I hired Eddie's company, Value Up, to convert my garage to a studio ADU with full kitchen, bath and walk in closet. As you can see from the final pictures, everything looks amazing. I get endless compliments, especially on the custom skylight shower. A project with this many details takes time, and sometimes there are bumps along the way. A General Contractor should be judged on how he handles those bumps, like when city inspectors become picky or subcontractors don't perform to expectation.
