I enjoy the ladie and they do excellent work! The owner Diamond is very sweet and kind and does an excellent job with her fancy nails! So if you ever need to have something really spectacular done she is your go to person! I typically get a gel manicure and regular pedicure and I haven't had a bad job done ever. I thoroughly enjoy the massage chair too. The salon is always very clean, the line to wait is never long, and the girls are always super sweet. Make sure you call ahead for an appointment. It makes it so much easier to get seen on the day and time that you want.

Truly one of the best manicures I received in a while. I got hard gel (plain color) and the technician was extremely meticulous and was good about checking with me along the way to ensure I was happy with the results. Also, the price is much more fair than at many of the other spots in the surrounding area. I highly highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for tips. read more

This was my third time coming here and honestly it's been disappointing! I had an appointment last week for gel nails and I've never had them look like this before. The nail polish is very bumpy which makes my nails look like weird and I asked for coffin but because of the way the polish was applied it doesn't look like coffin. I was the only one in the shop and the manicurist even knew the nails looked bad, feeling them and then saying "oh they're kind of thick because of the polish". Instead of fixing it on the spot, she said "if there's any issue just come back I'll fix it" I really like this place but I'm very upset with the outcome of my nails, I'm trying to ignore how they look since I paid money for it but it's hard to. read more

I got my nails done on Fri 9/27 - I made an appt at 1 and didn't leave until almost 3. It took two hours for a dip mani and regular pedi which is ridiculous. My nails are clear dip with gel on top. No crazy activity to destroy these nails but 3 of them had the dip come off. Super disappointed - paid $100 and didn't even last. Do not recommend read more

After visiting many nail salons in the area, I highly recommend Elegant Nails! Particularly the manager, Diamond, is very meticulous, kind, and attentive. I never leave the salon unhappy, and I am usually very picky with the quality of my nails. In front of the salon, there is a free parking lot with spots always available. I took my girlfriend here a few times to get her nails done. The service has always been good but today it was great. She was helped by Linda. She was very gentle cleaning up her cuticles (which my girlfriend finds most are not). She recommended doing a gel set instead of acrylic and she ended up loving it more. This place is great! I moved to the area about a year ago and needed a new place to get my gel nails done and was lucky to find this gem. Every time I have come, I have been pleased with the service and quality I received. I can be a bit discriminating (i.e. picky), but even though I've had my manicures and pedicures done by a variety of different technicians (I've never specified a certain person), I've always left pleased. I have found the staff to be friendly and dedicated to doing a good job. I think this reflects highly on the owner's wife who runs the salon and ensures that all work meets top standards. I called the day before and got voicemail to request an appointment for a mani/pedi at 9am the next day. I never received a call back. I went there a few minutes before 9am and was told they didn't have an appointment for me and couldn't take me. I said I left a message and was told that they go home. The thing is I left the message at 10:38am the day before (I checked my phones call log.) They just opened so if they are this unorganized I wouldn't recommend this place. I had my natural nails painted with gel and my nail shape is uneven on several nails. like she didn't file them or cut them to be even... I had to ask several times for things to be fixed that I've never had to ask at a nail salon (can you cut this cuticle?) Girl doing my pedicure looked 18, and basically painted my whole toe then went back and removed polish from around the nail? Which is completely obvious on my nails. Had her hair down and had strings of hair getting in polish while she's painting , and on my feet. Also the woman stood over me at checkout time and pointed to the tip, then stared what I was putting in for the tip. Extremely uncomfortable experience. Won't be back . EDIT **** All my "gel" nail polish came off in less than a week. Cheap products , bad application

Wonderful people, clean salon and they will even offer you some water if you want something to drink. They have parking, restroom, and 2 entrances. These girls do an good job for my mani-pedis. I usually have my nails done every once and a while and this is the best place I've found. It's right next to my Pharmacy so I see the girls often. There are spa chairs with a water bath for your feet. The place also has a hair salon in the back but I don't think anyone uses it currently. The girls do a fine job. They spend enough time with my cuticles and I've never been cut. The place always appears real clean. It's usually not necessary to make an appointment as they take walk ins. I usually never have to wait. They are urber cheap here too. read more

I used to come here alot and it was much better than it was this last time I went. It seems in the time I have been away, they really have gone down hill. The older women are nicer than the younger girls. The younger girls have attitude, like they are being forced to work there or something and hate their job. This doesn't make for a "relaxing experience". I won't be back there again. When there are nail shops on every corner, you really need to have good customer service. read more

I've been doing my nails for the past 8 years and diamond is by far the best nail artist I have come across. It took me a while to get to her but now that I have , no way I'm going somewhere else. She is punctual, clean, on point, and such a perfectionist. She pays attention like no one else does and makes me feel at home every time I go for my appointment. What I like the most about this place is the fast service,easy scheduling and very reasonable prices. I've tried many other nail salons but here at Elegant are the lowest around. BEST of ALL I love the TV set. Can watch TV instead of reading old magazines. read more
