I have called three separate times and was told their billing system had issues and that it would be corrected. Despite this, I continue to receive bills -- most recently again in February 2026 -- for the same February 2024 "no-show" appointment that I did not schedule or miss. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ongoing billing errors and lack of resolution have made this a very negative experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

We spent 2.5 hours there for initial visit, POD 1 visit 1.5 hours and 1 week post op visit 1 hour. They explain on a white board when you walk in that it takes 2-3 hours due to the complexity of their services. Just expect to wait and bring a book and patience. This doctor is worth the wait!!
