This is the 2nd time I have come here and both times are deserving of 5 stars! 1st visit: I came in looking for an affordable leash and collar, and found that they had a nice selection and for a very reasonable price point. 2nd visit: I came in for full grooming for a small hyper puppy. It was $75 plus tax. The overall experience is definitely different than the big chain stores. Our groomer, Damian, was patient even though the very hyper puppy was not really cooperative. He listened to what we wanted which was short hair, and cutting her bangs from her face and giving her a little extra pizazz to finish her off. He did an excellent job! Also! Came here to celebrate my beardie's, Sambal's, 1st birthday, just a short excursion and we had a blast. They were kind enough to throw a little gift in for him too, greatly appreciate it! Also picked up some fancy mousse cat food for Mina at home too. Shop is very clean, organized, and they have a diverse variety of pet goods, supplies, and food available. They also have baby chicks (neat that they have kits for purchase for them) and different types of hamsters too. I loved that they let us know when they were weaned. This place showed up in my IG feed and I happened to need some feeders anyway so I figured the universe was telling me to check them out lol. The staff is so friendly, inviting, and make you feel welcome and at home. I love that they let some of the pets hang out with you too and let you get yo close personal with any of the critters your interested in as well I got to hold birds & reptiles. And had such great conversations my first visit lasted over an hour and a half. All of the customers I saw coming in were treated like family. This place wasn't like a regular store but almost like your visiting friends while you pick up what you need. I usually go to a place close to home but since my 1st visit I've decided to make the extra drive be to come back a few times so far just because the atmosphere was so great and you can just see how much they enjoy all their little critters. I really liked this pet store because it's local and the staff is really friendly. However, I purchased a kitten recently, and it was extremely malnourished. You could see the bones popping out of its skin. I rescued it because Im an animal lover and wanted to give it a chance. Despite all my efforts and taking it into the vet, twice. The kitten has passed away. It was emaciated and full of tape worms. I would highly recommend that this pet store gets their fur babies checked out by a vet before selling them. Regardless if they were donated to them. This is unacceptable and not a good look on their business! read more

I go every week to buy pinkie mice for my ball python and about a month ago I recently found a best friend. I bought a very friendly, loving and playful cockatiel from Molly and her wonderful team. Since the day I bought him we have been inseparable. They had such great customer service (they always do) and they helped my fiancé and I put together a comfortable environment for him in the bird cage I bought with him that day and they even told me in three months when I take him to get groomed it will be a free grooming for his first grooming which I thought is such a great offer from them. The staff here are always so friendly and are quick to assist with anything! The welcoming environment definitely gets you to want to keep going back. When it comes to this place I can honestly consider myself a true regular. I go in about two to three times a week with my girls and our dragon. When we first got our beardie we had no real knowledge on how to take care of him. Molly and Fatso (yes that's how he introduces himself as) dove in and made sure we had everything we needed to give him a good life. Even though we didn't purchase our beardie from them directly they treated us as if we had. They have a wide variety of insect for him to choose from. With that being said with their help our little man has gone from a scrawny little man to a pretty big dude. We go so often that my kiddos go and feel like they are in a safe space running around looking at all the animals. They have a very great selection of birds. They are never crowded.
