I have been a customer for over 10 years to this place (formerly AZ laser) and I bought a lump sum of treatments up front this past year. Per the invoice I signed, I had 2 years to use up these services before they expired. Since new owners have purchased this business, they are no longer accepting our prepaid treatments. I still have approximately 4 treatments left that they are no longer honoring. In order to receive treatment at this time, the business said I would have to pay full price (for treatments I have already purchased). This seems like bad business to me. The business states they are in litigation with the previous owner regarding this, but at this time, they are not honoring what customers have purchased/offering even a discount at this time. I understand their hands may be tied, but this can go on and on and never be resolved. This business is not putting their customer first and I have nothing but disappointment. read more

I have had nothing but a great experience with them from the first time I called them a year and a half ago. Alyssa has been my nurse/technician pretty much since day one. She is so amazing. Finally finished my tattoo removal and I'm so happy. She has really made sure the process was as painless and fast as possible. Do not use rádiese filler on your neck or chest. I've been trying to work with Martha but they've been beating around the bush. My skin is damaged. Not sure if it was the technique or the product but now I'm using long term medications since last year. I asked them to refund my money yet I feel it's about money for them and not acknowledging that they messed up my skin and won't give me back the credits I have with them just to satisfy an unsatisfied customer. I did cool sculpting and my areas are my stomach and back. I was told that it can be done yet when I went you can't do both area like I was told. This place pretty much takes your money.... I had purchased a package for laser hair and paid only half, wasn't able to use it because I was buying it for a cousin and turns out she won't be able to because she's moving back to her home town. I wasn't going to be using any of their services in the future and asked for my money to be reimbursed. They said no because it is company policy. I would understand if I had paid it in full or even started some laser treatments and money couldn't be returned but it was not paid in full, none of the laser treatments were even done. So now they keep my $184 to their pocket. Well that sucks usually I wouldn't mind if it was less but $184. I messaged the store owner Rebecca and never did I get a response back from her. Also her husband who is also the owner I had sent an email and no response either. I will never go back to that place. Not only because of them stealing your money but because they are also unorganized. Sometimes they can't even find your file or they burn clients with the laser machine their excuse is that's how treatments are done sometimes and they want to be aggressive. I had laser tattoo removal done with Diana. Although the pain is as bad as they say, Diana walked me through the entire process and checked in with me constantly. The process is painful but quick, and I would highly recommend purchasing the gel patch for removal. And even though the laser went over certain areas more than once (she could due to the patch) there was zero scabbing, peeling, just a faded tattoo. Everywhere else I've gone for consultation of tattoo removal I'm told I will need AT LEAST 10 sessions, charging me thousands. I am excited to see how far we get with the affordable package I received at az laser! read more

LOVE AZ Laser. I've had great experiences there. The staff has always been really nice to me. I totally LOVE Diana--who gave me an incredible facial. I can't believe she was able to get those blackheads out of my nose! She did that with microdermabrasion--it was my first time trying that. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that struggles with that. I'm also doing some laser hair removal on my legs. I'm going in for my second session this weekend. After the first one, I noticed a HUGE difference. I have really dark, coarse hair and light skin--so it's always REALLY evident when I haven't shaved for even a DAY. Not so much anymore! It's really exciting. I was told by the tech Carmen that the more coarse your hair is, the faster it works. Looks like that's the case! I'm thinking about also doing my underarms....which I had previously worked a few sessions on years ago elsewhere. I never finished the treatment then. Looking forward to taking care of that at AZ Laser. Oh, and by the way---the location is SUPER cute. I would definitely recommend. read more

If I could give Zero stars I would, but I can't. This one star was just to be able to post review. If you are thinking about going to this place, please think again!! You will regret it. I purchased a groupon for laser vein removal. I went for first session and they sold me another package which also included injection vein removal. This first treatment left me with a burn so bad that I now have a permanent hole where my skin used to be. I went back several weeks later, and the tech was clueless. She did another area and left the burn alone, and the second area burned like bruises. This horrific experience started in March and after 2 sessions in 2 areas on my left leg, I am left with scars that are worse than the than veins I went in to have removed. So bad that I have been wearing long skirts or pants to cover the permanent disfiguration. I have tried to politely ask for my money back and they will not refund my account! They offered a small portion of the balance (which doesn't even equate to two sessions I shouldn't be paying for to begin with), "although they don't generally offer refunds, only credit for other services". As if I would EVER go back there for another treatment! Even the receptionist, Carmen, hasn't had much positive feedback on business practice. This "office manager" Rosie, is a relative of owner Mark Tarfoya, so this family is only concerned with their profit. Rebecca Tarfoya was quoted in an interview as saying "they cater to Hispanic males and females....", which I guess explains why they burnt me, a Caucasian female, so badly. I have filed a complaint with BBB and they so far have refused to respond to my rebuttal. I am in the process of contacting all medical boards and will also contact my attorney so this does not happen to anyone else. I have pictures I would be willing to share... I spoke to Alex and she did not write down the appointment, so when we arrived at 10:15am today the receptionist told us that we did not have an appointment and that we had to wait until 11am. I just got a lip filler at az laser, after months of hesitancy, Janet was very careful and informative throughout the whole process. She made sure it was the least painful as possible. Which was very important since needles terrify me. The experience was comforting and gratifying.I enhanced my lip and shaped it more just enough without feeling like I wasn't myself. I am giving this one star because that's the least available to give, but this place is so bad it owes customers stars. I came in after reading about it on Groupon. They said I'd need ten sessions, five with sclerotherapy and five with laser and that they would put together a package for me consisting of 10 sessions for $500. I knew I wouldn't be in town long enough for ten sessions, so I asked the nurse if the price would still be $50 a session if I wasn't able to get ten sessions because of the time issue. She said yes. Along with the vein specialist, we went to pay. I asked how much how much it would be for the five sessions I would be in town long enough to get. I was expecting to hear $250. Instead, the vein specialist told me it would be $500, that five sessions and ten sessions in their packages were both $500. I reminded the nurse she told me that it would be $50 a session. She said that she said that was the price in the package even though the entire point of the prior conversation had been about what the price would be if I wouldn't be in town long enough for ten sessions. Meanwhile, the laser vein informed me that $500 for five sessions was the same as $500 for ten sessions and that I was still getting a bargain. I walked out. read more

I was really excited to find such a great deal for laser hair removal on Groupon that i purchased it before doing any research on this place. The clinic itself is very nice and looked very clean. I didn't say anything at the time of my visit but the girl who took care of me had a huge sore on her upper lip, not sure if it was herpes or what was going on there. But it was not a good look for someone working in the skincare field. I also had an extremely hard time understanding what she was saying due to her accent and speaking so fast. I asked her a few times to repeat what she said, but eventually gave up. I was then told that I can make my next appointment when I need to start shaving again, usually around 6 weeks. I was told that there would be minimal hair growth in that time and what did grow would be a lot thinner. Well 2 days later I had to shave and had to shave every other day as if I never had laser hair removal done. I called to ask questions about this and the woman that answered the phone was actually laughing at me and telling me that it was not hair growing back and told me the opposite of everything the technician told me. I even had to comment on the fact that she was laughing, it was VERY unprofessional. I was really looking forward to having laser done and now I'm very disappointed by the overall experience. Its like I never had it done and feel like I'm not sure I trust this place. Unfortunately I'm stuck because I purchased several sessions through Groupon. I am extremely disappointed at my experience. I purchased the HCG diet shots through them. When the lady was filling the syringes she took me to a room and did it all in front of me. They told me I would be getting 10 cc per syringe. After researching, the protocol requires 12.5cc. When I got home all of them had 5 cc. I returned to them and they tried to tell me it was because it was a little syringe. Come on, haven't you heard of tall skinny glass, short fat glass. The marks on a syringe are the same no matter the size. She wanted to "prove" me wrong and said she would move it to a large syringe. I agreed. She took them from me and went to the same room as she had before. I followed her and she told me to wait in the lobby. I stayed with her in the room. She insisted and when I stayed she went to another room across the hall and closed the door. This sounded so shady. I knocked on the door and I said I didn't feel good about this. This room was their break room. She was doing this right next to a sink, dirty looking. The room also served as their cleaning closet so mops and other dirty cleaning supplies were around. Obviously she could not use the same amount . 5cc does not equal 10cc no matter the size of the syringe and she wanted to hide this. Most likely by filling the syringes with water. Plus doing this in a dingy break room. Not acceptable. Obviously I am not using anything for a diet from these crooks. I tried to contact them to make this right. No one cared to contact me back. They deserve to be reported to the better business bureau. You can't mess with people's health. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

I went to this location for laser treatment after the Chandler location was closed and moved to Mesa. When you come in, the lobby looks nice and normal. However, the room where the laser treatment is performed was extremely questionable. It does not invoke a SPA feel at all. The furniture looks like it belongs in someone's home or as if it was acquired through Craigslist. One of the tables was covered with plastic tablecloth that you would get at the Dollar store. The lady who treated me was nice, and I think she is better than the lady at the Mesa location because she sanitized the goggles and materials in front of me. I don't know if the lady at the Mesa location also sanitizes the materials. Maybe she does it before the person is in the room. However, both of them always ask if I want to buy more treatments, which I dislike. read more

This place is terrible, the scheduling is bad they change schedule last minute. Their managers are unprofessional, especially Rebecca she was talking bad about employees in front of me, which I really don't care what is going on there. I was offered the vampire procedure for 600 Dollars by their employees, when I went in to get the service done, Rebecca didn't let me get the service done because she said I wasn't suppose to get it this cheap, she told me she was going to refund me my $600 and told me I was suppose to get my money in a week or two the most, it's been six weeks now, and every time I call she doesn't talk to me, finally they let me talk to another manager Rosie she told me she was going to send me the check, been a week I have received nothing. this place disgusted me I can't wait to get my money so I don't have to deal with them anymore. This place is SOOO unprofessional!! My mom went there to get rid of dark spots, the girl she spoke to and took care of her promised after 8 sessions, spots would be gone. She charged her the full amount you up front and they were supposed to meet every other week. During sessions the girl would be talking about her personal life, or have a couple worker therr taking about her life, unprofessional, I'm a hairstylist and I know you're focus should be the client! 3rd session, an older woman did the treatment and blabbed the whole time about her online dating. 4th session the girl burned my mom. Next scheduled visit kept getting rescheduled because apparently the tools used for This procedure was taken to the other location. This happened for over a month then the girl got fired or left...who knows. And kept pushing my mom aside, finally after weeks told her they would give her botox or another procedure since they can't do the dark spots one anymore. How unprofessional is that, they won't give her the money back, they won't finish the treatment, don't even feel bad that they badly burned her! they keep dodging her calls, someone else who is professional would refer her to someone else.
