The next morning he had to be rushed to vet because it was all matted together. Now he had an ulcer in his eye. He had drops given to him. Don't know exactly if he will be able to see or what. The people at Petsmart said nothing to her at all. The woman Jess does not want to accept responsibility of this. I would never tell any one to take their dog there for anything.

Customer service can be VERY lacking in the store. I've gone in before, on several occasions, looking for fish, and despite many employees in the store hanging around 'yapping' with each other, have not been approached and asked if I needed anything. Honestly, the only reason I would buy a fish here versus the local fish stores is that sometimes certain ones go on sale for $1, and if I need a lot of them for a tank, the price is too good to pass up. Otherwise, the selection and knowledge at the local fish stores is MUCH better.

I have gotten so many things here and will keep coming back because they have a great customer service and everything for outdoor work and play that I need.

This is my preferred TSC location as they aren't maskholes. I walked in, no mask, and was greeted with a smile, at least I think it was a smile. I headed straight back to the feed area and started loading up the bags I needed. To my surprise, I ran in to a buddy of mine that helped me decide on some winter feed. I had been buying layer feed every week and he suggested I switch over to some scratch grain for the winter, since my hens won't be laying much during the cold. As I was looking around, I began to notice the mix of feed from fowl to livestock with no clear line of demarcation. That's the only problem with TSC. Things tend to blend in. I also like shopping the herbicide and really wish they had more options available, similar to what our local CO-OP has. Either way, I really love our TSC in Cleveland. If you're coming for cat products, you have some options, but not as much compared to the big chain stores. They even have a dog wash station! The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. Just love this place! Everything you need for your furry friends is here with exceptional staff, who are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Love Dogs & Cats Too is a small, local shop that caters to all things pet, with more of an affinity for the canine variety. The store is well stocked with all types of goodies and essentials, and the not-so-essentials for your dog and/or cat. Upon entry you are greeted by a walls and shelves of toys and treats including a shelf dedicated to local handmade treats! The other part of the store is all about gear, gifts and essentials for your pet. Staff/Owners were welcoming and friendly. Overall, cute little shop dedicated to our favorite companions! Will certainly swing back through on future visits to the area.
