Another epic failure Valor Ford: When I had the engine replaced I was told my instrument cluster was bad (worse after the engine was replaced). Two weeks ago I came in to get a new cluster, because it was further worse. I was charged $100 for a diagnostic which came back as exactly what I said, because it had already been diagnosed. Then I paid $600 for a rebuilt instrument cluster, plus $100 for diagnostic, and no one called me when the part came in to schedule the install. I called and scheduled it and spent almost 4 hours this morning for a 2.5 hour job ("the server wasn't working) waiting, and then when I drove it away... EVERYTHING WAS STILL BROKEN on the instrument cluster! $900, multiple hours over multiple days, and I have the same cluster f@@k with the instrument cluster. Now the truck has to go in on Wednesday to repair the non-repair.... Better get it right on Wednesday! The employees are nice; that's my kudo for today. read more

Jason. Horrific service manager. Has no business running a service department. Uncooked aux switches on my jeep. Left my equipment laying on top of my dash. Apparently thats acceptable to this dealer. I also think they didn't fix the problem I think the did the bare minimum to get ny vehicle out of there dealer. read more

I've never had a worse experience trying to get my car fixed. What should have been an easy, one-day fix turned into a complete nightmare that wasted our time, money, and even delayed a major life event our move out of Kansas. The issue with our car was straightforward: replacing and programming the body control module. We had an appointment on a Friday but arrived slightly late. Instead of trying to accommodate us, we were told the work couldn't be done and had to reschedule. Fine I rescheduled for Monday and even left the car there over the weekend so they could get started first thing Monday morning. Monday passed. No update. We called Tuesday, and they said they hadn't even touched the car and would "start working on it today." That turned out to be another lie. On top of that, communication was a disaster. The woman answering the phone was rude, gave us conflicting information, and at one point told us they had lost the keys to our vehicle. Her solution? We'd have to wait two days and pay extra to get a new key made. When we asked to speak to a manager or someone else, she flat out refused to transfer the call or pass along the message. We were promised multiple call-backs for updates that never happened. When we finally got a "final" pickup date--Wednesday--we called and were told it still wasn't done, but that they were "actively working on it." Another excuse followed: they were too busy. Then we were told Thursday would be the day. But Thursday comes and now the car won't even start. They had the nerve to tell us we needed to pay $160 for a diagnostic to find out why the car wouldn't turn on after they had already messed with it and clearly didn't know what they were doing. The body control module was installed incorrectly and now the car has even more error codes than before. We finally had to tow the car out of there and take it somewhere else at our own expense because we had zero trust left in their ability to fix anything. This dealership is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and lacks the basic customer service skills you'd expect from a certified service department. Their staff clearly needs retraining, because they don't know how to do the job or communicate with customers. Their delays and incompetence cost us more than just time it disrupted our relocation plans and left us stranded. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. read more

Do yourself, your family, and your country a favor and take your hard earned money else where. Don't be fooled by their deception, as zero VALOR to steal from loyal Ford consumers or the surrounding military community. Perhaps STOLEN VALOR is a more appropriate name. The owner himself lacked any courage when questioned about repeat mistakes his service department had made. In fact he quickly became aggressive, continuously interrupted in attempt to hijack the conversation, and even threatened to HANG UP if his integrity was being questioned. After finally understanding intimidation and threats weren't the answer for us he said while he won't admit fault, he'd refund the original (and misdiagnosed) repair and apply it as CREDIT only towards the new bill that resulted from that repair. Maybe he recognized his team messed up but if he did his greed kept him from making it right. We weren't wanting anything for free and happily paid the first repair bill to have our 2018 Fusion "fixed". Unfortunately no more than a week later the original mechanical issues and codes came back and the engine ceased up shortly after. We were told by the individual in charge of the mechanic's shop that and I quote "well it's the same problem, but different" which ended up meaning we replaced the incorrect parts and misdiagnosed you and we won't make it right. To no surprise were fronted a new bill well over $2000 and had to fight tooth and nail just to get something that was rightfully ours back. read more

Bought a car...that was typical car buying bs. If not for the wife I would have walked out. Ended up paying $100 more per month than I said we were looking to spend...that's on me...well the wife. Drove the (used)car for 2 weeks and it stopped shifting. Brought it in for repair...this is where the fun begins 1. They wanted $100 to diagnos...its 2 weeks old...ummm no. 2. They wanted $100 deductible for warranty ty work...again 2 weeks old... no loaner offered. 3. The part will be here Wednesday fixed by Thursday just drive the loaner until fixed...what loaner? Finally offered one. i called cuz no one there did...salesman asked how the car was....um...its in your shop...service said ohhh we didnt get the part will be next week...again...you couldnt notify me? 4. Loaner was sold and rhwy wanted us to drive the half hour to bring it back....ummm no. They said we will get back to you if we find a driver to come get it....as the driver pulled into my driveway they called to let me know he was on the way....really? 5. We are waiting for warranty approval....again I had it for 2 weeks 6. Next loaner was sold so they came and got that...1.5weeks 3rd car 7. Next week told by Thursday again, called thursday...we opened it up yesterday and parked it out back, the entire trans needs replaced....and you didn't call me again? 8. Called the salesman...I don't want that car back...find me something else or cut me a check for my original al downpayment....the only part they worked on me with....well no check 9. Found a replacement BUT wasnt ready so go home with the loaner. 10. New used car is ready but we are not allowed to take in the old one because if we did before it was repaired the warranty company would not pay...so more hassle for us... 11. In the meantime we had to register the car we are not even driving. 12. The dealer put the wrong zip code on our paperwork so we never got a payment book...ended up as late payment for a vehicle I don't even own anymore... 13. Tried calling to get info on the payoff check for the first car since I have a late payment and the dealer said they sent the check over a week ago and the finance company says they don't have it....was told we will have the I fo and call you back today....wasn't holding my breath...and good thing....no call. 14. Message them today and salesman says the finance guy was supposed to call me....and the rest is "above my pay grade I'll pass it on" THE WORST car buying experience ever. Would not and will not recommend valor automotive. There is more details...but I think you get the idea!! read more

Do not take your vehicle to this dealership for a service. First I scheduled an appointment for a specific time only to find out that they showed me dropping off the vehicle instead of waiting for our vehicle. Then the service I requested included a tire rotation which was not performed because they said the tires did not need rotated. They did offer to come and pick up the vehicle and have the tires rotated, but after this ordeal I choose not to have my vehicle serviced by their dealership or recommend others take their vehicles to more reputable dealerships. read more
