We had an existing wood fence that needed to be replaced with aluminum for our dogs. Told the salesman from superior fencing that whatever fence we get, it needed to be dog proof (he got a look at our dogs during the visit), as I don't need my dogs getting out, which is the whole reason for the purchase of the fence. The fences they install are hollow aluminum fences which allow the rails to bend very easily. 1. Installed fence over sprinkler head and broke pipe 2. First week of install, a raccoon bent the hollow aluminum railing and come through our yard with ease. I bet the railing with my hands almost back inline. Called the company with questions about the new flimsy fence. No resolution. 3. Both dogs went though the hollow aluminum railings with ease. THESE ARE NOT DOG FRIENDLY FENCES 4. Called company for advise or option to upgrade to better fence meant for dogs. No Follow Up; I have called 3 times giving them a chance to help improve my experience. Still no resolution Called another fence company for advise and they recommend i look into puppy add-on fence. This was a great recommendation. Went to HOME DEPOT and found a aluminum puppy add on. Best recommendation yet!!! To bad it wasn't from the fencing company that i paid to install my fence.

Their pride is their "14 week lead time" something they boast very loudly. Honestly, it's actually a sign of failure somewhere within the organization, and signals mismanagement and incompetence. Perhaps you should consider hiring more employees.

We said you would never put this fence on your website as proof of your work. If this was in the front of the house, it would be horrible to look at. It would never be acceptable at a million dollar home. The boards should have been examined before installing, discarding the undesirable pieces as there was plenty of lumber and it arrived before the project began. The owner never fixed the fence after many conversations. We are disappointed with the look and the customer service. This was poor quality control by the owner and the crew that we are now stuck with. I would not recommend this company.
