I hate using a kiosk at McDonalds to get a cheese burger. I hate it even more at a medical office. I doubly hate it when there are two people behind the kiosk who could check you in...buuutttt nooooo. The whole kiosk thing alone will keep me from ever returning. Now you wait in the aforementioned Greyhound bus station. Then they take you back to a room. Then an exam, then another crowded room to wait, then another room for another exam, then another room to wait, then another room for an exam. Finally you're done, you check out and you think you're going to get your paper prescription....buuutttttt noooooo. It's back out to the main Greyhound bus station waiting room where you have to wait for someone to be free to hand you your prescription so you can finally leave.
