The car wash experience is great as the soap is reasonable amount and the water amount is generous so you don't leave with a bunch of soap unlike a lot of other locations. The car does come spotless 9.8/10 times. The location has been improving a lot of the years with a bunch of technology and ALPR cameras and their online platform. One thing I do think the location does need to improve on is to focus on the vacuum suction area. The vacuums could be improved and do much better suction than it has now and if improves on that front then it's hands down one of the best car washes in the region One of the best car washes experience than the ones I tried. If you buy a car scent then 100% of the profits go to kids foster charity which is a huge bonus! There were obvious dirty areas that were simply not cleaned -- the floor mats were still dirty, there were drink stains and residue around the cup holders and center console, and the inside of the windshield was poorly wiped down. I also noticed that the towels being used looked dirty, which may explain some of the results. From the beginning, I clearly asked how much it would cost to have the car fully cleaned, inside and outside, and I was quoted $45. I understand that $45 is not a detailing price, and I was not expecting professional detailing. However, I did expect a proper basic car wash and interior cleaning. I would have gladly paid more if I had been told that a better-quality service would cost more. What disappointed me even more was the administrator's attitude. Instead of trying to understand my concerns or offer a solution, he became argumentative and defensive. I explained that I was not asking for detailing -- I was simply pointing out areas that had clearly not been cleaned properly. Unfortunately, he seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. As for the person who actually washed my car, I don't want to blame him personally. At that point I had to either continue wasting my time or leave without receiving the full service I paid for. How does a business not have someone available to cover when an employee leaves their station? If someone needs a break or their shift ends, that's understandable, but customers shouldn't be left sitting there with an unfinished service because no one is assigned to take over. It wasn't about the tire shine itself. It was about the complete lack of communication and accountability. A simple "Someone else will be with you shortly" would have made all the difference. The lot and drive up was a bit confusing as there were also empty stalls for self washing/cleaning. Drive towards the back and you'll find a small cashier kiosk. I elected for the Ultra service which was $55 (I guess my Outback is considered a large vehicle). Pulled up to the washing stall and sat inside while two guys scrubbed the dirt off my car. Once they were done, I drove and parked it in their wiped down station. I sat and watched as the crew meticulously clean the inside and outside of my car. I noticed a gentlemen making his round a few times and pointing out areas to the crew - either they missed something or he was instructing them do something else to it. I waited outside my car for a little over 20 minutes for the wipe-down and was quite impress with how great my car looks when they flagged me over that it was ready. All the dirt gone. Absolutely no squeak marks on the windows. The dash and console were flawless. My mats were cleaner than any other car wash place I've gone to. The crew here works hard and I appreciate the gentlemen that made his round to make sure the cleaning service was top notch before returning my vehicle to me. If you're in the area, give them a try.
