I cannot say enough great things about Valley Endodontics. After our daughter had an accident and needed an emergency root canal, we were frantic. We called in and spoke with Eliza, who was absolutely wonderful; she was so pleasant and kind, and incredibly, she managed to fit us in within just a couple of hours. The care we received once we arrived was top-tier. Yvonne, the dental assistant, was amazing from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to make our daughter, Farrah, feel comfortable and at ease during a very scary moment. Dr. Kwon is a true professional - he was so gentle and performed a partial root canal suited for her young age, and even bonded her teeth back together. His work is beautiful, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. The office is also modern, nice, and very clean. This place is Awesome! I am veteran. 1st time here, Came for root Canal, brought to back immediately, X-rays were taken, Dentist came in room right away, gave me shots, starting working on tooth right away, I felt zero pain, partially fell asleep I think, work was completed, more X-rays, hand out on root canal was given, pain management explained. I was referred to Valley Endodontics by my dentist's office for a consultation to review a root canal tooth to see if it could be saved (or corrected as it started to get longer than my other tooth next to it), or if I would need to get an implant in the future. I came in, filled out some paperwork, and provided my referral form. I went back, the nurses and dentist were very nice and got a traditional Xray. I was then told I needed a second 360 CT scan as well. I complied with both. After the consultation, as I was leaving, I was told that the visit and consult was covered by my insurance, but the 360 CT scan was going to cost me a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR copay. I told the receptionist, that if there was going to be a cost ESPECIALLY one as high as $200.00, they should have informed me PRIOR to the service, and since this was not an emergency, and I'm not in pain, I would have DEFINITELY declined. She went on to tell me that I have an HMO and they weren't even sure if they would get paid for the consult. Also, that if I hadn't paid it (which I begrudgingly did) that they would have billed me anyway. I have never been more furious and disappointed with a medical visit in my entire life. Times are HARD. If you are going to take $200 out of a hardworking taxpayer's pocket, you should certainly inform them of that ahead of time and give them the option to proceed or decline. Instead, they did the Xray first, then informed me of the cost afterwards. Dentistry is becoming the Jiffy Lube of the medical industry, up charging for whatever they can, and not caring about the patients. I called my insurance provider and this type of CT scan Xray is NOT even COVERED by my insurance! I believe that is a pretty important detail to include, prior to service. Don't you? I can't express how livid I am behind this lack of disclosure prior to service and do not think I should be held responsible for this charge. read more

Dr Neema and his assistant were amazing. I had to get a root canal and they handled me with such care. The office is easily located and the office staff is probably the nicest I have ever experienced. I wish I could go here as my primary dental care but you have to be referred. With that being said, if you need a specialist and your insurance covered Valley, go here only. read more

Wow! Let me just say I'm super impressed with the overall experience of Valley Endodontics. I had to get my first ever root canal and let me just say that if I were to have to ever get another one done then hands down this is the place to go. From the moment of making the appointment, to the procedure itself, and even post procedure everything was super smooth and painless to say the least. Best experience ever!! I've been suffering since April, no one has been able to diagnose the problem...until now. I was referred by my dentist and Dr. Serena Lee was amazing!!!! She patiently took the time to listen to me during my consultation, explaining possible causes, and recommending treatment. I was hesitant to have anything done for many reasons but she assured me it was the best thing to do, she was able to do my root canal same day too! I was comfortable during the whole procedure and in just a few days I'm finally not in pain anymore! The office is state of the art and so clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Surprised! I have not been to the dentist in over 17 years! I'm 28 and last time I went I was 11. I got a root canal with Dr. Neeman. Not even two hours ago and I don't have any pain! Just discomfort which is normal. I was super nervous to go in but he was very relaxed and calmed and let me know what was going to happen and how the procedure would go. He's very thorough with his surgeries and makes sure to triple check his work. He's very patient and makes sure to take time to answer any questions you have to the best of his knowledge. I was so nervous to get work done on my teeth but after this I'm sure everything else will be smooth sailing. The staff here are accommodating and do everything they can to make sure you feel at home. Thank you to this whole office! Looking forward to getting braces with my ortho soon.
