I had to pay to have a true professional drywall installer come and FIX Juan's terrible work! I've also attached a photo that shows a section of drywall where the surface isn't even. It looks like mudding that was never evened out. The other photo shows where Juan's crew had ripped the top left portion of the tarp. You can see that the plastic is hanging over. Because that large spot was left open, one of the workers sprayed Killz paint on that section of my wall. Juan & his crew are amateurs - they don't know what they are doing and shouldn't be charging high rates for crap work. TRUST ME, IF YOU HIRE JUAN, YOU WILL HAVE TO GET SOMEONE LATER TO FIX HIS MISTAKES! HIRE A PROFESSIONAL!

Texas Greatest Remodelers saved the day, truely. i interviewed 3 other companies. Texas Greatest Remodelers were VERY SMARTLY PRICED compared to the others. and what they offered was the best of the four. 1) friendly project manager "MO" arrived ON-time measured my driveway and came up with a price right then and there. he explained what his company offers. No paying until work done and i'm satisfied. "mo" kept in phone/text contact with me the whole way and was present when work started and in/out throughout. i was invited to observe while men were completing work. 2) fair estimate with no surprises and no moving the goal posts, followed by contract. The contract made things EASY for my HOA as i sent the paper to them and they approved within days. 3) best quality. the other companies offered 3k to 3.5k psi concrete. TGR gave me 4.5K psi. Prompt service without compromising quality. Rain was in forecast and "mo" explained that rain may delay installation to ensure best results. it didn't rain afterall and the job proceeded on schedule! 4) I was thrilled with the beautiful job. so beautiful and no more big bumps and ugly cracks. Problem one my sprinkler heads had been damaged during work. MO investigated and promptly it was repaired. 5) 5 year warranty on work was sent to my email that is transferrable to the next owner of the home should i move. any remodeling, i will use this company

I used Yelps search tool to narrow down my need and then sent a msg to 4 handy man company's. They all responded with in a few hrs. Diego w/ Vayeyo Installation called that evening. After I talked to the others, I went with Diego. He had good reviews and has Yelps guarantee. From the time I spoke with Diego, he had one of his installers at my house in an hour. The installer was professional and had my fixtures installed in about 2-1/2 hrs. Pricing was good. The installer had to go to Home Depot and get some water lines. There was no up charge for these items - he gave the that invoice. My next project will have a call to Diego and Vayeyo.

His team led by Pedro came and finished the job in an hour to fix a piece of our roof that was bent by high winds. Pedro was very friendly and explained why the roofing material had fallen off and showed me the old and new screws used to attach the metal roofing.
