The car wash has been growing and quality been improving greatly and the management has been involved during busy times. The value of the car wash was the best. I've been going here for the past 3 years and the managers there has always been consistent on his performance and offers quality service and has been a great asset to the location. The car wash experience is great as the soap is reasonable amount and the water amount is generous so you don't leave with a bunch of soap unlike a lot of other locations. The car does come spotless 9.8/10 times. The location has been improving a lot of the years with a bunch of technology and ALPR cameras and their online platform. One thing I do think the location does need to improve on is to focus on the vacuum suction area. The vacuums could be improved and do much better suction than it has now and if improves on that front then it's hands down one of the best car washes in the region One of the best car washes experience than the ones I tried. If you buy a car scent then 100% of the profits go to kids foster charity which is a huge bonus! I love me a good car wash!! The directions were easy to follow and the signs were clear on which bundle entailed what services and its prices. After signing up, I drove forward, following the worker's signals on if I need to adjust my car before putting my car into neutral. I was a bit surprised when he handed me a damp rag to wipe the inside while going through the wash. I was also a bit surprised when he rinsed my car beforehand. But I was the most surprised at the end when there was another worker waiting there to dry and wipe down your car that the car wash journey missed. Then I vacuumed my car after. Oh no oh no, it's just what it is. Yes, you heard that right let's start with the fact that I wanted to get the free wash which is supposed to be top grade and I didn't receive that. I'll show you what I'm talking about. Secondly, because I didn't want to sign out for a membership at that time of finding free wash service was kinda off. You can just tell that it went from high. Back in May, my husband took his Jeep to Turbo Car Wash. He had been a loyal customer and member for years, and each visit he specifically requested that the overhead roof brush be turned off due to a mounted light on his roof rack. Unfortunately, on this visit the employee on duty failed to do so. The brush got caught on the light, jammed, and immediately cracked the windshield. We filed a claim right away and waited over three months for any resolution, only to have it denied because the vehicle was more than three years old--something we were never told could impact a claim. After disputing the denial, the owner finally called on August 14. Rather than listening or showing any concern, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He took no accountability, claimed that entering the wash with "any modifications" was at our own risk, and even went so far as to call my husband "dramatic" before hanging up on him. This is not how you treat long-time paying customers. Negligent staff, damaged property, months of waiting, a denied claim, and an owner who refuses to take responsibility--absolutely unacceptable. We will never return and strongly caution others to think twice before trusting Turbo Car Wash with their vehicles. read more

After trying multiple times to redeem the offer, wasting time trying to sign in (forgot password) very difficult to reset & would show random system errors!! it seemed like I was able to finally able to redeem the membership.. then their system charged me twice !!!! After bringing it to management attention, they canceled both memberships and said I was not eligible for this one...uuughhhh! I manager that it did not state that anywhere in the email.. I come to wash Sunday, 3pm Vacuums clogged, parking lot dirty, workers were grouped up, talking loud, and laughing about getting co-worker fired. When I asked about vacuums, worker told me to wait a little and she fix. I wait 5min 10min 25min then worker keep talking to other workers about getting coworkers fired. Never help me. Since I bought my car last year I have only hand washed it. Man that's a pain sometimes so I looked for a touchless wash, but after trying one I was disappointed in the finished product. Niello started sending people here instead of doing onsite when you get car worked on and i had a free code from that so I decided to try them out. First we came with my husbands car LOL. The brushes are like shammy type material and they get it pretty clean. Sign up for their free birthday wash and you get the works! I like that they hand dry it off which then mostly gets any stuff left behind. This is the only automatic car wash my Subaru has been through. I get it pretty dirty off road and after I hose off the big mud clumps I bring here. read more

I have been a member here for almost a year and in that year this company has allowed or taken part in my bank card being copied, I have sat down with my bank and they are the ONLY company on my statement this is occurring with. I have also spent time going over the cars and license plates with the manager if this company who is not helpful by any means and will attempt to blame you as the problem. Last month they had to credit me $60 in charged for cars that are not mine. This month they allowed fraud charges again. Today, I stopped by Turbo Shine Car Wash. I saw a sign going down Marconi & Fulton stating free car wash. I do have a car wash membership elsewhere, but figured what the heck, I'll try them out. I pull in and am greeted by a friendly young man who explained the complimentary car wash as well as their different packages as well as he mentioned they towel dry your vehicle for you, yay! One less step I have to make to dry my car. I asked if they have memberships which they do. I then asked, if they offer discount for multi vehicles like the membership for a different car wash I go to. I was was told, No. I could either buy a prepaid card or get a membership for each vehicle, boo! That would cost me $90 a month for both vehicles verses $50 I pay for the Best car wash elsewhere and the second vehicle get a much lower price. IJS I pull full in where there are 2 people one on each side of your vehicle to pre spray your car before the wash. Now here is where it gets slightly confusing. I have one person motioning me to straighten my wheels and I have the other guy pointing to the left to turn my wheel so when I have 2 people telling you something different I just stopped and ask how do you want me to turn my wheel? The first guy said, straighten it, I replied, are you sure because the other person keeps pointing to the left to turn my wheel. Once that was confirmed it was smooth sailing. The inside is spacious so don't have that claustrophobic feeling. The was is a little under 5 mins and when you pull out 2 more people are waiting to dry your car which is nice and they were fast and did a great good and asked if I was satisfied with my towel dry? Yes, I was happy and impressed. I'm rating Turbo Shine a solid 3 stars because I like the wash and towel dry , as well, as the staff is friendly and efficient, but I have to deduct 2 stars because the price for the membership is higher compared to other car wash locations nearby and the fact that they don't include tire shine on any of the membership packages and it will cost an additional $3 every time you wash and no offering of multiple car discount.. (sad face). If they can fix a couple of these small discrepancies, I would drop my membership at the other place fast, quick and in a hurry lol! I will say, it's nice to see another Car Wash option in the Arden Arcade Area. By the way it's located by the Mobile gas station. read more
