I was informed that the diagnostic fee alone would be $235. To be clear, the representative I spoke with, John, was very professional, courteous, and understanding throughout the conversation. My frustration is not with the employee -- it's with the direction the dealership appears to be taking. Over the years, what kept me loyal to Acura of Avon was the feeling that customers and long-term relationships mattered. The dealership always seemed fair, reasonable, and customer-oriented. Unfortunately, this experience felt very different.
