All I needed her for were Annual Checkups, Flu Shots, Referrals to various Specialists and the rare targeted Lab. But NOTHING ever went smoothly. Everything was miscommunication with her and her staff (they're pretty lame too). The messages you send thru her staff never get read by her, or are misinterpreted by her, or she claims she never received the message. U simply cannot get anything accomplished thru her. I am always the one calling her staff to move the ball along. She usually drops the ball. No one is paying ME for being on Hold, having to explain everything all over to a new staff member. It's very frustrating. As much as she laughs and smiles, I don't think she actually gives AF about any of her patients. I get MUCH MORE done thru my local Naturopathic MD. NOW I've come to find out that Banner Internal Medicine has not bothered to call in their IT team to find out why their communications to BCBS/CVS/CAREMARK are not going thru ... EVER. Surely many of their patients have BCBS/CVS/Caremark and are having trouble with calls and faxes going thru. Yet everyone there has been coached to claim they have no knowledge of the problem. So I did a simple Google search and found TONS of info about their inability of Banner Internal Medicine to comm with CVS/Caremark. She gonna get FIRED.

Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

My first visit I was used as a guinea pig for a students first transvaginal ultrasound. I was only 5 weeks. This isn't normal. Baby was a kidney bean. He didn't know how to work the machine or how to properly set me up in the exam chair. It was an embarrassing process, legs spread naked from the waist down, lights fully on. I was never informed that this Guinea pig situation was something NOT covered by my insurance. Got a bill 3 months later for $300. Clearly this is an issue. According to the "schedule of care plan" I received the NEXT visit an ultrasound would be completed. Not only was the blood pressure machine broken (it squeezed me to death and she asked "what is it normally" and wrote that down) but I was informed that I actually wouldn't get an ultrasound that day. It became an issue that was remedied by them doing an trans abdominal ultrasound just to shut me up ... which... isn't normal. So no blood pressure check, no clear image of baby, barely hearing heart beat. (Guess I should be waiting for a surprise charge for that too... I did pay a solid amount BEFORE that appointment for them to just plan to what... nod and say hi? Have me pee in a cup... girl... bye...) Dealing with getting the ultrasound I was promised caused the appt to go past the time the blood draw person was available. SO had to take off work AGAIN to drive 30 min to and from Banner so they could draw blood for "required" genetic testing. And guess what. I showed up within the hours/days provided to me. Checked in and waited to be seen for blood draw. Waited 45 min. Got brought back. Waited 15 min. Woman walks in "sorry we are actually out of the kits to take blood at all today and didn't know it" Like what.... Isn't this a hospital ... can't phone a friend? I told them I was never going back, I haven't and I won't. I now have a birth plan at a reputable birth center that my out of pocket is half what banner was going to charge me AFTER destroying insurance and apparently nickel and diming me for "mandatory tests" (I have since been told are NOT required) and guinea pig transvaginal ultrasound experiences where a student gains experience and I pay for THEIR education. I won't be paying them a dime, you shouldn't either.

The next day a dude runs me down like he's a free safety to tell me he has to check me in and give me a designer paper bracelet to wear. If the free safety is correct, the day 1 staff should be fired for dereliction of duty. Why is it not possible to assume that anybody not in a hospital gown is a visitor? Why is the bracelet necessary? Somebody got paid to come up with this idea.

Needed time for the swelling to go done. in 2025 I went back and refitted me for a permanent Bridge .So far no problem untill i received a letter from the dentist that i owed them $$ . I contacted them and they said the insurance denied them and that I must paid or they will file a refusal of payment. Now the fun part , calling United Health Care. Oh that's not us let me switch you over to the dentist department. Gave them my information and they said ok we see you but we can't see the denial , that's another dept. Back to the first dept and they said it looks like the Dentist put in the wrong code. You must call the Dentist and get the correct code and grievance the denail. Dentist. we gave in the right codes, the first was for a temp and the second is for the permanent. Called back UHC and they said o I see , ok will forard this over. Waited and no response. Called back UHC (and you know I get a different person every time and have to start from the start )and asked what's the story , gave my information and had to start from the beginning again. They said I needed to also send in a request so I started aging righting the story again and fax it to Office and received a confirmation. Waited and nothing. So call UHC and started over with the information and said I was waiting for a response. They looked in notes and see no fax or request. So I repeated the story 3-5 more times and they typed it all in and said they will forward it on and to wait for a response. 2026 and I get a notice of it timing out for the 65 days you get to respond. I call UHC and start from the beginning and go back and forth. The day ended and so did the phone call. The next day I called UHC and started form the start , she said she needed to get someone else on the phone for more information and started from the start. The new person said she could put the request again but doesn't think it will have and just get denied . I said lets do it any way. I pick up the mail and see a letter from guess who-UHC. Open it up and see it saying they were trying to get it touch we me and that the email was returned. Called UHC and gave my information. Started from the beginning again and he said to hold on. Came back and said my request will most likely get denied again and said I can request a outside to exam the case. Then he went on and said that UHC sees a temp and a permanent bridge as the same and will turn down any request as this is there policy. Then have a nice day and good luck. So the bottom line is they will never pay for a permanent bridge after a temp. And as everyone knows when you get teeth pulled you need to wait 6months or more for the swelling to go down. At check-in for my procedure, my procedure details and personal information were discussed loudly enough that others in the waiting/check-in area could hear. It was uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional to have private medical information discussed within earshot of other patients. The billing experience afterward has been just as concerning. My insurance company spoke directly with the billing office and made them aware that my claims were being reprocessed, yet I continued to receive repeated billing calls and escalating notices regarding the same balances. I was also shocked by the billing associated with the procedure, including approximately $25,000 in anesthesia-related charges despite the anesthesia care being very limited and primarily involving oxygen by nasal cannula. My insurance ultimately substantially adjusted the charges. Between the lack of discretion during check-in and the way the billing process has been handled, the overall experience has felt misleading, lacked transparency, and created unnecessary frustration. Patients should be able to trust that their personal information will be treated with discretion and that medical billing will be handled accurately, transparently, professionally, and in good faith.

He was told he did the prep incorrectly, it was his first time being told it was a two-day prep. No one explained to him how to do it, it is unfortunate, but our concern is outside of that mistake on my son's part. However. Dr Aggarwal applied the tube into him without warning and then dismissed my son when he had a surprised reaction by the equipment being shoved into him. Also, spoke poorly of my son while he was supposed to be under anesthesia. He was still conscious and could hear everything. I am concerned about this provider's motivation, he did not indicate that he had any concern for his patient's health, comfort, or dignity. I have been in the medical field for 23 years. I understand that not all doctors are super nice, but at least respectful of a patient while in the room with them, whether they are conscious, unconscious, or even deceased. I am asking for a full investigation of this person's license and practices. You may feel I am being biased. But can it be considered, at minimum, questionable practice how my son was humiliated by this man, without an apology, or a plan to go forward with the care he was there for. In fact, told he doesn't need to come back till he is 45. My son was told previously he has to do this every year because of his high risk of cancer. Even though the FNP that initially saw him was very informative, caring, and professional, we will go elsewhere to get a second opinion to avoid Dr. Aggarwal completely. He gave potentionally life threating advice to a young man after violating him and then not even getting any results of the concern he was there for, nor an alternate route to remedy the mistake and reschedule. For this rural area, Banner has upheld a great reputation in keeping the community healthy, and we as patients deserve a better GI Practitioner. All this being said, we are an out-of-pocket family. Make too much for assistance, and not enough to afford insurance. So, $1900 out of pocket and expected to pay $161 every month for the next year? Without any results? That is outrageous.

Dismissive, unprofessional, and condescending experience…read more My husband went to see Dr. Alnimarh for worsening GI symptoms: heartburn, dysphagia, and a chronic cough, with a family history of GERD and esophageal cancer (his uncle passed away from it). He went in hoping for a productive discussion and possible next steps for evaluation. Instead, the visit was frustrating and uncomfortable. From the start, her bedside manner was terrible. She was condescending, argumentative, and dismissive, repeatedly pressing him on every small detail as if she was trying to catch him in a contradiction rather than understand his symptoms. My husband is a Physician Assistant, so he's very capable of explaining a clear, concise medical history yet she made him feel like he didn't know what he was talking about. She questioned why he wasn't taking a daily PPI or famotidine, asking multiple times: "How many times have you taken a PPI? Why aren't you taking one daily? Why not take famotidine or something else?" He explained that he had only done short 14-day courses since he doesn't technically have a confirmed GERD diagnosis yet but the way she kept asking felt less like curiosity and more like she was trying to "catch" him or discredit his reasoning. The whole tone came off as interrogative and unnecessary. At one point, she said: "You say you have GERD, but how long have you had it? What are your symptoms?" "Well, you might actually have something called Eosinophilic Esophagitis, or EOE. Have you heard of this EOE?" He replied, "I'm familiar with it." She immediately shot back, "From where? Did you look it up on Google or something?" That's when he realized she was labeling him as a "Dr. Google" patient. He calmly replied, "I learned about it in school." Her tone got even sharper, and she asked, "What do you do?" As the appointment ended, he politely said, "Have a nice day!" She gave him a blank look and said, "What was that?" He repeated, "Have a nice day." And she responded with a cold, "You too." Overall, the encounter was awkward, unprofessional, and needlessly hostile. Instead of partnering with a patient who came prepared and informed, she chose to lecture and belittle him. Healthcare should be rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration none of which were present here. We will not be returning and do not recommend Dr. Alnimarh to anyone looking for a provider who listens or treats patients with professionalism and compassion.
