Never received my estimate, they did come out and measure but did nothing after that. Will be going with someone else.

I waited seven months for Valley Glass to come measure for a replacement pane. Finally, yesterday, they called and wanted to measure the pane this afternoon. They were going to call before they came. I was looking at full window replacements of a few windows damaged. They mention 2 months til they'd be able to come measure or estimate. I called two months later- and they had my info lost on a persons desk. I mentioned I was going to have Renewal by Anderson quote, and they came out ASAP. Thry measured, no follow up. I called them back and they gave me a quote, then ultimately decided they needed to measure again. They came out 2nd time- no follow up for two full weeks. I called them again today and they said, they didn't like that guys measures (the second time either), so they had to come out a third time... They clearly did not want the business.... were incompetent in providing offers... and you'll get lost in the system. I am working with Renewal by Anderson now. We first called Valley Glass in January for an estimate for replacing the glass in our windows. Summer came, and no phone call from them. I called and was told that I should be at the top of the list and they'd call later that day. No one called. I called again. Whoops, sorry, he'll call right back. I called again and she said she'd leave a note and he'd call. Still no call. Absolutely the worst experience with a business in the valley we've ever had. We'll never call again. read more

Not happy with installation team. Spent 6 days washing my entire house down as they covered it in sawdust and drywall dust-literally. I am still cleaning windows to remove sticky residue, caulking,& handprints. They used the old trim and it has big gaps. Caulking on my porch. I've found two windows so far with small scratches. read more

Very disappointed with Valley Glass in Polson. Ordered 2 specialty windows was told 2 weeks. Had to call every week to check with them as they did not let us know why our windows were delayed. Finally got them 6 weeks later. put a bind in our building project. I would rate customer service a big Zero. read more

I have not been impressed with Valley Glass at all. We ordered 3 shower doors for our new house, and was told 3-4 weeks from order due to Thanksgiving. Gave rough measurements and pictures and they were to send someone out to take final measurements. Four weeks later I call to check on installation and was told that someone would be here Monday morning at 9. They were here alright, but only to DO FINAL MEASUREMENTS. They hadn't even placed the order yet! Now I am told that it will be another 2 to 3 weeks due to Christmas, and to buy a shower curtain in the interim. I suggest you look elsewhere when deciding who to give your business to. read more

Called in June for them to come out, also was told the scheduler would be calling me. I received no call. I called in July was given same information, with no call back. I called in August talked to scheduler he told me he would be back in touch with me and it would be sometime the next week. I got a voicemail on a friday that they had sometime that day to come out tried calling them back no answer. Now it is September I called beginning of this week and I still haven't heard from them. read more

Terrible follow up communication and customer service. Called for appointment and was told a scheduler would set it up. After hearing nothing for 10 days, called back and was then told the scheduler would contact me "momentarily". After two more days, still no call. read more

Bought a sliding glass door. Supposed to have a lock. Came without one. Warranty issue. Took the door home. Lock came in a week later. Five phone calls and they are still trying to schedule it? After a month, a 15 min. job that is still waiting to be done! Sorry....I've run out of patience! read more

It took two weeks for them to even make the window for me.( After I put 1/2 the money down on it)..They never called me to keep me updated. I had to call them to find out when the window would be done and when it could be installed.The last time I called to see if it could be installed they told me "we are not set up for it to be done" On the day I needed it ..That was one month after I first ordered the window. And two weeks after the window was done.I finally went down and picked up the window myself and had to hired someone else to put it in. I have two more windows I need to replace in my home.. It won't be Valley Glass doing it..This is at the Columbia Falls location. read more

We are writing this review to express our dissatisfaction of the service we recently were given at Valley Glass in Kalispell. We are both in our eighties and I have a hearing problem and am disabled. We received good service to,start with, but we did not understand some of options available. Due to the cost of what we had in mind it was necessary to go with what they could do to take care of our needs. At our last meeting with their representative we were told that it was necessary to send out a person to measure 2 windows. After a week of not hearing from anyone, we called and were told we would get a call back. After another week of not hearing from anyone, i called again and still have not heard. At this time we have given up on Valley Glass and have now delayed our window purchase until spring, but will not consider them and we certainly will not ever advise anyone to shop there. This type of service does not appear to coincide with their Mission statement shown in the office area. WES read more
