A few rocks flew and cracked my truck window shattering it. My wife approached the worker and he admits and apologized. He gave me the owners business card, no business license, just name and number. I called the business number and the owner told me that he is not responsible for the worker's damage, that he has to pay out of his own pocket. I have everything on video, the owner threatened me with legal rights. I ran his business card and name, not licensed, not bonded, no insurance, wondering why his employee has to pay for the damage. Cash undertable. Going to call city of fresno and clovis tomorrow to check on licensing and report to CA California. Update, second day of the incident, called the worker that Roy provided to me and he cursed me out and hung up. So now nobody wants to pay for the damage. Simple damage that could've been solved by this business insurance. So if you want your property damaged and want to wait to see if it'll get repair! HIRE ROY AND HIS TEAM!

Casey showed up exactly on the time promised for my meeting with him for an estimate and understood exactly what I had been asking to be done. One of the other tree trimmers I had contacted for an estimate wanted me to give him a wake up call before his promised time. ‍ Casey gave estimates on 4 different options that I had inquired about. After approval of the option I chose Casey and his crew again arrived on specified day and on time. Work was done in a neat coordinated manner with clean up and all trimmings, branches, limbs removed. My fault for not getting estimates broken down in writing due to my trusting nature. Consumer beware. Plus there is no business license number anywhere on their business card.

Ryan owns a successful landscaping business and is swamped with work, but he made time to help me with this project. Thing is, I had to leave virtually everything to him, from selection of the trees, transport, prep and planting. I empowered him to make decisions on my behalf. After having decided on the species, he carefully selected two healthy trees with suitable symmetry. His crew was prompt and courteous and made haste of the large holes needed for the trees. I should mention that I met Ryan when he showed up to my house, as a complete stranger, years ago to actually help me move in.
