They all have so much patience and actually Try to bond with each child without any pressure they just want the kids to feel comfortable and confident even if it means not getting everything done. I was a skeptic because there's so many mixed reviews but I really believe that people leave reviews when they are hurt hurt more than when they are happy with the outcome. I appreciate the entire team, the BEAUTIFUL WOMEN up front are the absolute best- they have always been professional, personal, they remember your name and they decorate the office and each time they change it- it's cute as hell!!! The music is always bumpin too (and I mean that in a good way not a loud way.) Our insurance changed so I decided to go with my husband to Viewpoint and I'm so happy I made the switch. Front office ladies are extremely nice and went above and beyond with their customer service. Ive walked out during an appointment after hearing the Doctor tell the assistant to "wing it" on some work she didn't know how to conduct on my tooth. I've heard the assistants laugh and talk smack about an elderly patient , made a complaint about it, should be documented but who knows ... Removed allll 4 of my wisdom teeth when only 1 was necessary $$$$$$$ .... Ive came in pregnant telling the assistants MULTIPLE times that I need the extra covering for the X-rays... Their PPE is always dirty as hell with stains all over them... Not to mention the hourrrrrs it takes to do a 30min procedure. The office wanted me to pay 400$ for a temporary busted ass crown that legit takes 5 minutes make , made out of a material that isnt even half as good as plastic even the doctor said it shouldn't cost that much... all because they want to ensure I come back and spend that 850$ (lied about giving me a discount ) for a porcelain. Didn't even attempt to call my insurance and speak with them about it... I knew better but still came back , SAD. The only reason they have any 5 star reviews is because they bribe their patients with Starbucks if they do so lol crazy. Money hungry , I'll never return.

Came back two weeks later (today) for my crown and I got a different dentist to finish the 1st ones job. He was rude, fairly old, and kept yelling at the training tech to do stuff the way he likes them. The dentist name is Dr. Fisch and at the end another tech came who didn't ask me the questions she shouldn't before leaving (Arsi). I had to come back and they had to take off the crown and put a new one when I came in a second time for unbearable pain. Turns out he had to take it off and put a whole new one because the techs didn't check my bite or anything before letting me go. Went tonight the 5 shots again complained to the manager and she brushed it off. I'm trying to get a corporate number and they keep saying they don't have one. I WON'T be coming back.

The staff is kind, professional, and go over and above for patients! Marcie, the Office Manager is more like a mom, than a manager the way she cares for each patient. The Dentists are extremely thorough, explaining everything as you progress. I have worked with 2 of the dentists and never once over 10 years have I had an issue or problem with any work.
