Joseph is awesome and a lifesaver! I couldn't get my key fob to work any longer. It just died. After replacing batteries a number of times, it just died. There was no way I could afford the $200 key fob from the dealership, so I turned to "Yelped" for help! Joseph was very responsive, responding instantly most of the time. He told me he was able to make a duplicate key and a key fob. I told him all I need was the remote. $75. This was the cheapest price, but he didn't have it in stock. So he asked me to wait for the order. Sure. Saving $20 is my thing. No problem! He kept in touch even when the order was delayed, which I appreciated. As soon as he got it, he texted me (at my request of course) and we made an appointment. I told him I don't get back from work until after 5, which he suggested doing it in the daytime but I said it was gonna be difficult. I told him I'd have to do it Saturday. We met in the parking lot of Frys Electronics right on the dot at 3pm. The whole process took about 10 minutes, maybe even less. He is a mobile business, which is wonderful...and convenient. Called Joseph on 2 occasions recently. He arrived and was acting like he was always in a huge rush. He mounted new lockset crooked and we mentioned it and he made it straight. We showed him some future jobs and he said he could do it. When we called him to come back, he came and started working on it. He said he could not make it 100% straight on the front door. We said we wanted it straight because it was the front door. He ended up walking away from the job and left.
