I came in for a basic manicure. The process was extremely rushed and now that my nails have grown in I am able to see that the cuticle filing tools caused damage to my nail plates. There is a visible groove on each nail that I am stuck with until my nails grow out. There was little to no care throughout the entire process. The technician was more invested in conversations with their coworkers than the paying customer. Hopefully the staff takes better precautions to ensure this doesn't happen to clients in the future. read more

She is gentle, very patient, knowledgeable, but works fast. She is EXTREMELY talented. The fact that my nails look better than the inspo photos is why I will be returning regularly and going to her! I've been coming to valley nail for a few years now. Liana is literally the best at what she does. I used to do regular gel polish all the time. She always preps my nail so perfectly, I barely ever break a nail nor get any chipping until my next appointment. Up until recently, I started experimenting with some designs and I'm just so obsessed! She does all her colleagues nails and I'm left inspired for the next appointment haha. 100/10 for all the work she's done with me. I just love her and she's like a sister to me.
