This was my first Russian manicure and Arpineh was amazing! She was incredibly thorough and kind. I highly recommend this location and Arpineh. The place was quiet and very clean, a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back. Technician Anna is super rude. Made an appointment specifically for french tip nail and when I get there she tells me she doesn't have time for french and can only do solid color. I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

This is an updated review to my first time 5 star review. Unfortunately I returned to this salon…read morelast Wednesday and was not particularly happy with the standard polish colors available, the colors and bottles seemed old and outdated and hard to get to as they were high above a client sitting in a chair and the shop people did nothing to help select a color that I couldn't reach. The person doing my toes never once had a smile on her face - I paid extra for her to get rid of callouses and she barely scrubbed my feet. The person "Diane" doing my nails overly soaked my finger s and a week later they are still messed up it's as if my fingers were submerged in water for i2 hours- I am still feeling the effects and my fingers are all peeling like I have super glue stuck to them- not to mention the manicure was already chipped not even 24 hours later. I wanted to love this place. I'm a big tipper and am sorry I left them such big tips and won't be returning
