The deadbolt on our side garage door broke so I called Joseph early this morning. He was here within the hour and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He replaced the deadbolt and rekeyed it so it matched the key for the doorknob. While he was at it, he tinkered with the doorknob so that worked more smoothly also. I had the greatest experience with this company! Joseph came just a little later than quoted (traffic), but he came same day within 3 hours of my call, on a Friday. Apparently, the lock I have on my closet is hard to pick (Schlage keypad lock). Both he and the last locksmith that helped me out when I locked myself out about a year ago () gasped when they saw it. Lol. I got charged an extra $10 from the original quote, but I understood. He was able to pick that lock in a fraction of the time it took to do it last time! I was impressed.
