I really enjoy coming here for my medical needs. The staff is kind and courteous, as well as the doctors. When I've scheduled an appointments, I haven't experienced unnecessarily long waits. Although, when I have done walk ins (two separate times) I waited no less than 3 hours to be seen. So I don't recommend not scheduling an appointment. read more

Assigned to PCP Yang - horrible experience! In April was told I had allergies and deal with it. 2 days later had to go to urgent care and had a double ear infection, sinus infection and upper respiratory infection. I knew I needed antibiotics but she refused. Was injured in May - she blew it off as if I was making things up. Switched to a different PCP and after many referrals got an MRI and it was determined what injuries had actually taken place and now being referred to have surgery! DO NOT GO TO YANG IF YOU NEED A PCP THAT CARES ABOUT PATIENTS! read more

Horrible Horrible place I've been a patient for 3 years and I don't usually go to Dr visits since I'm pretty healthy, although through the year I get my yearly physical, every time I go they make me fill out a new patient form and reschedule my appointment to another time since the ladies up front say if you don't go for several months that they remove you from there care which makes no sense to me. This is the worst place. I been a patient here for 7 years and I never get to see my doctor. She's al ways in vacation or appointments are 3 months or more when I'm trying to be treated for a flu or something else. The staff is rude and they never pick up the phone and behave nice. Dr. Bangalore diagnosed me with type two diabetes and she put me on this medications. The pharmacy never got the order, I called back ask the nurses what was going on and they never called me back to let me know what was the issue. How do you tell someone you have diabetes and simply ignore the issue. I got fed up and now I change my doctor with my insurance. I'm happy with United Healthcare team. I hope they close this clinic down, they pay 15 nurses to be chatting in the front desk doing nothing and giving the patients attitude. read more

One of the worst doctors offices I've ever went to. All receptionists have attitude and are never on the same page. They all talk about people that couldn't last there or patients because they're so bored with their own lives. Theres a very feminine guy in the front as well and he's extremely rude. I have personally heard him talking badly about patients over the phone to a doctor because he didn't know that she had him on speaker. They cancel appointments without letting patients know, as long as it's convenient for the doctors though. read more

As a patient who had a hard time finding a "good" primary care provider for a very long time, I'd say that this clinic has great doctors. Don't pay attention to the negative comments posted by patients. It's unreal how these negative comments say really disgusting things about some of the best providers. It really makes me wonder what type of attitude these patients have to begin with and how apparent it is that they only had one encounter with such providers to make such comments. read more

Horrible office. Everyone there is extremely nice. No problems there. But I expect to spend more than 5 minutes with my doctor. They practically run you out the door. My last visit I wasn't done talking and the doctor started to leave the room. I had to stop him so I could finish what I was saying. I have multiple health issues unfortunately so I had questions and needed care beyond what they were willing to provide. I'm starting with a new PCP tomorrow. read more

This individual does not care about helping a patient, he has too many hang ups, with a terrible diva complex. This doctor, not even worthy to be called one, he is unable to read test results and will send you away where you have no other choice but to go to the ER, because he would rather see a patient suffer than help them. It is pretty apparent from what some of the medical assistants said about his patient manner, he treats patients with disrespect and disdain, no dignity at all. Get ready for bureaucracy at its worst. Everyone's at lunch, voicemails are full, referrals don't go through, systems are down for weeks. it's extremely frustrating to say the least. this is why government healthcare will never work. most patients are on medi-cal and everything needs a specialist referral. they've referred me to an endocrinologist, psychiatrist, and dermatologist. It's like nothing can be taken care of in house. The doctor wrote me a an insulin prescription I had to call back to their office maybe 5 times circling the CVS pharmacy drive through waiting for them to get it right. read more

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. If you office ladies want to talk amongst your coworkers the whole day and not bother with helping patients then go work in a warehouse where you can do that. You're involved with making patients better but you guys are too selfish to even do the bare minimum. They do not answer your phone calls and WILL put you right back on hold once you speak to someone for maybe 30 seconds. Then it's back on hold for another 10-20 minutes. They're the most unorganized clinic I've ever seen, and they're doing a pretty decent job with being the worst clinic ever in the Central Valley. Do better. This place is a joke! They are so unorganized and they lie. Today they had a power outage and did not informed those upcoming patients that the doctor left. She said he didn't tell anyone he just left. I drove 11 miles across town for my elderly mother's appointment to get there and they tell the doctor left. They said their phones weren't working but they have all cell phones and patients charts they could of called people. I'm making a formal complaint with the medical board and contacting corporate. I have good insurance from my employer and recently switched to a new plan and somehow got a primary care doctor assigned here. Decided to try it out these past few months and it has been worthless. Went there tonight for a covid test. Was was turned away by serurity guard. Seein the urgent care advertisement on window I went back up to see if I can see doctor. Again security guard turned me away. said I couldn't be seen because I might have Covid. it's before 9pm when these services are available. What is wrong with you people. I have trust issues with doctors based on previous experiences. Here it started a year ago with an out patient procedure. Instead of sending me to a proper specialist my doctor insisted he just do it here at the office. I pushed and pushed and got a referral with the specialist after because I didn't think it was healing properly, it turns out it was but after talking with the the specialist it sounds like my PCP could have done an extra step to prevent my worry. It wasn't just that I requested a referral to a specialist and the insistence that my PCP do it themselves, it was I felt my PCP wasn't listening to me. Maybe they felt like they could save me a drive or something I don't know. Ever since then I have hard time trusting what my doctor says and I've realized I need to be able to trust my doctor as completely as possible to get the best care possible. I don't know if I just need to switch my PCP here or go elsewhere. One thing I do know, it makes me super anxious to call the office and a lot of the time I have multiple things going on but can barely get a word in tell them about it. Reception is nice but I feel bad because they seem quite overworked and/or understaffed. They do try and get you as soon as possible but sometimes thats the same week, other times in a month or two out. read more

This is the absolute worst physicians office. My son's primary care provider, Dr. Bhathal, is amazing, attentive, competent & always willing to help, that is if the MA's can ever even get him in to see him. Any time my son isn't well, there is never any availability to see his PCP, the girls will tell you you can come to urgent care, & the urgent care is just as bad as it is a first come first serve basis. I came once to their urgent care at around 7:50 pm that supposedly closes at 9pm & the MA's said the provider could would not see my son. In layman's terms there is NEVER availability. The MA's will make it difficult to even schedule an appointment, won't get their fat, lazy asses up to even ask the providers if they're willing to take a walk-in either. It's awful. My son goes to urgent care at St. Agnes instead because he can't ever see his primary care provider here anyway. What's the point of having a PCP if when you're sick, they can't see them? I also needed a physical for my son & tried to book a month in advance & the MA's informed me the provider was booked out for 5 months for physicals. Absolutely ridiculous. I ended up having to go elsewhere for my son's physical instead due to a school deadline. read more

They need to be shut down... went here for ear pain and the doctor too a quick look in my ear and said nothing was wrong, sent the someone in to flush my ear which made it 100% worse...sent me home with no meds... been in the worst pain ever since!! The location on ashlan and Cornelia is HORRIBLE. The only nice thing I can say is that it's clean and new. The clerical, nurses and doctors are not the best. Customer service is horrible. The day before the appointment I got a call that the doctor will be in a meeting and you guys rescheduled me a month out. At first I thought the office on Ashlan and Cornelia was great! Awesome close location and a quick appointment when calling!. I'm no longer sure on how to feel about them, I went in for prolonged vaginal bleeding and we did all the blood work everything came back normal they told me. I went on Lab Corp and pulled my own blood test to find that my BUN levels were extremely low along with my BUN/CREATINE levels. One without the other usually isnt cause for concern, but when they are both present it can be a problem with my liver. No one informed me of that, only apologized for not being able to find the reason I'm bleeding so long. Come to find out, when a person has liver disease or their liver isnt working right the estrogen doesnt break down right, thus leaving me with an over thickened endometrial lining! So when it sheds it can take a really long time!. Hmmm is that the cause for my bleeding? I feel like this place is gonna have a malpractice suit real soon. Very dismissive and no real "drive" to actually cure people.. read more

Apparently at some point they changed this policy (and only changed it at their CLOVIS location) according to Lucia who works in the front. So i showed up to my sons appointment, what i thought was on time; and was turned away because i was "so late" and they had already filled my sons spot. Son had stomach flu for 2 days. Was told to come without an appt.... Arrived at 11:00 waited until 12:00 was told to come back at 1:15 would be seen after their lunch. Came back at 1:00 at 2:20 asked when we could be seen.. Provider still hadn't decided if he would see him... if there is a cancellation today yes my son would be seen.. if not cancellation may not be seen...
