After going to 4 different places up here over the last few years, and finally landing on Apple Valley Dental, I can truly say this is the best service I've had in the field. The first cleaning I had was the best I've had in a LONG time, and the progress I've made with cavities being filled has gone smoothly with Dr. Kim and team. I'm very glad I was referred to this place and they got me in right away. In my opinion, they're the best dental facility in the high desert.

The space itself is ultra-modern, beautiful, and spotless, but more importantly, the quality of care is truly top-notch. Dr. Kim is clearly very busy and successful, yet he is so approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain things and makes you feel valued--not rushed. They totally destroyed a new pair of dentures. I was having them refined. When she gave them back to me the sore spots were WORSE. I asked her if she polished them after she ground on them? I was told that they didn't have a buffer. I replied that without a buffer it was like having SANDPAPER in my mouth. No body seemed to care! When I told them that they owed me a new pair dentures they told me too bad and didn't want me as a patient anymore . I don't know who I can report this behavior to, but they really need to be INVESTIGATED!! It cost me 1,200 to have a new pair dentures made. Apple Valley smiles is a RIPOFF!! DON'T GO THERE!!!

I went for wisdom tooth removal and was being sedated, I haha pretty bad dentist anxiety and while they were getting me prepped for sedation, my BP was a little high. The woman helping me said "if you can't lower your BP, we're gonna send you home" which was wildly unhelpful. I'm not proud that it makes me anxious, a small amount of compassion would have gone a long way. Lastly, I needed a referral submitted and they didn't submit it until the Friday before I was supposed to come in which meant I had to reschedule. This place 100% sucks, everyone except the surgeon and office manager were rude and unhelpful.

He takes the time to listen to concerns and throughly examines your x-rays and teeth. I do have one concern with a tooth but Dr. Mazi explained all the options. He's patient and steadfast. Recently, I had my teeth cleaned. She was great! She took her time, was gentle and let me know exactly what she was doing. It made me feel comfortable and cared for. Receiving great care makes it easy to go back even if the dentist isn't your favorite place to go. I highly recommend Apple Dental for yourself and for your family.

No one day a week specialties, they take care of business now, not next month. This staff is extra special, you won't believe the difference until you try it. I had a local office drag out treatment for 7 months, then tell me they couldn't get care approved, GLENN DENTAL had approval in 2 weeks, finished the job within 4 weeks. 2 bridges and a crown!
