupon.) read more

I bought a Groupon for a 6-hr limo tour in Napa Valley with Vallejo Airporter and I definitely don't regret it! All 4 of us on the tour loved Soniya and thought she was a lot of fun to be around and was a lot of help when we couldn't decide what winery to go to to end the day with. I took my dad for a special birthday trip to the wine country. They were able to get us a limo with less than 24 hr. notice. The limo driver "Tom" was a little hard to understand as his English is not the best. We had to go round a few times on the phone to make sure everything was set up clearly. However, he showed up on time and had some nice suggestions as far as wineries to visit. He made sure we left on time so that we wouldn't have any overage charge. We arrived 2 minutes ahead of schedule and all was well. The limo was clean and modern. It was stocked with ice water and 2 bottles of champagne (however we only opened one and forgot to take the second one that was in the trunk with us when we left.... driver didn't remind us to take it either). Maybe this is a good service sometimes, but not this time. First call, no answer. Called back later and got in touch with Tom. He gave me his direct number so I could text details for the ride from Oakland Airport to Cal Maritime. Texted info, including airline and 7:45 pm time and requested a reply to confirm. Two hours later, no reply. I called and Tom said he got the text. Later he finally called back, but thought the time was 8:45, but said 7:45 was okay. Then he called again 30 minutes after I landed and said he thought it was 8:30 pickup. Thankfully I was able to arrange another ride short notice so my son could get back to college after Thanksgiving weekend. I do not recommend relying on this service unless you get clear response back to confirm time, pickup location, destination, price. But I won't call this one again... read more

Awful experience. The service at this company is poor at best. I initially called the limo company asking if they had openings for a specific date. The guy on the line told me that of course they did and that I should get the groupon and book online. So, I booked the groupon and reserved that night - and what do you know, I receive an email from the customer service rep two days later saying they do not have any limos available for that date. But, they have an SUV that can fit so I reserved that. I reserved the SUV to Napa one-month prior to the event with a Groupon deal. I received a voicemail the day before the event confirming our reservation. When I called back, the man on the line said "yes, we have your booking" and we will call you back. I received another voicemail 7 hours later confirming the pickup and asking that I call back. I called back early the next morning, only to find that they cancelled my limo claiming "they did not have my groupon order" even though I HAD to put this in when reserving online. So, I was left with a group of 7 others arriving at my house expecting a limo in 1.5 hours and I had credit card reservations at wineries that I was charged for. To top it off, the customer service representative was appalling. Not sympathetic in the slightest and continued to lie to me about multiple calls that I never received. All she could say was that she gave up the limo late the night before, with no email, voicemail, or text informing me of the cancellation. I was completely amazed by service that could happen at a company this highly reviewed. My advice, DO NOT buy a groupon for this company. Maybe if you pay them directly they will be more attentive, but Groupons are thrown to the side hoping they find a better reservation. Steer CLEAR unless you want to risk being down $375. read more

Rude belligerant and disrespectful. I ordered the shuttle for 7 pm, I was going to the airpot. The guy left me a voicemail asking if they could pick me up earlier than I'd asked. Excuse me! I said when I wanted to be picked up. If you can't do a job then tell me so I can call someone else. The guy berated me for not calling back then he couldn't find my place (never had that problem before) and kept calling and calling. He asked me to come out and find them and I said no , I had a suitcase and for $150 I expect to be picked up at my door! He had his wife and girlfriend with him, very unprofessional and he was still berating me about not picking up the phone. I told him to just stop talking to me then he asked for my credit card to pay them! We weren't even on the freeway yet! He kept hounding me and saying it was easier then asked if I had cash. I told him to pull over and let me out. I called Lyft and within 10 minutes a nice, professional guy showed up. read more

I would give our driver 5 stars as she was fantastic and we had a fabulous day in Napa. The company gets 2 stars. I bought the Groupon for 6 hours in Napa for $375 and 2 bottles (of really cheap) sparkling wine, with a note that there would be additional fuel fee. I called the number on the Groupon several times and no one answered. I left several messages to make a reservation. I also emailed the Hotmail email address on their website and tried to make an online reservation. No reply. After several days of calling and leaving messages, they finally called back stating they saw they had a missed call from me. Huh?! Anyhow, I made a reservation and asked about the additional fee. I was told there was an extra $120 Service Fee and this did not include our tip to the driver. Ok, so now the price is about $500, which was still less than most of the Bay Area limo quotes I had received. I was also given a new email address to send my wine tasting itinerary to at least 2 days before our trip. I sent the itinerary about 4 days before and had to follow up with the email to make sure that they received it. I finally received an email confirmation of receipt of the itinerary and then began receiving text messages confirming receipt of the itinerary and that everything was all set to go. When our lovely driver arrived, perfectly on time, she did not have our itinerary. I really think this company needs someone answering the phones, emails and website requests. Their driver was fantastic, it is just a shame that there is not much support from the customer service side. I purchased a Groupon promo on a whim for this service.....Then I saw the Yelp reviews and began to get a little worried. I booked my reservation about a month out and had no problems. I promptly received my e-mail confirmation and the person I spoke with was polite. I followed up a week prior to my reservation and was a little worried when my reservation wasn't found right away - it was looked up from the phone # I was calling from instead of my cell phone and was told that it would be best that I make my own reservations since I had specific wineries I planned to go to instead of their recommended wineries. I was nervous enough to go as far as having print out of our itinerary with contact info and a GPS for the driver.....however, I WAS MISTAKEN!!!!!!!! My group was most pleasantly surprised with a phone call from the driver advising me of her ETA. Sonya was courteous, friendly and professional! She was prepared with a navigation system and very appreciative of us providing her with our itinerary. Our limo was clean and newer, very comfortable with everything functional that we used; there was even an auxiliary cord for out iPhone to play music. What stood out the most to my entire group was the effort Sonya made to keep us on schedule. At each winery I would receive a text message reminding me when our next appt was, how long it would take for us to drive there and a 10 min. time range we would need to be loaded up and in route to our next stop. She also was helpful in letting us know when we needed to be leaving so we would not incur additional charges; we ended up extending an additional hour, entirely at our own discretion.
