If we could leave zero stars we would, but unfortunately the lowest option is one star. That alone should say how disappointed we are with this company. We used to bring our car to A1 Hand Car Wash almost every other week and for a while they did a really great job. Unfortunately, over time the prices continued to go up while the quality of service steadily went downhill. They stopped providing basic items that were supposed to be included, constantly claiming they were "out" of them. Paper floor mats were no longer being placed in the vehicle, windows were missed, vacuuming was incomplete, and overall the cleaning became extremely inconsistent, including frequently being out of the fragrance chips they used to provide. Almost every visit turned into us having to point out multiple things that were skipped before we could even leave. What became even more frustrating was how much longer the process started taking. We were paying premium prices yet receiving rushed and incomplete service while waiting longer and longer each visit. Eventually we contacted the manager directly because we had been loyal customers and simply wanted the service we were paying for. He told us to bring the car back and assured us he would "take care of it." When we returned, instead of correcting the poor experience, he offered us "half off" another wash, meaning we were still expected to pay again to fix a problem that should have been handled properly the first time. Even worse, after he quoted us a reduced price, the employee taking payment refused to honor it and tried charging us even more. At that point there was a long line behind us, and we were frustrated, embarrassed, and exhausted from arguing over something that never should have happened in the first place. We paid the extra amount, received the same sloppy and incomplete job they now normally provide, and left. That was the last time we ever went there and we will never return. We now make sure to tell our friends and family not to waste their money there either, and we felt it was important to share our experience here so others can avoid wasting both their time and money. The most disappointing part wasn't even just the poor cleaning quality. It was the complete lack of accountability and customer service after years of loyalty and a significant amount of money spent there over time. When a business charges high-end prices, customers expect high-end service. Unfortunately, that's no longer what this place provides. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at A1 Car Wash, which is unfortunate because I've been a regular customer and trusted them with multiple of my vehicles. I brought in my manual car for a hand wash, and the employee initially couldn't move it. A worker named Eddie stepped in and attempted to help. While trying to adjust the seat, he pulled a component from underneath that clearly wasn't meant to be pulled. After that, my seat was stuck all the way back and would not adjust forward at all. When I got back to my car, I found a broken seat adjuster piece underneath the seat. This made the car extremely difficult to drive since i had to use the clutch to leave. I brought the issue to the manager, Leo, and his response was very concerning. He repeatedly shrugged and said "I don't know," offering no real help or accountability. Instead of addressing the damage, he seemed more focused on moving my car out of the way, into the sun where it was really hot. Eddie then attempted to move my vehicle again and ended up grinding the gears, which only added to the frustration. At that point, I had no choice but to leave and go to a mechanic to fix the issue myself, which took additional time and explaining to them what was going on because LEO was no help I want to be clear--Eddie at least tried to help and was polite throughout the issues i was having, hats off to Eddie for at least caring. The real issue was the complete lack of professionalism and responsibility from management aka LEO. As a loyal customer, I expected much better. Because of how poorly this situation was handled, I will most likely not be returning. I hope ownership sees this and takes steps to improve how situations like this are handled in the future. i have posted pictures of the shop across the lot fixing the issue and Eddie as well helping me. thanks Eddie! read more

Started coming here years ago, took a break for a couple of years since I was going to another car wash. Decided to come here for a decent hand wash because every time I come they do an excellent job. Have multiple workers working on one car which gets the job done faster. They now have options of different washes available starting from like $20-$75 per wash. service is always great and very convenient depending on the time you go the line may get long but once the car is washed, they are pretty quick with the inside and out. Nice outdoor seating and a customer lounge if you need to be in the AC. read more

The staff, unfortunately, is not customer service oriented. A gentleman in the next bay assisted me with the wash service and shared NEBER use of my ATM. I was provided with 15 minutes after providing my ATM Card. The wash lasted about 5 minutes and the other 10 minutes just vanished. I waited 15 minutes to talk to to supervisor and he did not appear to care. read more

They have changed hands several times but they are consistent for the most part, the new owners have an indoor space for customers and a bathroom which is a plus. The owner of the Hand Car wash contacted me and explained that the Hand Carwash business and the self serve are two separate businesses. I thought that his contacting me was done with class and very professional. I will try his business in the future. Hello - I went to A1 on Sunday morning, first person there. I generally wash my own car as that's my baby. But I decided to go to A1. Was greeted and purchased $35 wash. Once it got washed it was finished but it wasn't completely dry, when I drove off water went back on car, I had to remind to vacuum hatch area and when I got home I wiped down entire car inside and out. Business is under new management and they have declined dramatically. Just paid $40 plus tip for a car wash to include armour all Inside and out. By the time I drive home it looked none existent. Vacuuming was terrible and when I asked the kid to redo the console he said that was the best he could do. Really a hit & miss job. Very disappointed because I have been going there for years under the old owners and the job used to be much better. They didn't even lift the wind shield wipers to clean or dry the windshield underneath. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Horrible read more

This place sucks I went here to wash my work van and I used my debit card and nothing worked, went to assistant and she says she can't do anything about it even tho it charged my account 10 bucks.
