They go the extra mile and offer their feedback as well as stretches to do at home. The techniques they use allow you to trust the process and them, so that you can relax and get a better stretch. The management team is also great to work with and they set the tone for the friendly vibe of the whole studio.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment via text and they were flexible when I needed to change times. The shop was easy to find and located in a strip plaza with plenty of parking. The employees are friendly and I promptly met Jade who provided my demo. I liked that there was not a ton of paperwork to complete before or after the appointment and that they did not do a "hard" sell to pressure you to enroll that day or lose enrollment discounts (a tactic I experienced at iLoveKickboxing in Orland Park). I didn't actually like that all clients are in one big room together, so you can see and hear what's happening with others during your session. The demo stretch was good and I can see how it could make a difference going consistently over a period of time. It is a bit pricey for the average person if you want a weekly 50-minute session, but there are other options available. Overall a good experience.

When I called the facility later that day, I was told that they were closing before my scheduled session. My session was scheduled for November 1, 2024. The session was cancelled and I requested a refund of $49 (the cost of the session). I received confirmation of the cancellation, but to date I have not received the refund. I have sent several emails, and even sent a letter to their corporate office. I have received no response and no refund. Because I did not receive any response even from their corporate office, I be very learly of dealing with any Stretchlab location. Their business profile is shady.

My work schedule changed so towards the end of my contract I was not able to get to the studio like I wanted , so I have several sessions in my account that I had not used. My contract ended in March and I had no plans of renewing. They intentionally set it up that the only way to pay is Auto-Pay. Also you can't cancel your contract online through your account, you have to alert the studio and actually tell someone. So in April they charged my credit card. There was zero notification that my 3 month contract was ended, do you want to renew? They just automatically charged, and don't forget they have access to my account so they can see I have not attended a session in weeks. So what they hope is that you will forget that you are setup this way and continue to charge you. Again there is ZERO notification that your contract is ending. They don't give you a choice. Can you imagine how many people they have got with this?

There was a warm welcome to assess my needs prior to my visit. The stretches that I can't do alone are most beneficial for me. I have tight hips and shoulders so the relief that I feel after is great in addition to my regular self care massages and exercise. I feel less stiff and more relaxed after every week. Easy appointment accessibility. Non slip socks, clothing, and massage/stretch equipment for sale. Street parking or lot parking depending on the time could be slightly challenging but you should be fine. I chose a starter pack and it was a decent price. The membership however is a bit too costly for me in this current economy climate.

I'm an avid crossfitter that comes here every day prior or after my class. Currently, I only utilize the community sauna but this place has it all if you want to get a workout in as well! With the recent addition of the cold plunge, HeatShock has everything you'd need for recovery and a full gym to workout in as well. It's never crowded and has an incredible amount of space to do your thing, whatever that may be. Highly recommended!!!
