We informed her that they sold us a car with a leaking tire and that we expected them to fix it under the warranty. Rebeca then told my wife they would look at our car, but only if we took down our reviews first. We told them we would update our review once they fixed it, but we would not take them down. Rebecca then told my wife that they would look at the car but would hold it and not release it to us until we took the reviews down. My wife asked what would be done to the car, and Rebecca told her that nothing had been approved. Rebecca then told my wife to take our car somewhere else. We plan to file a fraud claim with the CT State Attorney since Acura of Avon refuses to honor the warranty they sold us. If you can't fix the car, don't offer the warranty. We will also file a complaint with the BBB, and anywhere else we can. DO NOT SHOP AT AVON OF ACURA FOR ANY REASON. Their warranties are fraudulent. They refuse to honor them.
