I was told I had pre-cancerous cells on top of the possible problems with my uterus in the end they were not able to find anything and I was tired of taking off work to go to appointments so I waited a year and came back for an annual to see if I still had the precancerous cells. I needed a paper filled out for wic and they used the vitals they had from one month ago, they didn't even have my blood test results from more than a month ago and instead of calling the lab the girl said she faxed them to get results. They just bill the insurance for doing nothing at all. They are very disorganized. They make you wait in the room and all you hear is the medical assistants chatting about their personal life. The little girl in the front desk is very rude too she thinks she is just there to look pretty. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in the history of my pregnancies. I went to the Temecula location for half of my pregnancy. It was a total waste of time. I usually don't complain and I am very patient, but this incompetent office really got to me, makes me wonder how they stay in business . For every appointment I made I always received a call to reschedule a day prior, like if my schedule doesn't matter. They had to do 2 pap smears while pregnant because they had used an expired vial, they weren't even courteous when they informed me, bluntly they just ask me to take off my clothes because they needed to do another pap. When the doctor went in all he said all the time was "everything looks good" and just walk out, he went in without knowing my history always asking the same questions. Test results were never given much less discussed. The last time I went there they didn't even check my weight, BP, urine or anything routine for a prenatal visit, they had me waiting in the room for half in hour just so the medical assistant could come in and give me an ultrasound paper.
