I recently worked with Valley Wash Pros on a problem that has been plaguing my house for years. Pigeons living under my solar panels. A few years ago I had a past control company install some guards that mostly keep the birds out. But on a few panels the glue came loose and let in some birds. Since then they have lived under the panels creating a nest and a ton of debris in my gutters. The pest control company who warrantied the panels had since been unresponsive. On a recent trip to Starbucks I just so happened to run into a sign for Valley Wash Pros. I took down their number and called them as soon as I came home. Within minutes I had arranged a same day quote. And right on time they showed up to take a look at my problem. They hopped on the roof with no problem and soon showed me close up videos of the problems I have been seeing as well as some I had no idea where happening. They quickly came up with a plan to address the issues and were ready to take on the job. Unfortunately this was during the week of our 113+ degree heatwave so we had to push back the date a bit. On the day of service they showed up on time and ready to work. I quickly heard them on my roof washing away the mess. What was great was they were so meticulous about not getting debris in my pool that they even did some of the work manually. They were very courteous to let me know every detail as their work continued. This was great as in that I never felt they were taking their time or wasting anyone's time. They wrapped up the job and their supervisor came by the next day to review it all, showing me videos of the completed work and then I got a phone call with an additional follow up. All in all it was a great experience and I am so happy to not wake up to pigeons on my roof and feathers all over the roof and sides of my house. read more

I had to contact a water restoration company to bring fans - cut all walls out as run a boutique out of this warehouse. Contacted the owner for Insurance Company's Name and number - Has refused to provide. DOES NOT HAVE A Contractors License!!! this company has cost me over 5k in damages! No Insurance No Bond and No license... I will make sure this company can not scam another person!! Watch out!!! read more

Since my review- Raphael and john has called multiple companies trying to attack my character. They've made threats and still refuse to give me their insurance provider. Had to hire an attorney to help me with this matter. Beware of this company! They will go above and beyond to avoid responsibility and also try to destroy your character. They will also make threats and create a YouTube video. I'm not sure how old these guys are but clearly they are young and have no idea how to run a business. I'd also like to mention- they will change the invoice price on you if they don't like your attitude. Mine went from $1100 to over $3000 after initially agreed on a price before service and before they made so many damages to my roof. read more
