Natan and his crew did an amazing job building a deck with a cedar hot tub and adding an outdoor shower. It looks amazing. He was super on top of the project and timelines and easy to work with. I had a couple minor changes throughout the project and he and his team were really accommodating with that. When I bought my house back in 2010 the "redwood" dog-ear fence was in terrible condition but with all the other expenses, I couldn't afford to replace it right away. A few years later I decided to hire someone to do it. I looked around and found three wood fence specialists whose work looked pretty good. One of them ask for $500 to give me an estimate but the good news was that he would waive that amount if I gave him the job. The second said he was too busy to come over. He asked for measurements and gave me a ridiculous bid. The third "expert" actually came as scheduled. He spent close to an hour measuring, analyzing, and contemplating. We chatted for a while and said he'll get me a quote in a day. Days and weeks went by but I didn't hear back even though I called to remind him several times. I gave up on the "expert". The following summer, I decided to do the work myself. However, I realized that I simply didn't have enough time on the weekends to make meaningful progress without sacrificing time with my family. I didn't expect to hear back since most contractors don't write back or at least they don't write back promptly. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email back the following business day.
