The decisions that they are making for my quality of life are truly immense and appreciated. As I sit here it's visit number two here for me. It's time to do some testing to find out if there is a problem and what can be done. In my days of youth, up until a few years ago perhaps I was reckless. Maybe not concerned about choices I made. I sit here again because of a motorcycle accident that nearly took me too. Once we get broken it takes time to heal. After three motorcycle accidents you might give up riding. That decision probably will save my life. Its a long day of testing but I know that I'm in good hands since two of the doctors came in just to say: "hello" to me. The tech that is performing the test was a phenomenal young lady. All of the office staff was beyond pleasant. What more could a patient ask for. In my case all my expectations were met beyond what I could even imagine. Instead, the staff spent most of the time talking among themselves in Tagalog. Whether it was intentional or not, it made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. On top of that, they never sent the referrals I requested. They told me they didn't want to go through the process required by my insurance, and because of that, nothing ever got done. No follow-up, no communication, nothing. I've been trying to call just to get my ID mailed back and to let them know I won't be returning, but even that has been a struggle.
