Thankfully I caught it before purchasing, but it was concerning to see expired pet food still being displayed for sale. Pet owners trust stores to keep products safe and properly monitored, especially refrigerated food items. I hope the management can improve routine checking of expiration dates to prevent this from happening again and ensure the safety of pets.

Not a fan of the chameleon glass surfing and grasping at nothing, but I'm just not a fan of chameleons being sold to non advance reptile keepers either. I think I was just disappointed in the lack of goods for reptiles here, more so in comparison to other PetSmart locations. Only had crickets and no other feeder options, at least when I went.

The open cage belonged to my healthy chameleon (purchased from petsmart), who had passed away earlier this morning after experiencing severe breathing difficulties. While I cannot say with certainty what caused her sudden condition, I was concerned that the enclosure's limited ventilation may have contributed. The return itself was processed, however, what made this experience so upsetting was the complete lack of empathy from the female cashier during such a difficult moment. When I explained that my chameleon had passed away and that this was the reason for the return, there was no acknowledgment or expression of compassion. I was also asked if I had my receipt for the chameleon. We were already aware that the return period for pets had long passed, and we were not attempting to return her. In which she reminded us of that. Before leaving, I asked if the store had a simple cardboard box available (knowing that they do carry some for purchased pets) so I could place my chameleon in it. The cashier simply responded, "No," with an irritated/annoyed tone, without offering any alternatives or assistance. No effort was made to help. A response such as, "I'm sorry, we don't have any boxes, but we do have containers in aisle ___," or, "Let me check with my manager to see if we have something that could help," would have shown compassion. Furthermore, a simple "have a nice day" or something wasn't said. As a loyal PetSmart customer, I have always believed in your commitment to caring for pets and the slogan "Anything for pets". I wasn't expecting special treatment or an exception to any policy. I was simply hoping for a small amount of empathy and basic customer service during one of the hardest days of owning a pet. Ultimately, we left the store grieving the loss of our chameleon and carrying with us an equally disappointing customer experience. Losing a pet is heartbreaking on its own, and the lack of respect we encountered only made an already painful day even more painful. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to remind associates that kindness, empathy, and a willingness to help, even with kind words; can make a meaningful difference to customers.

The entire process was remarkably smooth from booking the appointment to the actual procedure and pickup. They texted and called often with status updates. I was helped by Amber who was so friendly and gentle with Porkchop. Porkchop is such a Velcro cry baby that Amber kept her in the front with her away from the other babies for Porkchop to be calmer and feel more comfortable. Amber and the nurses let me hold Porkchop on my lap and came to me for things because they knew she was in pain. They knelt or sat down beside me and answered all of my questions with patience. It is in these little details that show their care and have superseded my expectations. Thank you, Dr. Jas, Amber, and team for easing my fears and taking such good care of my precious Porkchop! The ladies at the front desk always so informative, welcoming, and very kind and friendly in person and over the phone. The assistant techs/nurses are so gentle and nurturing with every fur baby that I have seen, including our own pup. The Dr. is super informative, super patient, very kind, and overall he keeps it very real and does not add on any extra unnecessary fees. He genuinely cares for the well being of all his patients and it definitely shows. This vet is very clean, and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to any animal owner. BIG TIME!!…read more Back in December, a young stray cat we'd been caring for got attacked and needed immediate wound care and possible neutering at the same time. We were quoted thousands at an emergency vet and felt completely overwhelmed. Thankfully, an employee there suggested we contact Adam's (where we had been before for another pet's vaccinations). We waited until morning and took him in and wow! The care was excellent, and the cost was a fraction of what we were expecting and saved us thousands!! I said THOUSANDS!!! Then recently our dog had an anal gland abscess and it was the same story elsewhere, huge estimate with lots of add ons. We went straight back to Adams and we were able to be seen as a walk-in. They treated him quickly, didn't push a bunch of extras, and again saved us THOUSANDS!!!! The clinic is super busy, and the girls at the front desk are doing a million things at once, but they're so nice and accommodating. You can tell they truly care about making sure your pet is seen and taken care of. We're really thankful for Adam's Pet Hospital and we will not be going anywhere else from now on.

I have been coming here almost every week for ~2 months for my cat. Unfortunately, she had to be…read moreput to sleep last week because of her unsaveable medical issues. It was devastating for me as a first time owner. Dr. Singh and his staff showed deep compassion for me and my fur baby. I told one of the staff that even though I know it's time to free my cat from pain and suffering, I wanted a confirmation from the vet so I can sleep at night as I was feeling extremely sad and guilty. Dr. Singh confirmed the situation, the highly possible cause of the cat's condition (neurological), and he's very honest that it was untreatable. I signed the goodbye paperwork and he immediately administered the sedation injection. My cat reacted, turned around to look at the injection site, and made a small noise. It was good to hear her voice and see a reaction from my cat but it also made me sad quickly, as that was the last reaction she had as she slowly relaxes and her body just went limp. It was very quick. I decided not to stay for the euthanasia to avoid any more trauma as I tend to get anxious and depressed. I paid at the counter and then asked to wash my hands inside the restroom. As I walked back, I passed by the area where my cat was being worked on by the vet and a staff. I didn't really want to see it but in a quick glimpse, I saw how they were laser focused at what they were doing. Happy to say that I saw how they treated my beloved cat with gentleness and respect in the last few minutes of her life. Adams Animal Hospital has a great staff, affordable price, and Dr. Singh has been amazing to me and to my cat's needs from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place based on my experience. If this is how they treat their clients, people who have a voice and can stand up for themselves, it makes me wonder how they treat the animals that can't speak for themselves that are under their care. . After witnessing this experience firsthand, I have no intention of returning or recommending this establishment to anyone. No customer deserves to be treated this way, and no employee should have to apologize for the MANAGER PARIS'S conduct. This entire experience was appalling. Dr Han is the best veterinarian I have ever met as he is super friendly, truly caring, very knowledgeable, experienced and will take whatever time is necessary in order to answer all pet owners questions. Dr Han called me twice on my personal cell phone during the treatment period and after being given three medications simply to check on my dog's progress. Who does that ?? No one but Dr Han and that's the reason why everyone respects and admires this doctor. I am so glad that Healthy Paws Animal Hospital has become our number one animal care provider for our two Yorkies.

Despite some concerns, I continued coming back because I prefer consistency and didn't want to switch vets. However, my recent experiences with my current cat, Miso, have been extremely disappointing. Over multiple visits this year, I was told my cat needed to be medicated with gabapentin due to "aggression." When that didn't work, they prescribed trazodone. Even after administering both medications, I was told my cat was still "too aware," and they were only able to complete partial vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP). I specifically asked for the leukemia vaccine as well, but they declined and told me to come back another time to avoid further stress. At my visit on 04/10, I was then told my cat would require additional sedation via injection, increasing the cost from an estimated $90 to $220. Instead, I chose to go to another nearby veterinary clinic. Within less than 5 minutes, they were able to administer all necessary vaccines including the leukemia shot without any additional sedation. My cat is vocal, but he was handled efficiently and safely. Additionally, during one visit, two technicians openly admitted that they had previously had a cat escape through the roof. That raised serious concerns for me regarding their handling procedures and overall safety protocols. Based on my experience, this clinic appears to rely heavily on medication and upselling sedation rather than proper handling techniques. Cat owners should be cautious and consider getting a second opinion.

I just found this hidden gem! It's such a cute spot, filled with a wide variety of items for all kinds of pets. You can really tell the staff love what they do. I booked a grooming appointment for my dog, Deku because my trainer recommended this place. Deku is known to have reactivity issues especially with being touched, which is why I was so iffy to come here. Deku has been kicked out atother groomers due to his reactivity, so I have been personally grooming him myself. One groomer at this shop specifically gave Deku a bath and even if Deku was reactive towards him, he was very patient with Deku and he was able to get his bath on! Just had a problem with my muzzle, so they provided their muzzle for Deku. I also chatted with Danny (Owner) and I love how informative he was about Deku being groomed. He told me about multiple stories about other dogs who were worst in reactivity compared to Deku, but it took time and now they're fine with being groomed, though it was a process. It gave me a peace of mind since they did not give up on Deku even though he was very reactive towards them. I respected it so much because it easily could have been Deku being kicked out/not welcomed to their services, yet he was telling me to make sure to book the next appointment for Deku! I appreciated it SO much and I will forever be so thankful for it. Their groomers + service is just absolutely FANTASTIC! I booked the appointment online and I love how easy it was. It was also very easy to confirm it as well! Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to every dog owner! They are amazing here, especially DANNY!

You wanna see some dragons?…read more You GOTTA got to the Reptile Lounge. If their logo didn't make it obvious, the amount of sailfin dragons here is INSANE. Easily the most I have seen in one place and the MOST different species as well. Even zoos don't have this many, let alone with this much diversity. I want to even venture and say this might be the most you can see outside of Asia (don't quote me though). Aside from that, they have a good variety of reptiles on display (NFS - not for sale, either shop reptiles or until they become more established) and for sale, as well as some amphibians (I saw some Pacman frogs and even Budgett's frogs - look at videos of these guys screaming, it's so cute). Lots of supplies too including bioactive builds, kits, lights, supplements, food, dishes, climbs and hides, live plants, and much more. I LOVE that the feeder fridge is self serve so you can select your cup of worms. AND I feel like this is an exotics keeper thing that will freak out normies, but it's in the same fridge as the cans of soda. I got a good chuckle out of this. Love the emerald tree skinks that I saw here, super cute and lively. Their basilisk lizard looks so cool too. Like a mini dinosaur and not many shops or zoos have these guys too. However, if you're in the market for more beginner or common pet reptiles, they have those too, some beardies, leopard and crested geckos too. Owner and workers were very friendly, answered my questions, and gave me some really cool stickers of their logo as well. Definitely will come back for feeders and maybe one day meet the shop cats and maybe hold one of their sailfin dragons too!

On a whim, I looked up reptile stores nearby and stumbled upon Reptile Lounge and I'm so glad I did! The store is impressively clean, well-organized, and the animals are clearly very well cared for. Dalton helped me out and was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking me through everything I needed to know to dip my toes back into the exotic pet world. He had an awesome selection from scorpions and tarantulas to frogs, lizards, and more. I jotted down a list of potential future pets and plan to do some research before I commit, but I'm already looking forward to coming back. Also, shoutout to the resident cats who are so cute and made the visit even better. Whether you're a first-time reptile parent or a seasoned herper, I highly recommend this place!

I called in for a same day appointment and she was able to take her. My dog doesn't require any…read morecuts so I was just asking for a wash / nail trim / brush / etc. She told me the appointment would only take an hour which was surprising because typically she would take a little over an hour for this type of appointment. I redeemed the free tooth brush as well. Things to note: - Call first to set appointments - This place is cash only - There's a dog parking station that looks like a pet store, I wish they provided some water here I appreciated the price and how quick the appointment was, unfortunately my dog was still pretty damped when I picked her up. Typically when they are still wet, she sheds a little more than normal so I had to dry her up when I got home and then proceeded to take a while to deshed her. She told me that my dog was a good dog though so I'm happy to hear they got along.

This is my go to favorite groomer! They always treat my dog so sweetly so he is never scared to go…read morewith them or cries for me like he has at other places. I love how my boy always comes back smelling so fresh and usually in under 2 hours which is not an easy task with his coat! Lol Amazingly, they are super affordable too, so I am able to bring him in more consistently. Thanks Hello Bestie team, you guys are the best!!
