On top of that, the employee handling the wash-and-fold service takes up many of the few working machines and leaves laundry sitting in the dryers long after it's finished, preventing paying customers from using them. It creates long waits and a frustrating experience overall. Management really needs to do a better job maintaining the machines and making sure customers actually have access to the working ones.

Not only was he unable to fix them, he was very rude about it; he actually walked a way from me while we were talking! His wife (?) quickly ran over to try and smooth things over. She told me no one would notice the blue stains all over the cream colors of the dresses and then she offered me a little cash - she hands me $3! That did not even cover the original cost of the cleaning! I love to support local businesses, but this is the third time we have had to take clothes back for issues! In the past, he has always been good at handling and fixing the problem, but not this time. I will not support rude merchants. Never going back.

There i a bill changer that works. The machines look to be in decent shape. It cost between 5.25 and 6.25 to do a load of laundry and then dryers are $.25 per cycle. You can get detergent and fabric softener here. There are a few sitting areas and of course a vending machine. There are bars on the door and window but otherwise it seems to be clean and functional inside.

Put quarters in for 40 minutes and everything dried. These were cotton sweatshirts too so dryers definitely work. It was $0.25 for each 5 minutes so $2. I don't go to a lot of laundromats but that seems fair. + Clean facility. Floors clean, machines clean and not musty. No weird smells inside. + I didn't use change machine but three other customers did and it seemed to work like a charm. No negative attendant experiences that others reported. +++ Wifi! I didn't see the password posted but took a chance and called the service number. Super nice person answered who gave me the password. To save you time (and further calls to the attendant), the password is the address of the place, all lower case. I figure if you're going to go as far as looking up the Yelp review to use their wifi, then you earned it with your industriousness. (No one's going to steal wifi through this Yelp review.) I called Wash & Dry and the owner met me there within 15 min. He had my basket and clothes saved in a back room!! And the clothes were impeccably folded by Austin who works late at night in the laundromat. Many machines have the mobile pay capability. The facility has wear and tear in the flooring but machines are impeccable and the staff closing down at night is thorough, helpful and polite. The only downside is that a lot of bums loiter at this location. Sometimes they come inside the laundromat. It would be nice to see the other merchants post some no loitering signs so the police can tell the bums to move along.
