I have been a patient of Dr. Rizvi for over 5 years he did not deliver my baby it was doctor Perea within the same practice at the Menifee location, but Rizvi saw me for most of my appointments. I continue to see rizvi for female related appointments and he is just wonderful, I never feel like I should go in, I always feel like I will go in because they always treat me great. I have never had a problem with him neither any of the office staff at this location it's never overly crowded and it's always nice and clean. One front office lady and the nurse I saw throughout my entire pregnancy were absolutely amazing. This review is not about them. I gave birth over a month ago via C-section. I hemorrhaged during delivery and required a wound vac afterward. When I called to schedule my postpartum appointment, the earliest available opening was over a week away at 2 PM. I scheduled it, arrived on time, and then waited over 45 minutes. I ultimately had to leave because I was in pain and exclusively breastfeeding my newborn, and the delay interfered with her feeding schedule. I rescheduled, but the next available appointment was another two weeks out. Then that appointment was canceled by the office. I understood and rescheduled again for the same time the following week. While getting ready for that appointment, I noticed I got an email saying I will be charged a $25 no-show fee if I wanted to receive care. I'm genuinely confused about how that's fair when I've had multiple appointments delayed or canceled due to circumstances on the office's end. Meanwhile, I'm over here having to ask ChatGPT for help because I've been dealing with postpartum cramping and other concerns and haven't been able to get timely follow-up care. The level of communication and scheduling has been incredibly frustrating, especially after a complicated delivery and major surgery. read more

The absolute worst OBGYN office. It really is unfortunate we have a huge lack of OBGYN's in the Temecula Valley. They treated my daughter throughout her pregnancy and their bedside manner was atrocious. She was actually afraid to ask any questions and they are very condescending. She was so happy that she wasn't forced to use them to deliver at Loma Linda Medical center. How sad is it that she chose to have any doctor on call over her OBGYN. They also sent her a letter 11 days before her due date to tell her that they would not be able to provide her with continued care and that they recommend she seek care of another physician. 11 days before giving birth!! Imagine the stress. It takes weeks if not months to get into an OBGYN in our area. They knew exactly what they were doing. Completely heartless office. read more

If you have a teenage daughter, DO NOT go to Valley OBGYN in Temecula. They no longer allow any parent to accompany their child into the exam room -- even if you've been a long-standing patient. (They've allowed it before, but told me their policy has recently changed.) I absolutely understand that some girls may want privacy with their doctor, and I fully support that. But when a patient has ongoing medical issues and specifically asks for a parent to be present for comfort and support, there should be room for exceptions -- especially after over a year of care at the same office. My daughter was mortified to go in alone and made it clear she wanted me with her. They still refused and made me wait over 20 minutes before finally telling me I needed to leave the facility entirely. We left the office feeling upset, dismissed, and incredibly disappointed. It is rude and disrespectful to overbook their appointments, leaving patients in the office to wait for hours. That is not why I am writing this review though. When I left the office, they asked if I wanted to make another appointment. I told them no, however, 2 weeks later, I received an email stating I have an appointment the following day. I called the number on the email and left a voicemail to cancel and then I received a text message stating I have an appointment. I don't know why they keep scheduling me and I am concerned they are going to bill me and/or my insurance for an appointment I did not make and then used their antiquated system to cancel. read more

The office is really nice at first, but the people are very unprofessional. I had one visit and the doctor was standing off to the side. The second visit I had more questions and could not see a Dr. The ladies at the receptionist seemed to be running the office. I'm high risk and told the doctor plenty of times after a month or so of going finally referred me to a specialist in Loma Linda. I would not recommend this doctor if you are going through something delicate with your pregnancy or you want your partner to be there throughout. They do not allow anyone except yourself in the appointments. I was given a prescription for vitamins that were not only prenatal but a variation of just vitamins that started to give me a headache and he said well why don't you just stop taking them, never showed me blood work to explain why I needed to take any vitamins at all. I had previously had blood work done at VA Veterans hospital which showed that all my blood work was good so I was taking iron and vitamin B six based on the fact that he gives them to everyone is what I was told by the doctor. I was experiencing Subchorionic bleeding, which is internal by the uterus and I had to find out by going through the emergency room and when I brought it up to Dr. Brar, his specialist he sends you to, they confirmed and also on my follow up, he never talked to me about it or gave me any information about Care or following up with it. On one instance, I expressed to the nurse that I had had pain and that I was not feeling well and that I would like to speak with the doctor and she said that I should go to the hospital , that was her response very unprofessional . If you care about your health, DO NOT COME HERE. I would give this place a -5 rating if I could. The doctor made a snap judgement with my issue, barely gave it the time of day and misdiagnosed me. With the repeated visits to this place, it cost me many months of my mental health until I was able to get a second opinion to a much kinder and more competent doctor. She will also yell at you and berate you if you try to ask her more info on your treatment since she has a god complex which shows clearly as she also yells at her staff too. There's no empathy for the patients, you're just another dollar. Terrible place, the doctor acts like she's not looking over your paperwork correctly repeating things and seeming overwhelmed when she comes in with your results in addition to that she told me I had a large fibroid said I needed surgery a hysterectomy to remove my uterus because it's sitting on my uterus. All of a sudden I go to the ER a week later because my stomach was killing me and they did an exam and told me I had no fibroids in me I was like what?!!! so she was gonna do a whole surgery based on a fibroid that wasn't even there to begin with. somebody pinch me because this is wild crazy. read more

After many doctors dismissing my issues, my general practitioner referred me to the Temecula location. I felt heard and cared for. Lots of questions and a lot of apologies for the years of pain I've experienced. I was seen rather quickly, never been in the office for longer than a half an hour. My only wait time was to see the specialist but that was okay. She performed an ablation and I have no complaints. read more

I was given the wrong diagnosis multiple times because the doctors don't remember what they even told you during your previous appointment. Find another place to go. It took me 3 months to get my first appt. 1 month because they never answer the phone, and when they finally did I had to wait another 2 months to see a doctor. When I went in for my first appt, they were 3 hours behind schedule. Normally I would have left, but I had already waited 3 months for the appt. So, 3 hours later the doctor finally saw me. She was nice enough and was in the room for about 5 mins. She was gentle and friendly. I had scheduled a follow up tele visit. It was scheduled for 9:15 this morning. I had cleared my work calendar for the entire hour to make sure I had enough time to have the call with her. They didn't call me until 11:40AM. At this point I was already in work meetings, so I wasn't able to take the call. But, THEY were again over 2 hours late for the appt. Then I receive this email: "Our records indicate that you missed your appointment. Continued care is essential to your health, and failure to adhere to the agreed upon plan of care may have significant consequences." Seriously? I will not being going back to this business and I caution others to really consider other options before depending on this place for your healthcare needs. read more

Save yourself the heartache and frustration!!! This has been the WORST experience with any doctor I've ever had. First off I waited to be seen in the exam room for one hour. Dr Adib is EXTREMELY RUDE, when she introduced herself I put my hand out to shake her hand but she walked right past me and sat in her chair. While I was sitting waiting to be seen, I could hear her condescending conversations with her medical staff and other patients. I thought this is not going to be a good visit. And sure enough it was the WORST. I had some tests done which were ordered by a different doctor at a different location but they recommended me to see someone here at this location in Temecula. It felt like Dr Abid didn't even look over my chart fully or allow me to discuss the real reason why I was there. She provided me with some very shocking news, which had me in my thoughts since I wasn't expecting it, so I got a bit teary-eyed. She kept talking so fast and I had to ask her to repeat some things, so she broke down the words like I was a child. After asking her to repeat a couple of things, she told me she feels like I'm not paying attention to what she's saying because I repeated something she said wrong. She is not very compassionate or empathetic whatsoever because she would understand that the news she just gave me was a little devastating, and that could be why my mind was reeling so fast and not totally hearing what she was saying. Because she felt like I was not paying attention and all up in my mind, she told me she has two other patients waiting to be seen. So I guess I wasn't important enough!! I told her you know what never mind, I'm done here and I told her she is very rude and that I could hear how rude she is to her staff and other patients. She said I'm sorry I'm just trying to advocate for my patients and I said it sure doesn't feel like it with telling me she has two other patients to see. She was barely in my room not even 10 minutes. I left in tears, not only because of the news she gave me, but I just felt I have never experienced a doctor be so rude and condescending in my life. YOU GUYS, WHAT THIS OFFICE DOES IS ILLEGAL!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF!!! I really disliked this office from the get-go. It's nearly impossible to make, reschedule or cancel appts as no one answers the phone and it takes 3-4 messages before someone calls you back. I won't dwell on how obnoxious this is, I have bigger points to make. I was first seen at 7wks back in Jan. Everything with that appt went fine however this office does NOT have an US machine so you'll have to make separate appts for those which can be costly paying multiple copays. I paid my $30 copay via credit card (MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THIS PAYMENT IN A WAY YOU CAN TRACE!!! EITHER GET A RECIEPT OR DO NOT PAY CASH!) My next appt was scheduled for 2 wks later. (I'm not exactly sure why... seemed soon as they won't perform ultrasound there or anything) I needed to cancel as I came down with Covid. I was instructed to have a phone appt instead. That appt went along the lines of "how are you doing?" "I'm good" "so how many weeks are you?" "ummmm... 9, don't you have my file in front of you?" "yes, yes so have you had an ultrasound yet?" "ummm yes, I did last week, don't you have that from your partner office?" "ohh yes. ok well let's set another call for 2 wks." At 11 weeks, I get another call. Almost the exact same conversation but ended with him telling me he wants to see me in the office in (guess what) 2wks. Scheduled appt for 13 wks. (keep in mind they tried to bill my copay for these two bogus conversations.) At 12.4 weeks, I was still testing positive for covid. CDC guidelines rule after 10 days from a positive test, you no longer need to quarantine. Studies online state 30-40% of people who have covid can test PCR positive for up to 3 months! So they just aren't going to see me? Anyways, tried to call and cancel the appt with 3 separate messages, all 24+ hrs before my appt. They emailed me after my appt and said I missed my appt and owed them a cancellation fee. ?? I called their billing and asked them about these charges. The lady dismissed them but tried to tell me I never paid my initial copay for my 7 week appt. After confirming I could show her CC proof, she dismissed that too.... how many people must pay this to them without realizing they are being taken advantage of. HERE IS THE BIG TICKET REASON TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! After finally testing negative I made an appt for 15 weeks. I went into the office and they said I owed a $340 deductible. I asked for further information as they would not give any sort of itemized bill. After waiting for 30 mins, they said they spoke with my insurance and that I owed a $340 deductible for the rest of my pregnancy. I asked how they can pre-take my deductible. I've never heard of that. She then said, the only way they would see me is if I would pay but I would not have any itemized bill for what it covered. So what would stop them from charging me again or my insurance asking for money too? What about if I miscarried or didn't finish my pregnancy with this office? Or I could also hit my deductible with other offices... say if I broke my arm or something. She claimed "I mean, I would imagine this would get returned to you..." But that would be my responsibility to call them later to try to recoup this money. FAT chance. So they wouldn't see me because I refused to pay. DO NOT PAY THIS IF THEY CLAIM YOU OWE ANYTHING MORE THEN YOUR COPAY PRIOR TO YOUR APPT!!!!!!!!!!!! I called my insurance after this interaction and explained that they were trying do. Not only had I already met my deductible, she was trying to get me to pay my "out-of-pocket" maximum for the entirety of my pregnancy and delivery. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!! I questioned this because A. I was already planning on moving offices so I knew I wouldn't fulfill my OOPM with them anyways. B. Because I'm having GI issues and will maybe hit my OOPM for other health issues before delivery. C. Because you should never have to prepay at a dr. office. D. Because you should never pay a "bill" that cannot be itemized and have proof of what you pay for!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. IF YOU DO, PLEASE BE SMART AND KNOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EAGER MOMMAS WHO JUST WANT CARE FOR THEIR BABIES AND MAYBE DON'T THINK ABOUT HOW THEIR CHARGES ARE BEING USED/SUBMITTED TO THEIR INSURANCE. Another thing, I went to my GI dr that same day and she asked me about my OB... She had delivered last year with the same office. We talked about them and it turns out she paid the lump sum they asked and they still billed her afterward!!!!! She's currently fighting it but she has no proof of what her first payment covers! Precisely my worry. I will be trying to file all the claims I can with BBB, Board of medicine, etc. They should not be in business and I'm not sure how they haven't been sued over this billing stuff. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. They must be getting first time pregnancies or women who don't know any other care. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REACH THEM BY PHONE, and if you can reach them they will make you wait two weeks to find out if you have an infection, AND if you do they don't care that they could tell you over the phone like normal people who give a shit about your HEALTH but they want you to physically come in for swab results. Let me start this review by saying I gave this OBGYN a few really good chances, came in with a truly open mind, and ultimately feel immensely lucky to have access to safe healthcare. And I know this is a long review, but I promise it's worth the read if you are considering this OBGYN. This practice should be ashamed of the way they treat their patients. This is my first pregnancy, and like any first, it's scary and comes with a lot of questions and concerns. You want your team of doctors to be compassionate, understanding, and feel like they are there to support you. Valley OBGYN is none of these things. I'll start with my experience scheduling my first appointment. After 10+ no- answers from the scheduling team, and a very rude woman on the other line when someone did answer, I was scheduled for 2 weeks out. Not something I was thrilled about. Getting anyone to answer my phone calls from this point on was a nightmare. My first appointment was scheduled for 11am. I showed up at 10:45am to ensure I had ample time to fill out paperwork if needed. The waiting room was packed, and I had to stand for about 20 minutes. The receptionist was very vocal to patients that they were understaffed that day, and that several workers had called out sick. I sympathized with them and remained bright eyed and bushy tailed about my appointment. The receptionist made (what it seemed like) several personal phone calls during my wait. Laughing and joking on the other line with what seemed like a friend. Telling them that people had called out sick and that she was swamped. Very odd behavior. An HOUR after my scheduled appointment in the waiting room, I was finally called back to be seen. The nurse was apologetic about the wait, and let me know she was the only nurse in office that day and that there was only one doctor in. I remained understanding. She handed me a paper sheet, told me to undress from the waist down, and to wait for the doctor. I was then left in the room, half naked, freezing (it was pouring rain that day), for over half an hour. It was now 12:35pm, over an hour an a half from my scheduled appointment and I had still not be seen. When the doctor finally came in, he performed a Pap Smear. This was extremely bizarre to me given they didn't ask when my last one was (it had only been a year since my last through my primary). After the Pap, he gave me this robotic scripted spiel about how being a first time Mom can be confusing, and asked if I had any questions. I did. Each question, he then deferred, and told me to refer to some email he was going to send me. This email ended up being a 50 page "Prenatal Guide" that was probably pulled from the internet. He had no personal skills, no concept of building a relationship with me, or any desire to hear my questions. The experience was cold, and rushed. From the time he entered the room, performed the Pap, and gave his little speech, maybe 3 minutes had transpired. Over an hour and a half in this office for 3 minutes of the doctor's time. I left my appointment in tears. But hashed it up to them just having an off day. Fast forward to my second appointment. The waiting room was again packed, and I had to stand. I was seen very quickly, right on time with my scheduled appointment- which was great. At the time of this appointment, I had just gotten over being pretty sick. During my sickness- I had a fever for several days, had to take a round of antibiotics, and still wasn't feeling great, so I had a lot of concerns. Again, the doctor was very short and cold. Answered very few questions, truly didn't care about my concerns, and wanted me in and out of there as quickly as possible. He told me the Pap Smear came back normal, but that I had an infection. I asked questions about details on what the infection was- all he could tell me was "It's common, I'm going to prescribe you a cream". I still have 0 idea what it was. I told him there is a blood disease that runs in my family. He told me he would have the test ordered, he never did. I asked for an ultrasound- he told me I couldn't get one until 12 weeks. Again, very bizarre to me. What if I had an Ectopic Pregnancy? What if the Embryo didn't grow into a Fetus? I ended up paying a 3rd party ultrasound company in Temecula out of pocket to do my ultrasound at 7 weeks. I again, left this appointment in tears. There's really no way to describe the way I was treated besides to compare it to going through a Burger King drive through. No compassion, extremely dismissive, no personal skills, and absolutely no concept of wanting to make a patient feel cared for. I will end with saying I have reported this OBGYN to my insurance company, in hopes they take them off their referral list. As a first time Mom, I expected so much more from this team. I truly feel heart break for any woman who is stuck going here. I hope whoever is reading this takes it to heart and chooses elsewhere. read more

I saw Dr. Adib at Valley OBGYN. Arrived half hour before appointment time, was seen half hour after appointment time. Not awful. Except there were three other patients waiting all to see Dr. Adib. One woman stated she had shown up at 8:00 and had not been seen (it was 10:30). During my exam, I found Dr. Adib to be dismissive. She didn't review my new patient info, since I had reiterate that I had a partial hysterectomy. She insisted I MUST have had a full hysterectomy. During the my pelvic exam, Dr, Adib's physician's opened the door to the exam room. WHILE I WAS IN THE STIRRUPS. With my nether regions facing the door. Dr. Adib performed the most uncomfortable Pap smear I've ever experienced; I've had colposcopies that were less painful. Then Dr. Adib announced I should have my ovaries removed (the ovaries she had insisted I don't have anymore five minutes prior). Mentally exhausted, I finished my appointment. When I left, there were now seven patients waiting to see Dr. Adib who was clearly running three patients behind. If you want a morbidly embarrassing, rushed exam with an unprofessional, dismissive OBGYN who has severe time management issues, by all means, see Dr Adib. Also, if the office is requiring masks to be worn, it would do well to have the doctor wear hers properly. You'd think I medical professional would know how to wear a mask. read more

My 18-year old daughter had her first OBGYN appointment with Dr. Rizvi at Valley OBGYN in Temecula. Unprofessional. Stay away from this doctor. Let me explain. She came home in tears. It was so painful for me to look at her and not being able to do anything about it but to call the office, complain, and write this 1-star review! My daughter went for a contraception consultation. He didn't answer any of her questions about her concerns. The pap smear hurt her so bad that she bled all over the table. She said that he pinched her really hard with the speculum. Is that how he would treat his own daughter? Is that how a young girl's first OBGYN appointment should be, Dr. Rizvi? I really hope he reads this review. I am 45 and probably had 20 pap smears in my life. But I never had an experience like this. I really wish I could complain to the CA medical board about this, but I believe they only look into cases that caused physical harm. How about the fact that my daughter is now scared to go see an OBGYN doctor? Does emotional harm count? I try to tell her that the experience she had is not a typical one, as I never experienced anything like that before. But she was traumatized and not ready for another OBGYN appointment. Gave her all my info and the girl said that they don't accept my insurance. My primary tried to make an appointment- I'm covered but the obgyn office will call me. Nope they never called. I called them. Tried to make an appointment - she transferred me without asking to a girl who said I kept breaking up and that she didn't understand me. I had no choice but to her I'll call back. I couldn't be unhappier with my care. Dr. Rizvi is by far the worst OB I have ever encountered. At 37 weeks I wanted to have my medical records released and sent over to another OB because Dr. Rizvi was adamant about me going to the hospital in Moreno Valley to continue care, unfortunately I wasn't willing to go to Moreno Valley because I had my first son there and it was a horrible experience (jail inmates there, shared rooms, not enough support) it's definitely not what an expectant mother would want if she had a choice. As I was discussing my transfer forms with the front desk assistant Dr. Rizvi decided to call me back and tell me that I could continue care at Loma Linda which is where I originally wanted to deliver and so I decided to stay and not have my records released. Come to find out that he didn't necessarily work with my needs he completely released/terminated my care and left me helpless to figure out my own care at 37 WEEKS because of my supposed non compliancy! It had nothing to do with insurance considering I am self pay. I was so patient and understanding with his horrible treatment and I'm the one that's noncompliant.. I was so confused and sad that he'd have it in him to release a patient this far along in a pregnancy. Because of that I've decided to share the horrible service they provide in his office. Overbooking patients, be prepared to wait at least 1hr to be called back and to only be seen for 3min. Office visits with this doctor are pointless. They don't verbalize or call you about what you need to do, they email you tons of referrals and expect you to figure the rest out on your own. Honestly the best thing he could've done was have released me completely. I would never recommend this place to anyone, please look for services elsewhere, every expecting mother deserves the best experience and care. read more

This place sucks! I made an appointment and they checked my insurance and said everything was good. So I drove two hours and I get there and they tell me that my insurance is not the right type and they cannot see me. Highly recommend! So glad I found Dr. Syed, he took the time to listen to my long list of problems. He was patient and was very quick in submitting referrals to tend to my health. Ultrasounds, pelvic ultrasound, biopsy, mammogram, Im good with all of that, Id rather know if anything is wrong with me sooner than to be surprised later down the line when it may be too late. His staff is very sweet, front office handles appts and documents efficiently, the office is nice and not over crowded. Gyno visits are never pleasant, but Dr. Syed was. Of course pelvic exams, mammos, pap smears are discomforting, just prepare yourself for it. Very happy patient! read more

There are two offices, with different doctors at each on different days. I have been seeing a female doctor who comes up on Tuesdays from Oceanside and she is excellent. However, she is not authorized to perform surgery in my area and my insurance won't cover surgery in her area so she referred me to Dr Rizvi. Let me tell you, he was a whole different experience. I'm a medical student who knows a lot about childbirth, having had 4 of my own and considering going into midwifery. This man talked down to me, belittled me, and insisted that the only procedure he would do was one that I knew was unnecessary and had major side effects. I got up and walked out, telling him I would never consent to that procedure, to which he replied "Well, that's all I'm going to do for you so it's that or nothing". Never, ever again. read more

Worst office visit EVER! Don't waste your time going here. They tried to over charge by $400, everything in the office is broken table, blood pressure cuff. Nobody new what they were doing. This place needs to be investigated. I wish I would I read the reviews before going! read more

Beyond the completely inefficient scheduling, form letters that they send out AFTER HOURS to scare you into making post-annual-appointments, without regard for how scary the letter comes across, a receptionist with a horrible demeanor, it all comes down to money!!! So here we go. I don't Ike writing reviews like this because it always feels mean, but I feel like I have to say something, cause someone's gotta be warned. Just as a preface, I realize that finding out my grandmother had died an hour before my appointment did not help, and this is my first pregnancy, also I'm cranky, but I still had the strangest experience here. First of all, I have night blindness, and the lobby is so freaking dark I was straining to fill out the paper work. Also what I noticed was at the back of the paper work, was a bunch of laminated pages of my patient rights, but they were literally all stapled together, so I don't get that at all. I wanted to tell the lady to turn on a freaking light because my eyes were so bothered. So, whatever, they called me back and asked me to give a urine sample, which I thought it was to check for pregnancy and UTI's, but I literally saw them put the cup in the sink and do nothing with it. So I got in the room and they kept asking how I knew I was pregnant, (WHY DON'T YOU CHECK THE URINE IF YOU'RE SO SUSPICIOUS LADY) which I had been to four doctors to confirm. (I found out at the ER originally) then they denied me an ultrasound at first,!I needed to know how far along I was, cause all I kept hearing from doctors was that I was pregnant, but I had no clue. So my hormones took over and I turn into a bratty Juno (sorry, on me) and basically say I need it or there's no point to this visit. He gave me it after talking about me loudly in the hall, and said 10 weeks when he took the ultrasound, which was two weeks off. Then he said I needed a Pap smear, like a pregnancy one, but didn't warn, and jammed this thing up my...parts (sorry I know that's TMI) and it hurt like heck and I started hyperventilating. The nurse told me to breathe slowly, and my snarky self is a thinking "I'll breathe how I want lady." I do not like this place. My new OB is amazing and kind and now I know so much more about what's going on with me. Anyways. This place is not my cup of tea. Careful out there. read more

Worst facility ever, do not know how they are in business still. Worthless office, you can barley get a hold of them, and no one there is supportive. My wife has been there numerous of times, they don't say shi* about my wife's health, baby's health, and the doctor comes in with no chart and just say everything is fine? What kinda crap is that? I am livid! They don't even check my wife's weight, and haven't for over 2 months; then they have the audacity to say the blood work they're still waiting on which was 2 months ago on her last checkup. Such bs, it takes less than a few weeks to get the blood work. read more

Where do I begin, started coming here last year they've now moved to Temecula Parkway near Temecula Valley Hospital. I went in for my annual and mentioned I've had heavy bleeding and frequent urination I was quickly ordered to have a uterine biopsy and a ultrasound . Dr. Rizvi was very quick will barely answer any questions does not explain anything if you try to ask questions he cuts you off and is very rude. I had no idea why I was being ordered a biopsy and so I Googled it when I got home since I had no information and all it talked about was cancer which scared me to death. Each visit requires a follow-up visit to get any of your results which started to seem as though they were milking my insurance with multiple visits and follow-ups which I was never much informed at any of the follow-ups and always left confused. They talked me into a pharmacy I've never heard of turns out they are only open till 5 p.m. and closed on weekends which caused me a big problem when trying to pick up my prescription. I was told I had pre-cancerous cells on top of the possible problems with my uterus in the end they were not able to find anything and I was tired of taking off work to go to appointments so I waited a year and came back for an annual to see if I still had the precancerous cells. I arrived for my visit and try to mention that this time my symptoms were a little different and I was having extra periods I explained this to the assistant the doctor came running in to do the pap smear after almost 45 minutes of waiting and said so you're having heavy bleeding and I said no I'm actually having an extra period he did not hear a word I said and talked over me did the exam really fast discounted everything I said was completely unfriendly does not explain anything and orders me to have another biopsy. I got out to the front desk thinking I would be making an appointment for a follow-up from the pap and they were trying to schedule my biopsy. On the way home I received a call from the office and they informed me that the doctor has decided that he can no longer see me at his office and I will now have to come to Riverside to the hospital because he thinks that I need a higher level of care??? So I asked what they meant by that and they told me that this was due to my medical history which includes asthma and anxiety which I'm not even medicated for because it's very minor..... it made no sense and when I asked for clarification she just repeated that I require a higher level of care.... which would make one assume they have cancer or something....I mean what kind of explanation is that?? I can't be seen anymore....but they did mention I should come back for the biopsy first... they mentioned that twice. seems like he gets paid well for these biopsies $$ this man has a horrible bedside manner and as someone else mentioned he said nice to meet you before I left....so does he read charts? I think he's just there to charge for biopsies and pap tests....beyond that requires higher level of care? please don't waste your time or uterus on this Dr! it's definitely just a factory no personality or compassion.... get em in and out and get the $$ read more
