My daughter insisted in handling this on her own, without her parents (us) stepping in to guide her or take the lead. The insurance listed Valley Collision as an authorized repair shop. This being near her home, it made sense to start with them. What a great experience she had with James Merril, the service advisor. He walked her through the process, made it easy for her to understand, and answered all of her questions. He communicated often about the process and progress of the car repair.
